Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Yarra River

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and cozy home! The house is not only stylish and well-equipped but also incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of our favorite parts was the backyard, where our baby was absolutely delighted watching the birds and ducks each day. The location is great—peaceful, yet just a short drive into town. We especially loved the pastries at Redbeard Bakery and found the most amazing strawberries at the local farmers market. Gordon was a fantastic host—super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a charming and peaceful retreat!

Great place to stay, we’ll definitely be back. Easy walk to the beach and to the shops in Ocean Grove. The views from the lounge and the master bedroom are incredible. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a few days exploring the Bellarine.

we absolutely loved our stay at Deerhead cabin. clean, cosy & such a lovely, quiet location with a beautiful big grassy backyard, great little outdoor spot to sit on the warmer days & a perfect fire pit to enjoy! We loved having all of the different birds visit us & got to see so many different kinds as well as some night time possum visitors. wood shed was well stocked, kitchen was lovely and clean & also had everything you'd need and some pantry staples, too. It's great staying somewhere that has clearly thought about all of the little things you might need on a getaway :) The last night of our stay was a bit colder & raining so we got to enjoy the indoor fireplace & it did not disappoint. Xbox was fab for the kids, as was the big play space in the yard! Patrick was very responsive to messages & booking & check in was very easy. The welcome booklet was also very helpful on our stay. really happy & relaxed after our stay! thank you Patrick & Amanda :)

Our stay at Native Retreat was top notch! Was perfect for a little get away from the daily grind, and was our first holiday where we could bring our dogs along. The house is beautiful and bright and we felt right at home. The yard was spacious and secure which gave us peace of mind to let the dogs run wild without escaping. Just a 10 mins drive from the Esplanade (dog friendly beach) and shops, we had everything we needed. The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and maintained! The listing really is as good as it seems. The pictures and descriptions are on point, you will get everything you see and more! Just book it! You won’t be disappointed! Bravo, Natalie! We spent a very relaxing Easter long weekend at Mountain Ash - a beautiful bush retreat surrounded by trees and nature. My little one loved spotting kookaburras and possums, as well as star gazing and toasting marshmallows on the open fire (both the outdoors fire pit and indoor wood burner fireplace). Comfy beds, nice big bathtub and well equipped kitchen. Only 3 mins walk from the Pig & Whistle Tavern. Thanks for having us - great communicators and the little welcome gift was a lovely touch. Hope to be back again soon 😊

Pemmy’s place was great to stay at and we felt just like at home. Pemmy was very responsive and communicated very well. I would give her 5 stars - would highly recommend her place to any one and would like to stay here again.

Wonderful stay. Everything was as described and as pictured. Perfect for large family groups, plenty of space to come together and separate for quiet time. We had 3 young children and they made good use out of the upstairs living space (“playroom”) and trampoline. The pool once we got it sorted was the perfect temperature. Rooms were very clean and very spacious. Great kitchen and welll stocked with cleaning products as was the laundry. Check in/out was easy and Anna was friendly and a very responsive host.

Probably the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Absolutely gorgeous interior, and every detail showcased the care and love poured into the place. Amazing location and again, a beautiful place to stay. Libby was extremely helpful and provided us with an amazing stay!

Lewis went above and beyond what was required - we had long air flights across time zones so he made sure we had the instructions for the lock box. The flat is very close to lots of eateries and Lewis has details of which streets to look along. It’s close to the CBD and just opposite a large park, and the flat is lovely inside. A great place to stay.

Lovely apartment. Great views from the balcony. Close to trams and cafes close by. We really enjoyed our stay. Eleni was a great host and always responded to our queries. Apartment was very clean and a great size. Would stay here again for sure.

Gioia’s home was bright and welcoming, it is in an excellent location - extremely close proximity to Woolies, Luna Park and the beach - if you’ve a puppy - there are plenty of doggy friendly places around. The home has everything you need, check in was sooooo easy and provided a restful home for our weekend.

Gokcan was very hospitable and the place was near and tidy with many decorative items. We were even welcomed with chocolates for Easter and morning tea packets!

Great accomodation. Bigger space than it looks in the photos. Really easy to feel relaxed and settled.

Peter was an amazing host from start to finish. He was extremely responsive any time we had a question, he replied almost instantly with helpful and clear answers. It really made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. He offered us a late checkout, which was greatly appreciated! The apartment itself great, the view of the city from the windows was stunning. The location was super convenient everything we needed was close by, from cafes and restaurants to shops and public transport Thanks so much for being a great host!

Moose Head lodge is an absolutely stunning property. We knew it was going to be beautiful from the photos but walking in we were blown away. We loved the location, it was peaceful with lots of walks close by and towns to explore. We spent our evenings by the fire, stargazing and making pizza. We will absolutely be back with our doggo who had an equally amazing holiday. Thanks very much to Matt and Rachel who were incredible hosts.

I wish we could have stayed longer, such a beautiful area surrounded by trees and nature. The lodge is stunning with a homely vibe and the double spa is perfect after a long day of hiking etc. The breakfast basket was a lovely touch which was very nice ( lots of local produce). The outdoor fire pit was perfect, both my husband and I enjoyed this greatly. The birds in the morning were my favourite. The kookaburras, the Sulfur crested cockatoos and rosellas are adorable and we loved feeding them. Thank you Shellie and John for making us feel welcome. We are seriously considering coming back again for our 5th year wedding anniversary. 100% recommend

Malcolm and Hannah have a beautiful property and we had an amazing, relaxing weekend away. They’re lovely, helpful people that were always ready to improve our experience if they could in any way - going above and beyond. House is cosy, stayed cool in heat and had a warm lovely cottage charm that made us feel just happy to be there. So quiet too! Will hopefully be back in Mount Evelyn someday soon to stay with them!

The cabin is rustic, yet very comfortable, and in a stunning location. The detailed information provided by Michael and Giselle helped us to settle in, understand our accommodation and surrounds, and make the most of our stay. The kids had a wonderful time exploring, feeding the birds and just generally being in nature. Would happily return!!

Was a great experience! have never been up in the ranges and it was a beautiful night , nice drives and scenery and the accomodation was very cozy with the fireplace and even board games.

The cabin itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and well-equipped with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay.
