Aparthotel vacation rentals in Yucatán Peninsula

This was our first time travelling with two little kids (4 and 1). This location was great as it had a pool, elevator for our stroller, and was a core floor so no stairs. We easily could go to the pool with our stroller and walk to the beach. We also walked to the grocery store and made food in the condo. We loved our stay!

We had a great stay at Tamy's place and could not recommend it enough. It was very comfortable for 5 adults for a four-night stay. Tamy provided drinking water and coffee which was super helpful. The views are spectacular, especially from the rooftop terrace. The pool area has lots of seating, but be sure to head down early if you want to sit in the shade or at the beach. The poolside restaurant has a huge variety of food and drinks, and the convenience store next to the security guard station is well equipped. OXXO is right across the street if you need anything additional. Everyone entering the property has to be checked in by a security guard, so we felt extremely safe. We did have some issues with the elevator working one day, so be sure to carry the emergency key with you just in case. If you are looking for a great local restaurant, head across the street to Navios. Everything on the menu was so delicious, we went back twice. Thank you, Tamy, we had a great stay!

Great place to stay. A few minor problems during my 4 month stay and Laura responded in under an hour. Usually in under 5 minutes. She was excellent in every aspect. Had a great stay and will recommend it to anyone considering booking with Laura

Wonderful place! Ideal location and super helpful staff. The restaurant was very expensive though. Massage on the dock was exceptional as were the staff and the excursions. Swim with manatees!

I cannot recommend this place enough. Selving welcomed us with a drink and a little tour around the place. It was really clean and comfortable. I loved the gardens, the pools and the beach área. The shrimp tacos and the watermelon mojitos at the restaurant are a must! I really enjoyed our time there. Thank you for making my last days in Belize so incredible!

It was a very pleasant place to stay, I liked that it also has a coffee for breakfast. The facility is very good, it has several amenities that it describes. And very close to ADO.

Beautiful place! Very peaceful and quiet with beautiful scenery. The private access to the beach was nice. The staff provided everything we could have needed (golf cart, bikes, kayaks etc) and were so friendly!

Great stay. A little nosey due to construction but it was an overall amazing trip

Lighthouse is perfect! A little outside of town but an easy golf cart ride into town. There are walkable bars, restaurants and a market. Staff is amazing, we loved Rob! Swim up bar and drinks are great! Be prepared for stairs if you’re not on the main level. If we go back we’ll stay here again.

Amazing place, we enjoyed our stay very much. The staff is really nice, the apartment is very comfortable, there is a living room and kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils, everything is very clean and cozy, there are 2 pools and a restaurant of the hotel. Very happy with the place, recommend! The only thing that kind of sucks is that the place is about a 15 minute walk from the central area

Better than we expected, beautiful accommendations with very thoughtful and friend staff. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot and we will certainly be returning in the future with friends and family. Kitchen has everything you need and the daily housekeeping and welcome drink were a lovely touch! Do yourself a favour, and book now!

Everything was perfect. It seems a bit high to me, but I understand that the area is very exclusive.

The rooms are very comfortable

I stayed for a month and it was perfectly comfortable for working from home & accessing conveniences like the OXXO in the same building, and great food within walking distance. The washer/dryer combo was a unique touch as compared to all the other places I’ve stayed in Tulum.

Highly recommend the place, great location, very clean and the hosts very attentive.

We booked less than 24 hours in advance, he responded quickly and gave us the information we needed before we arrived. When we were already in Cancun, he sent us a WhatsApp message confirming our reservation and commented that if we needed help we could look for him around there: the first room B223 had problems: the bathroom stank a lot, the bed creaked too much and we had no hot water, but the host took care of changing our room in advance and giving us a much better one. The guys at the front desk were always very helpful with us, answering our questions, and giving us the amenities we needed. We went for a makeup artists' congress, and although the location was inconvenient since every time we wanted to take a bus we had to walk 1 km towards the main avenue, it didn't present much of a problem for our day-to-day. Although the post mentioned very ambiguously that there is a pool, there is, but it is very old, and it doesn't make you want to use it.

Great place to stay, we spent the day in Isla Mujeres and it was very nearby the ferry location !

It is a spacious accommodation, with everything necessary to spend a few quiet days on the beach. We would definitely come back, Oscar was always on the lookout and they were very kind in everything we needed.
