Vacation rentals with a home theater in Yucatán Peninsula

The studio has enough space to make them comfortable, 3 people. It is a 5-minute walk from a Supermarket and also from the whereabouts of vans that go to the different beaches. the neighborhood is quiet. the staff who work in the building are polite and friendly. The air conditioning worked great during our stay. i recommend it.

Top accommodation with everything you need. Very clean and lots of extras. Unfortunately, we were only there one night before departure, but would come back immediately. Also great pools.

The place is fantastic. Super nice location only being 15 minutes from multiple beaches. Santiago was very helpful and gave us great recommendations with food, cenotes, and beaches. He was also very responsive whenever we asked questions or needed clarity. 10/10

Nice condo with gated building and great food around. Kevin was responsive as a host which is always a plus. Great stay for anyone who chooses to stay in tulum.

Very nice location with small private balcony near the waterfall that flows into the pool, which offered a nice remote working environment. Well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful pool and rooftop access. Supermarket nearby. The people at the reception are welcoming and proactive. Recommended.

This appartment is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, but with one private pool, the large shared pool on the ground floor and huge TV in the living you might not want to leave anyway ;-) Since there are a gazillion chairs and lounges on the roof, you will always find a place to sun, no matter the time of day. Hosts were super responsive. I think the longest I had to wait for a reply was 5 minutes. Overall: 100% recommendation!

100% recommended the area super accessible for walking and to reach the 5th Av. areas to eat super close, the area is very quiet, the apartment is very spacious, the Rooftop is super quiet and relaxing, the people are super nice. Without a doubt, we would choose it again. 💖

The house was larger than I expected & super cool! The kitchen is in a separate building outside (so no heat in living areas). Fans work great (strong breeze). Bathroom is super cool & pool was refreshing. My 2 cats & dog enjoyed the front and back courtyards.

The house is nice, just like the photos, comfortable, clean and with the mentioned amenities, it already has neighbors in the back and only separate a mesh, still.. everything is fine! when washing the house they offer you to wash vehicles with them, avoid the waste of time and do not rent them, they are old vehicles, with many deficiencies, not suitable to go on the road SAFE. Fortunately Rodrigo that was who I headed with, we reached a good agreement and I almost returned the total of what I had deposited to set it apart.

We stayed at the villa for a bachelorette trip, and had a great time. The pool area was lovely, we had a private chef come, and massages as well in the Airbnb. The villa was beautiful and comfortable for our group of 6 with spacious rooms, beds, and bathrooms. The host was extremely responsive to our questions both before and during our stay.

Casablanca is not just a place to stay, it's an experience. The hosts, Sanda & Steve are fabulous! Super friendly and were very responsive to our needs. We didn't realize that the A/C was only in the bedrooms. Sanda immediately brought over a floor fan to make sure we were comfortable. The kitchen was thoughtly stocked with everything you need to get started - this is real luxury! The house is wonderful. The back courtyard and pool area are beautifully curated - a really oasis from the rest of life. Steve even created a 4 hr play list of music to listen to in the house. Best of all, they sent the music home with us on a travel stick💕. Now we think of the great times we had in Merida everytime we listen to it! It's obvious that they care about those who rent their AirBB and go the extra mile to make you feel at home from nice soaps, shampoos, robes to a basket of the little things you may have forgotten to pack. Well done! Thank you both!

Diego's house has all the facilities for a family to feel like at home. The location is very good, halfway between the historic center and the exit to the beaches. Diego's attention is exceptional, his willingness and commitment are a very important support when it comes to resolving the situations that were arising.

We had a great time in Tulum och in the appartment. The appartment was fantastic and was located in a nice area.

Very clean accommodation, exactly as in the photos, Ditron responds almost instantly, everything was perfect.

Great stay at iPLAYA! Everything was just as advertised and the hosts provided very detailed check-in instructions and other info prior to arrival. Front desk is staffed 24x7 with very friendly folks. In a quieter neighborhood while still being a 5-10min walk to the main strip on 5th. Check out PapaCharly’s restaurant next door as well, it’s great!

I highly recommend this place. The amenities that the building are incredible. The hospitality of the concerts. It’s great.. And the best was Alex, our host.
