Cleo and her Co-host Marleen were very welcoming and responsive. We felt at home. Lots of toys and games for younger children. Very cozy house. Naturally beautiful area good for hiking and biking.

Tirsa is a wonderful homeowner. The location of the house is perfect. You can go to Nord station by bus in 10-15min. The house is extremely clean. Many household supplies and coffee/tea varieties and many spices were left at home. The bed linen and towels were clean and smelled nice. You feel like you are at home. Because everything is available in this house. There is even a huge iron with steam generator! House owner Tirsa who really deserves praise. Please don't upset her. I will choose this home again at next Amsterdam visit.

Mabel is a kind and thoughtful host. We could not have been happier in our short stay (unless maybe it lasted longer). The home is beautiful and spacious, easy to navigate the train to all sorts of places

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the accommodation was perfect, spacious, clean, well presented, comfortable. The games room and bikes were a nice bonus. The location was great for Amsterdam central, Leon and his family were happy to help with taxi service and it made it a super easy experience. It was also nice to come to a much quieter area to stay and escape the busy city. Leon answered all of our questions, explained everything well, you couldnt ask for more from an air BnB stay.

We had a wonderful holiday with child and dog. We didn't lack anything in the accommodation. The location was great too. Right next to the dunes and not far to the sea. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. Petri was also very sweet.

Cozy and clean country house, with a view of a windmill within walking distance. Large living room, new kitchen. Appreciated the presence of coffee, oil, salt, pepper, body soap, etc. The pigs and the dog are very sociable, even with children, for whom there are also swings, rocking chairs, elastic carpets. Esther and Erik were very kind, helpful, and reserved. Relaxing and highly recommended stay!

Ideally situated (20 minutes from Amsterdam city center) in a beautiful , peaceful setting. A real family house, warm and welcoming. We have had a great time.

Great host, Nice contact person, many materials available, shampoo, and coffee pads and beach toys. Great for kids, except you have to be careful on the stairs. We felt very comfortable. Nearby walking distance. Whether shopping, beach or dunes. What more could you ask for? Thank you very much for our short vacation trip with you. 🙂

Everything was perfect! The room, the location, the neighborhood... Things were well explained. The room was not too expensive, communication was quick and efficient. Recommended!

Our time in the houseboat was great. We didn't miss anything. The house is very modern and comfortably furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. Our children used the beautiful garden with its trampoline whenever possible. A particular highlight was the SUP board that we were allowed to use. A lot of fun in the morning to go for a lap on the canal right after breakfast. The reception and the farewell by Winnis dear neighbors made everything perfect. A great houseboat, a great environment, a great host.

We loved our stay on the house boat and cannot recommend it enough! It was incredible to stay on the water and watch all the boats and rowers go by. The house boat is conveniently located between two stations, and the WiFi worked great for remote work and taking calls. The hosts were so quick to respond and so helpful. Do yourself a favor and book this amazing house boat!!

We felt very comfortable in the garden house. It is nicely furnished and in good weather, the garden use is a dream. Only downside: the open toilet and shower in the bedroom and the missing sink in the bathroom. It takes some getting used to.

We had a great time at Arjen's place. The house is very nice, very beautifully decorated, in a quiet area, ideal for a family of 4. Very nice very well equipped kitchen. The parking space is a real plus knowing that then you can go to the center of Amsterdam in 20 minutes thanks to the nearby tram station. The house must be very nice in summer with the terrace by the water. We hope to return and recommend this rental 100%!

Harold's cozy houseboat is ideal for a few days' stay in Amsterdam. By public transport you are super fast in the city center! The houseboat is cozily furnished and it's a little adventure to stay in if you're not used to it. Harold is very friendly and even gave us a fruit basket and a bottle of wine to welcome us!

A nice place to stay if you need time away from civilisation. Very artistic loft.

The house was well designed with lots of neat details. Michiel was a nice and responsive host who always answered our questions. The house is very well located only a bikeride from the beach, and Shops and train station are within walking distance. Cleanliness of the kitchen could have been better (we rewashed everything because apparently the filter in the dishwasher was full so the dishes weren't clean upon arrival).

Very nice place, very interesting surroundings with a lot of places to visit. It is close to everything with and without a car you are within an hour from every where.

Unfortunately we had (almost) everything planned and booked months in advance, so we didn’t get a chance to do any of the activities and recommandations Jeroen gave us, but we definitely will be checking them out the next time we come to Amsterdam. Great place to spend the holidays, very quiet, surrounded by nature, close to everything by bus.

Very nice complex. This is true with the aircraft noise, but did not bother further, as you are usually on the road during the day. At check-in, you got a card with which you could drive through the barrier and park right in front of your cottage. In my opinion, you need a car to explore the area. 30 min to Zandvoort Beach. Cleanliness was great. Would come back 🇳🇱

It was a great and enjoyable experience. Most importantly, it was very affordable.

The tiny house was great for a week and two people. Despite the roundabout of the tiny houses, you have your privacy by being separated by high shrubs. The hot tub can be used for a fee of €25, unfortunately it is very dark there, as the outdoor lighting did not work.

We spent the last 5 days of 2024 in Jeroen's apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with good shops nearby especially in Wormerveer. Very easy to get to Amsterdam by train, or by car, it is 18 minutes from the NDSM district (reasonable parking rate) from where you can cross for free by ferry (15 minutes) to the central station. The apartment is very clean, the large kitchen-living room space is well designed to be comfortable: we were 11 people, 3 couples and 5 teenagers. The rooms are spacious, the bedding comfortable. Plenty of hot water, many bath towels that can be washed and dried if necessary. Well-equipped kitchen, even if there is no dishwasher (it's good for conviviality :). The radiators are controlled remotely as an understandable energy-saving measure, only downside, the temperature was a little low in the evening. In short, a place we recommend for exploring Amsterdam and its surroundings.
