Vacation rentals with a balcony in Yarra River

Our stay way really enjoyable, the flat was nicely decorated with a charming view off the balcony. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. A great area to stay with heaps of options in walking distance

I absolutely loved staying at Wayne's place. It was in a great location and very comfortable. It was also clean, designed well and had lots of sunlight. Wayne was great at communicating and flexible about timing. I will say, the train is close, which is great, but it was a bit noisy at times. During your stay make sure to have dinner at Tartine and breakfast at Rowena Corner Store (both walkable). Thank you!

Fantastic apartment and location, we have a suv and the parking space was an added bonus and fitted easily in the space provided. Views are great from many windows, everything you need for home away from home and nice touch with all the kitchen and bathroom soaps etc. right across from the district shopping, tram right outside and restaurants at the front. Will definitely recommend and stay again, Henfry communicated so well and always answered any questions we had. Thank you so much

Gary’s place in Middle Park is clean, spacious, full of natural light, and very homey. It kind of transports you into feeling like a local. It’s nicely located a mere block from Middle Park Beach, and like 1 block from major public transport pick ups. You can easily head down to the beach and nicely stroll to St Kilda or catch public transport to CBD, etc. Gary provides a Miki card, which takes that extra step out of the way - very nice touch. And the recommendations he provides - the guide book they offer is as well put together and thought out for all kinds of travelers. It came in super handy. They even offer up bikes for use! The communication in advance was super thorough, making accessing the place, and getting ready to check out a breeze. The place itself is lovely, and if it wasn’t raining, would have taken more advantage of the patio with a nice view of the MLB skyline, and peek of the beach. All in all a great stay, great host, and highly, highly recommend. Perfect place.

Had a fantastic stay at Hayley's place, the space was clean, cozy and as described. Hayley was thoughtful and responsive and made sure everything went smoothly for our stay.

had a great stay at fletchs place. was in a good location and had basement parking which was very convenient. lots of great food places nearby too. the apartment was clean and cozy. bed and sofa was super comfy. TV with YouTube and Netflix were a plus too! we had an issue with the hot water cylinder smelling and he came and fixed it asap and was very responsive to our issue. Will stay here again if I'm back in melbourne!

Had a great stay even though it was for work.and didn’t spend much time there. The place was in a great location, clean and modern. I had a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

Tim’s apartment was exactly as described. Felt very cosy and was very conveniently located: easy to get to from Melbourne airport and well connected by trams/bus routes. Area can be a little colourful, especially at nighttime, however we felt very safe and the double glazed windows made for a very quiet stay.

Fantastic location ( annual Anzac matches at MCG) & gorgeous property. Everything we needed. Grateful for an early check in when arriving from interstate.

The accommodation was perfect for our occasion. Lots of room to get ready. Not your standard accommodation photographs beautifully Had everything we needed and more Would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Aside from the amount of steps, the place was great. We were also able to feed the birds. It can be a bit cold due to the timed heater for those who are more accustomed to a warmer weather during the cold season. It has a great private outdoor bbq area as well.

A very enjoyable stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The location is great, well within walking distance to the city and right by the South Melbourne markets. Would definitely stay again and recommend others giving it a look!

This little peace of heaven was perfect for our family to celebrate my 40th birthday. From the moment we walked in the front gate to see the house amongst the gum trees and then the waterfall from the bedroom. We felt like we stepped into an old fairytale world with our own treehouse. Everywhere we walked felt like little fairy’s were waiting to greet us. The ferns throughout and stepping stones between each area made for the best adventures. The kids loved watching the frogs and tadpoles in the back pool. The natural pool was incredible and soul nourishing. Our first experience with a natural pool and it was breathtaking, especially being able to swim under the waterfalls. Thank you so much Sarah, we hope to return sometime Soon.

Location was brilliant. Check-in was compromised by Air B n b app going down. Fortunately we were able to phone a number and gain assistances. Tariff went through the roof for the F1 GP four night w/e which unfortunately soured the stay.

Great place to stay, area itself felt safe and quiet. We loved the swimming pool too! Kid friendly and lots of things to do around the area. Highly recommended and will stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location with amenities (Netflix, gym, pool, spa and parking) and sweet thoughtful touches. Sarah and Shaun were proactive in their communication and were very helpful. We look forward to staying again for our next trip to Melbourne.

very cozy place, the parking is very convenient, a supermarket is just walking distance. will definitely recommend and will choose to stay here again when i visit point cook again.

We collected the key from the cleaners property. James place is situated next to the Yarra river with plenty of walks with lots to see and really great places to eat, some with views of the river. We were lucky as the comedy festival was on and access to the city was easy with the myki card which we topped up at the train stations Will definitely stay again next year.
