Super, comfortable accommodation with all the necessities. Amsterdam is very easily accessible by train and well located in relation to some tourist sites (ex dunes, village of Zanns Schans...). Communication was also very easy, we recommend it without hesitation.

Alice is a top notch host in my opinion. She always responded immediately to our questions and needs. Very friendly, her son Luuk was equally helpful and they had an adorable puppy, Snuf we enjoyed playing with. Alice had many beautiful flowers and foliage to gaze at. The surrounding scenery was beautiful and serene. The neighborhood was very quiet with no hustle and bustle from the city. All in all my daughters and I had a wonderful stay. The only suggestions I have is that she put a privacy screen in front of the bathtub and more access to electrical plugs. Alice and I enjoyed a lovely cup of tea outside on the patio and had a wonderful conversation (in Dutch) about every topic we could think of. I especially like the wildlife that was a constant to enjoy. I think I have found a lifetime friend in Alice and Luuk. We had much in common. Very memorable vacation.

My partner and I had a very nice time. You feel totally comfortable right away, you have your privacy, the bed is totally cuddly with the level upstairs and the highlight was the Jacuzi. In the neighborhood there was a cat that visited from time to time. We would come back. 😊🌿🌴

the bungalow is perfect and cozy. everything is as in the description. Linda and Ruben were very helpful and lovely. the distance to the beach was the big highlight of our stay, only 10min by bike. and the bikes were perfect as well. we can fully recommend Linda's and Ruben's bungalow. we had a wonderful stay.

We do quite regularly vacation in Holland and the past few days were the most beautiful we have spent there so far. We found the location of the house perfect, very rural and quiet, with a beautiful view to enjoy from the hanging chair by the large window. Many beautiful places are easily accessible by bike, Amsterdam and Harlem can be reached quickly by train. The nearest beach is quiet and has nice cafes. The house is cozy and bright, very well appointed. Beds are very comfortable. We really appreciated the available towels, sheets and electrical appliances. We only brought one toaster as we like to eat Dutch white bread toasted. Grace is a very kind and helpful host who has always responded to us in a timely manner and has often made current events in the area aware of current events. We are enthusiastic about Zonnehuysje and fully recommend it!

Staying in the dune house was wonderful for our whole family. We took a break from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The house is great - fantastically equipped, beautifully decorated. Everything is fine. A beautiful little house, super clean, in a fantastic garden. Fred and Anita were easy to reach and always friendly. The check-in was straightforward and breakfast was always on time, fresh and with delicious freshly squeezed juice. The stairs to the bedroom are very narrow and steep, not suitable for people with physical disabilities or smaller children.

We had a pleasant stay at Gabriella's chalet. Gabriella was very friendly, very responsive in communication and organization by offering us cribs, and by explaining the instructions well. The availability of the little things of everyday life (coffee, salt, oil, spices...) makes your stay easier. The jacuzzi is very nice at the end of the day after a beautiful day on a walk. Very well located in relation to Amsterdam and other tourist attractions. We will come back if we do it again. Thanks Gabriella!

We stayed for 2 nights to see the tulip fields. The home was very clean and comfortable. Gaby also helped provide a baby bed and high chair which was very helpful. The sauna and jacuzzi was very relaxing. There is also a firepit which we did not get time to utilize. Bike rentals available too. It was cold outside but the heater worked well. 2 free parking spots as well!

Absolutely perfect. Marion’s place is in a great location for exploring the region. The home was clean and very cozy, we loved everything about it. We visited many places during our three days, our favorites being Alkmaar and Delft. The bakery in Limmen was only a ten minute walk and we very much enjoyed their croissants and cakes. Marion was kind enough to check on us, and the instructions left were easy to follow. We highly recommend this home as a warm, cozy, wonderful place to stay to explore this area of the country.

Gabriella was so warm and welcoming, always answering any enquiries we made very promptly and professionally! The hot tub and sauna were the standout highlight for us and we definitely got our money’s worth using the amenities. The only feedback we would give would be that the bikes would benefit from a small service as we used them to cycle to Haarlem train station to access Amsterdam and they were unfortunately not to the amazing standard of everything else. Thank you Gabriella!

We had a very nice stay with our dog. Lots of space for the 3 of us, good shops and restaurants a short drive away. Secure garden for the dog and great walking options in the forest and near the lake. Close to the sea. I would highly recommend and I am panning future trips.

A huge thank you to Roel and Conny for this wonderful stay in their bungalow! The accommodation is cozy, perfectly clean and superbly equipped - everything comes together for a pleasant stay. The location is ideal: nestled between the lake and, in this mid-April period, the beautiful tulip and hyacinth fields! A real joy to wake up every day to this enchanting setting. Everything is easily accessible by bike, whether it is thanks to the two bikes made available to us free of charge by Roel and Conny, or the additional bikes we were able to rent directly at the reception of the resort. This allowed us to fully enjoy the surroundings in complete freedom. Roel and Conny are exceptional hosts, very caring, available and very kind. We will keep a great memory of this parenthesis and recommend their bungalow without hesitation!

We had a great time at Hans & Marian's. The location is perfect for discovering the flower fields area and enjoying the beach. Everything is accessible by bike, the beach 10min and the park of keukenhof 15min. We had two small children (3 and 6 years old) who loved the play areas in the holiday park and the games for the children present in the house. Communication with Hans & Marian was very friendly and very fluid. Thanks again for a great stay 😊

Great, very well-kept garden, in a quiet location and yet you can quickly get everywhere by bike, by the sea, in small towns, etc. If you are looking for a break by the sea and in a lovingly prepared ambience, you will find exactly the right thing here. The place is generally good. It's also quicker to get to Amsterdam Central from it than from some places in Amsterdam. The only thing I didn't like is the temperature - the place cools down мукн fast when heating is not enabled, but you are asked to not enable it for long time. But this problem is related to winder. Other than that, everything was ideal, it's a nice place for money, would definitely stay there again.
