Vacation rentals with a soaking tub in Yarra River

We always love staying at this beautiful cottage. Great communication.. lovely area and walking distance to many restaurants and great cafes. The cottage is spacious and well set up, we love the backyard and the afternoon sun always warms the sitting area. The kitchen has everything you need and all the basic things you need Ike tea/coffee etc We always return here with the kids, it feels like a home away from home. Thank you again!

Aside from the amount of steps, the place was great. We were also able to feed the birds. It can be a bit cold due to the timed heater for those who are more accustomed to a warmer weather during the cold season. It has a great private outdoor bbq area as well.

Probably the most beautiful Airbnb I have ever stayed at. So much thought and design has went into this home, didn’t realise places like this existed in Melbourne! We would definitely recommend!

Naomi is an awesome host! She was so helpful and responsive and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable and seamless as possible. The house is perfect for a Fitzroy stay and so easy to get to more restaurants, cafes and fun places than you can actually visit - you need months! The house was really comfy and easy to live in. Well presented house with all amenities in good condition. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very neat and clean. Kids loved this place. Great varieties of kitchen amenities as well. Highly recommend this place and thanks to Lily for being highly responsive all throughout.

Katherine is excellent to deal with, very accommodating, friendly and always responsive. The property is very clean and tidy and has everything that we needed. Easy walking distance to Bridge Rd & Swan St and only a short walk to the MCG and City. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Melbourne.

We are locals that needed a place to stay while we had some repairs done to our property. Jeremy was responsive and friendly. We really appreciated being able to bring our dogs with us. The creek and nature was beautiful. The bath is a standout, loved using it each day!

A generous stylish apartment in a beautiful old building full of character. We came for the Australian Open; it’s a 20 minute walk along the river or you can rent a Lime bike or get an Uber. Easy walk to the Domain Road restaurants all up to South Yarra. So much nicer than staying in a hotel

Beautiful apartment perfect for families with generous bedrooms, huge lounge area and great outdoor courtyard. The apartment was close to public transport but being at the rear of the building was very quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Great little place in Richmond. We went for the Grand Prix and the location was excellent. Close to Swan St yet so quiet! Coffee and eateries galore. Fantastic stay! Would recommend if you are ok with stairs!!!

We had an awesome stay at this flat. We were staying for 9 nights and this place was stocked with everything we would need to help us feel at home. It’s a great location- right by Merri creek which is a great spot for a walk, and also close to lots of cool neighbourhoods with excellent cafes, bars and restaurants as well as independent shops and a park. The tram goes right down the closest main road, and the train station isn’t far so it’s well connected. We’d definitely recommend this place and would stay again if we’re ever back in Melbourne

The place is very comfortable and has everything one needs and is in a quiet location . The city Tram is a few blocks away and it takes about 20 mins to central Melbourne and there is a also a train abt 20 minutes flat walk to 3 different train stations. There is a 7/11 not far.
