Ideal location, quiet, soothing setting and very pleasant accommodation

Jaap prepared us superbly for the very charming house with garden, chickens and a pig (in the stable). My triplets (10 years) had a lot of fun. The location is very exciting: quiet, rural in a street village but only 30 minutes by train from the nearest train station from the center of Amsterdam. The valuable, historic house has currently been modernized to a high standard and generously expanded. It is high quality and fully furnished. Many thanks to the family for this unforgettable holiday.

Willem welcomed us very warmly, showed us everything in the accommodation exactly and then gave us tips for things to do and shopping. The location is great. Nice and quiet and lots of green. The train station is quickly accessible, and Amsterdam is only 20 minutes away. You can also get to the sea super quickly. The place could have been a little bit cleaner. But it wasn't a bad thing and didn't bother you much. Would come back right away.

It was a perfect stay for our trips into Amsterdam. The house was lovely quiet and very comfortable. Brenda was a very good host. Loved Zaandam and wish we had more time to explore the area. The trains were so easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend this house.

Monique is a great host - very responsive and ready to help in anyway. We found the home very calm and lovely. The surroundings peaceful and within short walking distance to a supermarket which is very handy when you have a little one. The home has a spiral staircase which you have to keep active children away from. Besides that it felt like home away from home.

We had a great time at Ingrid's. The house is lovely, comfortable and very well-equipped. After the intense days in the city, it was a real pleasure to come back and rest there. The surrounding scenery and serene atmosphere truly charmed us. We highly recommend this place to all guests looking for peace of mind 😌

What a pampering! We have really immersed ourselves in opulence. Beautiful space, wonderful bed, amazing sauna and jacuzzi, fire pit outside, friendly host, really super luxurious. We would have liked to stay much longer, thank you so much until next time!

Perfect stay! The apartment was as described, clean (bed linen and toilet available) good location (Very close to Amsterdam) The host was responsive and welcoming. Free street parking Bakery and amenities very close by, within walking distance. No complaints, I would recommend it in a second.

We really enjoyed our stay at Elton’s apartment, feeling at home and able to relax. With comfortable furniture and kitchen supplies that suited our needs it was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. We enjoyed being on the canal, seeing the boats from our balcony as well as when out walking. Thanks Elton for making this a positive experience!

We had a lovely stay in Zandaam. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. They told us all about the air bnb, the local amenities and suggested transport methods to get into Amsterdam. Communication was good at all times, would recommend!

The place was perfect for us (2 adults and 3 children). Perfectly clean and quiet. Close to the pretty town of Zaandam ( 10 min walk) and train (10 min) to Amsterdam. Everything was impeccable. Thanks again for hosting us!

Apartment was a perfect location and had everything we needed. All kept clean and decorated beautifully. Neighbourhood is very quiet and the windows provided amazing panoramic rooftop views to watch the birds. David was very responsive and friendly host too. Would recommend!

Very well equipped apartment. From cleaning agents, shower gel, shampoo, mountains of soft towels. It was really all there. Very warm welcome, great and fast communication. The mattress is very good, TV with many programs even prime and Netflix. Cozy balcony. Very quiet. The stairs are actually steep, but you get used to it. We felt very comfortable. This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

We had a fantastic stay at this flat! It looked exactly as shown in the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from our daughter’s place, which made everything super convenient. Access from the street was straightforward, and the lift to the 3rd floor made getting in and out with luggage easy. Communication with the host was seamless and quick, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this flat, and we’ll definitely be back!

We had very nice days in Amsterdam - and the apartment is super quiet, but the city center is still easily accessible. We felt very comfortable and the playground opposite our children was a lot of fun. Thanks to the hosts, they were always available very friendly! I'd love to come back!!
