Vacation rentals with a home theater in Yucatán Peninsula

El studio tiene el suficiente espacio para que estén cómodas, 3 personas. Queda a 5 minutos caminando de un Supermercado y tambien de el paradero de vans que van hacia las distintas playas. el vecindario es silencioso. el personal que trabaja en el edificio es educado y amable. El aire acondicionado funcionó muy bien durante nuestra estadia. lo recomiendo.

Top Unterkunft mit allem drum und dran. Sehr sauber und viele Extras. Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht vor Abflug da, würden aber sofort wiederkommen. Auch tolle Pools.

The place is fantastic. Super nice location only being 15 minutes from multiple beaches. Santiago was very helpful and gave us great recommendations with food, cenotes, and beaches. He was also very responsive whenever we asked questions or needed clarity. 10/10

De loin le meilleur logement Airbnb dans lequel j’ai séjourné. L’appartement est encore plus beau en vrai. Il offre confort et sécurité dans un quartier rempli de petits cafés, restaurants et de street food. Kevin, en plus d’être très réactif, a été très gentil et m’a fourni plusieurs conseils pour mon séjour. + les piscines + le rooftop + le design + l’immense écran au salon ! + la qualité des équipements ++ la machine à laver et le sèche linge ! - honnêtement je n’ai rien remarqué de négatif

Très bel emplacement avec petit balcon privé près de la chute qui arrive dans la piscine, ce qui offrait un bel environnement de télétravail. Cuisine bien équipée. Belle piscine et accès sur le toit. Supermarché à proximité. Les personnes à l'accueil sont accueillants et proactifs. Je recommande.

O espaço é muito bom. As avaliações estão corretas. Vou deixar uma avaliação específica para famílias com crianças pequenas. A comunicação com os anfitriões é facil. Letícia nos ajudou em tudo, com lençóis extras para meu filho. O espaço é amplo, a varanda tem uma proteção suficiente para uma criança. A cozinha é completa para fazer refeições dos pequenos com utensílios de qualidade que ajudam no preparo. O apartamento é silencioso, virado para área interna. Andrea fornece um colchão inflável de qualidade com bomba elétrica que meu filho dormiu confortavelmente. A piscina é excelente para crianças, com duas profundidades seguras. O quarto é um pouco claro, mas conseguimos dormir bem mesmo assim. A praia publica é um pouco distante para andar com crianças pequenas, mas o foco da cidade são os passeios então achamos tranquilo. Voltaríamos.

This appartment is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, but with one private pool, the large shared pool on the ground floor and huge TV in the living you might not want to leave anyway ;-) Since there are a gazillion chairs and lounges on the roof, you will always find a place to sun, no matter the time of day. Hosts were super responsive. I think the longest I had to wait for a reply was 5 minutes. Overall: 100% recommendation!

Recomendado 100% la zona súper accesible para caminar y para llegar a la 5ta Av. áreas para comer súper cerca, la zona muy tranquila, el departamento muy amplio, el Rooftop súper tranquilo y relajante, la gente súper agradable. Sin duda lo volveríamos a elegir. 💖

The house was larger than I expected & super cool! The kitchen is in a separate building outside (so no heat in living areas). Fans work great (strong breeze). Bathroom is super cool & pool was refreshing. My 2 cats & dog enjoyed the front and back courtyards.

La casa es linda, tal cual las fotos, cómoda, limpia y con las amenidades mencionadas, ya tiene vecinos por la parte de atrás y solo separa una malla, aún así.. todo bien! al rentar la casa te ofrecen rentar vehículos con ellos, evítense la perdida de tiempo y no los renten, son vehículos viejos, con muchas deficiencias, no aptos para salir a carretera SEGUROS. Afortunadamente Rodrigo que fue con quién me dirigi, llegamos a un buen acuerdo y me regreso casi el total de lo que había depositado para apartarla.

We stayed at the villa for a bachelorette trip, and had a great time. The pool area was lovely, we had a private chef come, and massages as well in the Airbnb. The villa was beautiful and comfortable for our group of 6 with spacious rooms, beds, and bathrooms. The host was extremely responsive to our questions both before and during our stay.

Casablanca is not just a place to stay, it's an experience. The hosts, Sanda & Steve are fabulous! Super friendly and were very responsive to our needs. We didn't realize that the A/C was only in the bedrooms. Sanda immediately brought over a floor fan to make sure we were comfortable. The kitchen was thoughtly stocked with everything you need to get started - this is real luxury! The house is wonderful. The back courtyard and pool area are beautifully curated - a really oasis from the rest of life. Steve even created a 4 hr play list of music to listen to in the house. Best of all, they sent the music home with us on a travel stick💕. Now we think of the great times we had in Merida everytime we listen to it! It's obvious that they care about those who rent their AirBB and go the extra mile to make you feel at home from nice soaps, shampoos, robes to a basket of the little things you may have forgotten to pack. Well done! Thank you both!

La casa de Diego tiene todas las facilidades para que una familia se sienta como en casa. La ubicación es muy buena, a medio camino entre el centro histórico y la salida a las playas. La atención de Diego es excepcional, su disposición y compromiso son un apoyo muy importante a la hora de resolver las situaciones que fueron surgiendo.

Muy buen lugar para pasar el fin de semana, esta en una excelente ubicación y las personas que te apoyan en el edificio son muy amables.

El apartamento está muy bien y muy limpio, a parte de amplio. Es buena ubicación si quieres tranquilidad. Las zonas comunes están muy bien. Javier ha sido muy amable y hemos tenido buena comunicación. Muy recomendable. Esperamos volver pronto.

Great stay at iPLAYA! Everything was just as advertised and the hosts provided very detailed check-in instructions and other info prior to arrival. Front desk is staffed 24x7 with very friendly folks. In a quieter neighborhood while still being a 5-10min walk to the main strip on 5th. Check out PapaCharly’s restaurant next door as well, it’s great!

I highly recommend this place. The amenities that the building are incredible. The hospitality of the concerts. It’s great.. And the best was Alex, our host. El departamento es súper cómodo, ideal para una pareja o familia de 4. Si vas con intención de trabajar, descansar o de fin de semana en Mérida la ubicación es perfecta, los restaurantes recomendados y plazas están muy cerca y llegas súper rápido a todos lados por el periférico. Definitivamente es un AirB&B para el que necesitas automóvil para que sea así de accesible. El anfitrión es súper amable y responde todos tus mensajes en un tiempo súper corto, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. Otro plus es que te recibe con tu mascota, solo recuerden ser responsables y siempre traerlos con correa y recoger sus necesidades 😅 En general una excelente opción para hospedarse 🫶🏻

El alojamiento fue lo que esperaba, estaba ubicado en una zona muy accesible y tranquila, no tuve ninguna molestia durante el día o la noche, el acceso siempre fue fácil, el lugar fue muy cómodo para dos personas, todo funcionó excelente. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en el estudio de Edith
