Vacation rentals with a kayak in Yarra River

we enjoyed our time in Paul's house. The kids had an amazing time with all the toys provided in the house, and we truly appreciated the comfort and warmth of Paul's home. We’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family, and if we ever return to Rosebud, we’ll be sure to book again.

House of payne! far from it! The house was wonderful. Easy walk to beach, golf club, restaurants. A bonus was the hot tub , ready to go. Best relaxation after a full day fishing in the boat. we had a day of high temperature, the house did warm up in the upstairs bedrooms. Great place form family to stay. Thanks again.

Queenie was a great communicator from the get-go! The home is beautiful and such a unique and homely interior and exterior design. We enjoyed being amongst the nature, lots of different birds around. It’s a quiet spot with plenty of privacy - the front and back yard is safely secured to allow your little furry friends to roam around.

Fantastic location, safe neighbourhood, pictures don't do it justice. Great host and accommodating with the pets . Strongly recommend!

Anna’s place was a haven away from the busy city life. The house was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully presented with lovely touches and everything you’d need for a family beach holiday. Close to 16 Beach and there were also plenty of family friendly activities at the house - so need to leave! Loved that doggo could join us too.

Donna's place is amazing, and a great spot for families looking to stay on the Peninsula. We would definitely be coming back here in the future.

Loved our Easter break at serenity. House was spotless with lots of extras we didn’t expect. Chris even supplied dog towels so we could bath Winnie after being down at the Dog beach. If you want to park your car and love walking this house is for you! Walk to a great coffee shop just around the corner, walk to Sorrento or Blairgowrie. Even better only 10 min walk to the dog beach where we spent a lot of time. This beach is also great for paddle boarding which we also had fun doing… Communication with Chris was excellent from the moment I booked. We will definitely return.

We loved this beautiful, retro old house. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great, the dog and child loved the yard and it was very peaceful. We will definitely stay again.

Susan's place was exactly what we were looking for for a weekend getaway from Melbourne. It's close enough for an easy drive, lovely scenery, and a very comfortable place to stay. Lancefield was the closest town which had all of the the food and restaurant options we could use. The bed was fantastic, and there were extra blankets, towels, and enough cutlery and crockery for a couple of people on a weekend away. We had tea, coffee, and very kindly some fruit and biscuits for us on arrival which made it feel right at home. The property is listed as pet friendly, and it's so well organised for the pup that we had everything at hand that we needed including towels to keep her dry when it was raining outside. The hot tub was great, and although the weather wasn't fantastic, it was lovely to spend the evening in. I could go on, but if you're reading this, and need a short stay away in the country this is the place to be.

Amazing location! Incredible set up! Just a beautiful property! The Lake was a low which made it a little hard to access, but we made it work and still caught fish, enjoyed a kayak and plenty of swimming.

We thoroughly loved our stay at The Pod, feeling welcomed, cared for able to totally relax and enjoy the beautiful country surroundings. A weekend of beach walks, spa, tennis, BBQ and local wines. Above all, lovely accommodating hosts. We can't wait to return!

Lovely stay at Debbie's residence. Shack was all that was advertised and more! Horse ride right around the corner on the farm also made this locale even more appealing. Would recommend and stay again!
