Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Yarra River

Ralph & Robyn are the most gracious host's, I stayed in their cabin situated at the bottom of their beautiful cottage garden. It has everything you need for a short stay, they even include provisions for a yummy cooked breakfast & more. All amenities are extremely clean & well thought out. It's the little touches like the chocolates on the bed side tables & a bottle of port waiting for you when you arrive that I really love. This is my 2nd stay at Potters Garden and I will definitely return the next time I make plans to to visit the Hot Springs again, as it's only minutes away which is very convenient. We stayed 3 nights at Batesford Lodge and were immediately taken aback by the peaceful surroundings. The host Michael is very friendly and welcoming. Our room and ensuite were large and comfortable. We experienced a great sunset at Dog Rocks and wandered through Michael's established garden. Nothing was too much trouble and he gave us some foldaway chairs for the airshow to borrow. Continental breakfast was supplied which was an added touch. Jedi and Trixie are gorgeous dogs who love people. We loved our stay there thanks Michael.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Valerie’s bnb, what a charming house full of character and beautiful periodic features. And so very clean! Would definitely recommend. Valerie is a fantastic host, helpful, responsive and informative. The continental breakfast was an added bonus and went down well. Thank you Valerie, we hope to return someday.

Julie and Jeremy were absolutely amazing hosts and made us feel welcomed in their lovely home. The place was absolutely beautiful like a piece of history restored in time and well maintained. They have the most friendly and cute dogs Dolly and Roy who are an absolute delight. We also had a good time with the ponies and Ziggy the horse. Highly recommend for a peaceful gateway.

A peaceful, quiet and relaxed stay over the long weekend. We had everything we needed and the proximity to the beach and nearby Cowes was an added bonus. Well looked after property, good amenities and a very responsive host.

Loved it here, will stay again next time I'm heading down to these parts. I had a 2 hour drive from Melbourne airport in a rental car, landed at 11pm. delays pushed my arrival to this Airbnb till 2am. I let Glorija know, she said it was no problem, she met me in person and was super friendly. Wish I could have chatted some more. The place was lovely, easy to park the car, right outside the back door. The town is lovely. I'm picky about showers and beds, and this was definitely top tier.

Highly recommend staying at the Halls on Falls Farm. There are different accommodation choices available, and both Pam and John are amazing hosts. Best are the animals, the very large and friendly dogs, cows, and don't miss the opportunity to cuddle and walk the donkeys. Both Pam and John were very accommodating to our requests and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Thanks for the really lovely farm stay. Was so special and made memories!

Kumari & Paul are fabulous hosts who look after us really well. The accommodation in their home is spotless, spacious, comfortable, cosy and colourful. You can walk to the beautiful beach at Half Moon Bay and the Black Rock restaurants and cafes. So many reasons to stay and why we return here!

He was always available to help and even drove me around the city, helping me set up essentials and explore. What truly stood out was Barry’s generosity—he even took me for house inspections to help me find a long-term stay. When my Airbnb stay ended, he accommodated me in his attic room until my apartment was ready, which was a huge help. Barry and Parinya’s kindness, hospitality, and warmth made my stay unforgettable. Pamela does hosting like a mother, with love and care. If you are looking a true Airbnb experience as opposed to impersonal hotel experience, you would have come to the perfect spot. She even drove us out to grab dinner since it was raining and we came by bike. The place is immaculate and details are well thought out. Definitely, highly recommend

Michelle and Ron were wonderful, responsive and friendly hosts. The space was private, quiet and had everything we were after. The outdoor fire pit was lovely, and cooking on the kitted-out gas burner was great! We were given some food to feed the horses and sheep adjacent to the suite. When we requested some kitchen amenities, Ron and Michelle were only more than happy to help. We had really nice chats with Ron on the days we were there, too. First thing I did was have a bath (the bath is properly awesome), turned the gas fire on, and just relaxed. In a world of busy, this place really encourages a quiet mind and reset. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some time away. We will absolutely be back.

We had a wonderful time here - the place is exquisite. The decor was beautifully styled and we particularly loved the fireplace and giant bathtub! Every amenity we needed was there waiting for us and it was just a short walk down to Olinda Village and beautiful parklands. This felt like a luxury version of our own home and we hope to come back again next year. Thank you for having us!

The cleanest place we have ever stayed. Great stylings and furnishings. Gill was very communicative and accommodated our dietary needs with a wonderful selection of foods for breakfast and snacks. Really great find for a couples getaway.

Tarni and Clive are wonderful hosts. We had a very enjoyable stay at Islay House. We would highly recommend staying here. It is an easy commute up and down the V-line to the neighboring towns, there are many great restaurants and pubs, and Isla House is an easy stroll to the main street. The house is very comfortable and clean, and the fresh breads and pastries for breakfast were a special treat!
