Nice place just near shops and restaurants. Walkable to ADO bus. Quite at night. Hot shower and fluffy towels.

we really enjoyed Alberto's place. We had air conditioning for the living room and the bedroom. Kitchen was fully outfitted. we had bed sheets and towels. Excellent cleaning service halfway through the week. The place was steps away from the boardwalk.... Central to everything. The dive shop I used was a six minute walk and a 2 minute walk to the ferry pier to go to Playa Del Carmen. We highly recommend Alberto's place for anyone visiting Cozumel.

This was the perfect spot for one or two people that are trying to see Plya del Carmen (and close by) on a budget. It was conveniently located in the town next to drugstores, supermarkets, restaurants, and (of course) the beach. The host was very accommodating and promptly provided extra towels upon request. I will definitely be staying here again.

This place is located toward the southern part of the island, providing a quiet stay with some great restaurants and attractions which are close by (Punta Sur). The suite itself was wonderful. Excellent views, spacious, well stocked and clean. Definitely will book again on our next trip back to Isla Mujeres. Our host was excellent and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an extended stay on the island at a reasonable price that’s hard to beat!

English review for all my gringos and gringas. This is a great little place with good value for money if you're looking for a more authentic Cancun experience! Only a couple minor issues keep it from total perfection. Cons: -The boiler isn't really big enough for two people unless you shower very quickly. Would likely be fine for one, but the hot water runs out after ~12 min. -We had some issues with the internet, but Isaac was very responsive and active in resolving them as soon as possible. -As you can see, the place is a bit far from the beaches - but it's shown accurately in the listing and it's very close to a bus stop for the R2 that will take you there. Pros: -It's HUGE, and has a great living-room area with a big TV. -Very well-stocked kitchen. -Close to both Chedraui and Soriana for groceries. -The bed is big and comfortable. -Two powerful and quiet working A/Cs. -The neighborhood is very quiet at night. -Isaac is VERY attentive, quick to respond, and accommodating!

Host accessible in every aspect.. And as for the property, the best cost-benefit in the area.

100% recommended Very clean apartment and perfect for a couple or single person. A 5-10 min walk from Fifth Avenue , with private underground parking for the car and washing machine. The apartment is located next to a Walmart in case you want to make a big purchase for your stay and cook in the apartment. Cozy and quiet place. Just a few blocks from 5th Avenue. If you don't mind walking around to get to 5th, this is a place for you. It has small shops around and is two blocks away from the main avenue where you will find many shops and restaurants. There are taquerias very close by and malls. This is a great place for two people although in the description it says for 4. It's small but has what you need. It's worth the price. The area is quiet and the people are very friendly.

We had a great time at Chris and Lena’s loft. Great spot for a week long getaway. We were surprised to learn it wasn’t numerous photos of one pool but three identical pools! So, we often had it to ourselves. Would totally come back.

Great location, quick attention to any questions that may arise, accessible at check-in time, close to Chedraui, but as a guest you should learn to read the instructions provided by the host. Since it is almost without precise and concise information to help have a more pleasant stay

It was lovely to stay here for 7 nights for a very good deal. Host is extremely lovely and property very well kitted out (we used the blender a lot which was very helpful). One aircon unit and 2 ceiling fans were ample in 30 degree heat. There are many supermarkets nearby. Many buses go past which will take you to the hotel zone - however it is worth noting that during peak travel times the buses are completely full (there is literally no way to get on them), it it better to get an uber during this time (cost to the hotel zone between $90-170, came quickly and good price). Boat has a very cute doggy we loved 🐶 thank you

Matteo is a very friendly person, he gave us recommendations and was always attentive to us. The place is very spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need to have a great vacation, the area is safe and central.

This place was great!! Juan Carlos is very friendly, and we wanted for not. We really enjoyed our stay here, right on the 6 bus line, easy to get to the center bus station, or if you want to Uber they are quite inexpensive, taxis are more expensive but not too bad either, depending on where your going. Rooftop deck was an awesome place to hang out, great view of the neighborhood. Beer Bodega and little neighborhood corner stores and restaurants within a block or two. If you are the kind of traveler that wants a more authentic experience of Cancun city this is the place for you! For the price the place delivers an excellent value, would recommend!!
