Staying at Watsons accommodation was amazing; I felt safe; I felt comfortable; I felt like I was living like a true local! It has everything you may possibly need to stay at a home away from home! I loved the fact that its backyard was pretty much a park(perfect if traveling with kiddos). AC worked perfectly! I definitely recommend Watsons place!!!

This place is fantastic. We stayed with friends and their 8 year old daughter - everyone loved the space - indoors and out. It has everything you might need - well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice showers. The pool is perfect. The yard is surrounded by fruit trees with lots of birds and wildlife! Patrick and Rich were kind and responsive. El Cedral is a special little town - away from it all - a car is needed but allows you freedom to explore. Highly recommend

Excellent stay. 😍🤗 We had a good few days of rest. Super accessible, close to Fifth Avenue, supermarkets, a very safe place, very relaxing pool, cleanliness of the place, very friendly security people, our son did not want to leave... Suitable for people with disabilities (my wife has a leg problem and had no problems). Andrés is always attentive to answer any questions... Highly recommended!

This is a great place to stay! We stayed for about 10 days and the host was responsive and helpful. Great community and worth the price. I definitely recommend staying here.

Eduardo's accommodation is very comfortable, the autonomous entrance is very comfortable, the parking lot is very spacious and private, 24h guarded, the view of the roof with the pool and the beach is spectacular, the room and living room very comfortable and fresh colors, definitely a place to which I will return, the host very attentive at all hours, thank you very much Eduardo

Our group had a fabulous time at Oceans Edge. Having an en suite to each room in addition to the hallway bathroom and laundry gave plenty of space for the group to have their privacy and relax for the next day's adventure. Ester was incredibly welcoming and had great recommendations. I highly recommend a boat trip on Belize Master Tours with Selvin and Edgar. unforgettable experience! the condo itself is a good 20 minute+ drive in a dusty golf cart down an unpaved and rough road but we knew that going in and made the most of it. You won't be disappointed with the views, the space or the hospitality. Thanks again for a great stay.

The place is beautiful, you have everything you need to have a pleasant stay, beautiful view, with the comfort of having your own pool right outside the room, the bathroom has hot water, you have an ideal rest with the blackout curtains. As for the location, it is advisable to bring a car since its location is not in the center of Tulum and not near the beach to consider walking; but that in turn allows you to be in silence and enjoy nature. I would stay on the site again.

An excellent, comfortable place, clean and at a good price. It is very central to walk to Paseo Montejo and downtown. The host is very attentive. I highly recommend it. We loved it

Just go ahead and book it. Safety is a must for me and I felt very safe while I was here - it’s a gated community. I was here for my birthday. I mostly communication with Ilona and she is super kind & very responsive, proactive with requests, she also recommend so many places & things to do as well as a lovely agent that helped me book my activities. She sent me pastry & a beautiful cake on my birthday which was very thoughtful. Home is gorgeous, clean. Pictures don’t do justice. 10/10 experience.

I highly recommend this Airbnb. Lety was really responsive and flexible with my arrival. Thanks, Lety! She also gave us great recommendations for our trip, amazing spots to visit and great restaurants — even some hidden gems. If you want to avoid the crowded places, ask for her recommendations. The cenotes were amazing. The apartment was well-equipped, and each room had a spot for working. The internet was great as well. Our stay was awesome and this will be our go-to spot any time we return to Tulum!

A dream holiday home! What a view to wake up to. And the space is wild, so many birds (they’ll wake you up!), and we saw a fox, monkeys, many butterflies and more. The lake is gorgeous, we took the kayaks and paddle boards and it was a great experience. The stars at night are so beautiful - make sure to check out the rooftop! We used the kitchen and all essentials were there, it’s well equipped. Everything is as described, just note that the fourth bedroom is really really small (we didn’t use it).

I enjoyed my month long stay here very much. I would stay here again. The family is friendly and thoughtful :)
