This place was nothing short of amazing. The photos did not do it justice, as soon as we opened the door we were impressed. The room was immaculate, the bed and linen was great quality and the room smelt amazing. We enjoyed a wine tasting where we were easily able to walk back to our room, there was also a picnic basket that we took out and enjoyed some wine while still being at the vineyard. I would stay here again and certainly would recommend it to anyone who is looking to enjoy a peaceful environment.

We thoroughly loved our stay at The Pod, feeling welcomed, cared for able to totally relax and enjoy the beautiful country surroundings. A weekend of beach walks, spa, tennis, BBQ and local wines. Above all, lovely accommodating hosts. We can't wait to return!

Absolutely beautiful spot and gorgeous cottage. Shellie is lovely and makes sure you're well provided for. If you love birds you'll have a ball with all the feathered visitors. Hope to stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place was very beautiful and peaceful. It had everything we needed and appreciated that Jessica was super friendly and responsive! Would definitely recommend this place for a small weekend getaway!

Susan's place was exactly what we were looking for for a weekend getaway from Melbourne. It's close enough for an easy drive, lovely scenery, and a very comfortable place to stay. Lancefield was the closest town which had all of the the food and restaurant options we could use. The bed was fantastic, and there were extra blankets, towels, and enough cutlery and crockery for a couple of people on a weekend away. We had tea, coffee, and very kindly some fruit and biscuits for us on arrival which made it feel right at home. The property is listed as pet friendly, and it's so well organised for the pup that we had everything at hand that we needed including towels to keep her dry when it was raining outside. The hot tub was great, and although the weather wasn't fantastic, it was lovely to spend the evening in. I could go on, but if you're reading this, and need a short stay away in the country this is the place to be.

Beautiful location that we and our dog loved. So peaceful and relaxing - the perfect way to escape the city for a couple of days. And the cottage itself was super cute but had everything we needed.

Great stay, short drive to the beach. Spa and sauna were easy to use with clear instructions from Paul on how to use both. Complete privacy separate the main house to the back where the bungalow is Would definitely come back again :)

Such a fab little cabin and location! Everything you need for a relaxing stay and the property itself is so much fun for kids (and adults)! Our kids absolutely loved the basketball court, the trampoline and swimming pool & spa. Peter was very friendly and switched on the hot tub for me. The grounds and cabin itself are kept really well. The beds are comfy, the split ac/heater works quickly and the kitchen has all the latest appliances to ensure you have an easy stay. Would definitely recommend and return!

We had such a fantastic stay at Trish & Ian's place! The place was spotless, beautifully styled, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The little touches and attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect too—quiet, convenient, and close to everything. Communication was easy and responsive throughout. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great stay in Point Lonsdale!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was perfectly fitted with everything you need. Qe felt so at home and relaxed the whole time. Beautiful views no matter where you looked. The kitchen was well equipped, we whipped up a few lovely meals while eating on the balcony. Our daughter loved all the toys, games, swing and trampoline. We even got to see a wallaby! What can I say that hasn’t already been said in previous reviews? The Beach Box is the perfect place to stay! Wonderful,clean, welcoming, providing everything needed for a happy holiday. Easy to find and centrally placed for exploring the Peninsula. My dog has given it 10 stars. and so have I. Rosie is a great host and always there if needed. Quite frankly I am loathe to leave. Malcolm and Hannah have a beautiful property and we had an amazing, relaxing weekend away. They’re lovely, helpful people that were always ready to improve our experience if they could in any way - going above and beyond. House is cosy, stayed cool in heat and had a warm lovely cottage charm that made us feel just happy to be there. So quiet too! Will hopefully be back in Mount Evelyn someday soon to stay with them!

The cabin is rustic, yet very comfortable, and in a stunning location. The detailed information provided by Michael and Giselle helped us to settle in, understand our accommodation and surrounds, and make the most of our stay. The kids had a wonderful time exploring, feeding the birds and just generally being in nature. Would happily return!!

A beautiful estate loved the gardens & the cottage was adorable. We enjoyed our night with our dog who felt like a king! We will recommend and if we are in the area again will come back for longer! Thank you Sharnie we loved reading about the heritage of Craignair house.

I was able to stay at Red's place with my dog and it was comfortable and peaceful. The fireplace was great at night and Red was very accommodating to everything we needed. Close to Bells Beach with everything you need.

Anna’s tranquil getaway was the perfect place to stay. The wood fire and open floor plan to cook dinner to relax with beautiful surrounding of the Forrest was magic. 10/10 would recommend

The accommodation is cute and practical. Clean and tidy. Coffee, milk in the fridge. Ceiling fan was very helpful with hot weather at night. Chris was easy to work with, answered the phone and helped with good directions. BNB was near good restaurants, walking distance. I had a great stay.

The room is very cosy and comfortable. Check in was very easy as the host gave great instructions. When we arrived the hosts had even left us a fresh loaf of delicious bread from thier bakery as a welcome gift. We felt very at home and welcomed. Great stay, great hosts. We recommend them highly.

Staying with Keren and Gwyn was very relaxed and beautiful. They are very kind, helpful and accomodating. The kitchen is well equipped and breakfast food provided according to your needs. The garden in which one sits on the balcony is peaceful, and as I was there for more than 4 weeks I was permitted to use the washing machine and ironing board. It was nice chatting to Keren, when we happened to see each other, but each of us had their privacy too. I had a great time living there and am already considering to book again for next year.

Amelia’s home was truly a home away from home with such a warm space! This place had everything we needed to eat in, and only a hop-skip away from town. The fire place was lovely, and easy to collect kindling around outside. There was fire wood cut and available. We had a nice bottle of wine on arrival. Perfect place if the rains sets in with loads of family entertainment available inside - boardgames, toys for kids, smart TV and great family space as well. Looking forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful Weekend at this lovely cottage in Breamlea. The hamlet is so quiet and peaceful and the beach is a very short walk away. No need for the car once you get here. Alternatively, fantastic restaurants are a short 15 minute drive away in Torquay. The cottage is full of character and comfort for a wonderful stay at the beach. Would love to return

It really is a magical place, ideal for relaxing and connecting with nature. In addition, it is close to Mount Buller, which is ideal for the snow season. On the other hand, the accommodation is perfect, even much more beautiful than in the photos. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it 100%.
