Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Xàbia

A nossa estadia na casa Cervantes foi absolutamente fantástica! A casa é tal como nas fotos, bastante grande, e com tudo o que precisa para uma estadia maravilhosa. A casa fica mesmo no centro da cidade, com muitos restaurantes, lojas e ruas bem interessantes. A praia fica a uns quilometros, sendo que pode ir de carro ou nas bicicletas disponiveis na casa. Para finalizar a nossa estadia, Inge foi uma anfitriã perfeita, super amigavél e disponivel. Já estamos com saudades! E prometemos que voltaremos. Muito obrigada!!

We had an amazing week at Patricia’s villa . She was there to greet us when we arrived . She is so friendly & gave us lots of useful information. The villa is beautiful & spotless . It’s perfect for families with little ones as there is a gate to the pool area. We had a three & one year old with our family group & they enjoyed it as much as the grown ups . So many toys for them ! The outside kitchen & bbq were perfect for evenings in . Xàbia old town is so close to walk to ( 10 mins) & the beach not too far (about 25mins ). We ate twice at the market in the old town & all the food was delicious. We hired cars so were able to go to other places but Xàbia is lovely with lots of great places to eat so you could manage without hiring a car. We also ordered online shopping to arrive Sat from Mercadona ( I saw on another review someone had done this ) which was very handy . It is just a perfect place to stay & we would definitely go back .

Everything is just perfect: the house, location and the host. We stayed with our two daughters of 1 and 3, and had a great time. Everything that you need is there, the kids loved the toys and outside spaces (including the pool), and the beach and restaurants are a couple of minutes away. We have been to many Airbnbs, but almost none like this one. Will try to get back whenever we can.

Wat een leuk huis! Met oog voor detail ingericht en van alles voorzien. Vooral de slaapkamer op de bovenste verdieping was licht en sfeervol. En hoewel zonder uitzicht, was het balkon daar erg fijn om er s'ochtends te ontbijten en toch dat buitengevoel te krijgen. Perfect gelegen in het oude centrum met de gezellige smalle straatjes en fijne restaurants. Gratis parkeerplaats op 5 minuten afstand lopen (in mei hadden wij altijd plek), maar ook de mogelijkheid om je auto even dichtbij op het pleintje te parkeren om snel in- en uit te laden. Er waren zelfs 2 fietsen beschikbaar toen wij er waren. Monica reageerde altijd supersnel op vragen, ook heel fijn. Wij hebben het hier erg naar ons zin gehad en zouden zo weer terugkomen!

Fantastic place, well worth booking especially when you see the sunrise from your private terrace. Arturo was so kind and helpful, easy direct instructions to find the place and suggestions of where to go were brilliant. He was so responsive and welcoming, made the whole thing so easy and enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone, friends or family to stay here it’s absolutely wonderful. We’ll be back!

Una de las mejores casas que hemos estado. Ricardo tiene una casa muy bonita, siempre pendiente por si nos faltaba algo y buena comunicación. Disfrutamos mucho de su piscina. Repetiríamos sin duda

Pasamos un fin de semana perfecto, la casa es maravillosa, unas vistas increíbles y acceso directo al mar. Teresa nos lo puso todo muy fácil y cómodo, estuvo muy atenta.

Wij hebben 14 dagen gelogeerd in het appartement van Elke en was echt fantastisch en heel ruim.Alles was brandschoon en een goed ingerichte keuken en veel privacy op het terras.Elke had ook fietsen geregeld voor ons wat daar ook heerlijk is om naar de andere boulevard Arenal te fietsen om s.avonds daar te eten waar heel veel goede restaurants zijn. Zwembad was ook heel fijn en schoon. Waar weinig mensen gebruik van maakte dus ook genoeg privacy. Auto gratis parkeren in de straat waar altijd plek is . Al met al een hele fijne veilige plek om vakantie te vieren. Wij gaan zeker een x w terug.

I really enjoyed my stay. The views of the ocean are incredible!! What a joy to cook from the kitchen looking out over the ocean and then eat on the terrace listening to the sound of the waves. The location is great to pop down for a morning swim or snorkel, go for a hike, or an evening stroll along the seafront. Communication was easy and friendly.

Gonzalo nous attendait pour nous montrer le fonctionnement du parking et de la maison. Cela est appréciable. L’appartement était très propre et sentait bon. Tout est absolument conforme aux photos. Les literies sont parfaites. La vue est réellement superbe. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, rien ne manquait. Et Gonzalo, aussi bien que Vicente, nous ont dit de ne pas hésiter à les contacter si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Les chiens ont apprécié de pouvoir jouer à la balle depuis la terrasse jusqu’au portillon donnant accès à la rue. Il y a comme un petit parc herbu devant l’appartement, les voitures sont donc éloignées, pas de bruit. L’appartement est remarquablement placé, proche de la mer et des promenades, commerces, bars et restaurants, du port. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le parking souterrain, car garer sa voiture dans la zone peut être difficile à certains moments. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement. Upea pieni paikkakunta. Asunto oli loistava, riittävästi tilaa laukkujen kanssa. Vastasi täysin kuvia ja ilmoitusta. Hiljaista öisin, naapureita ei juuri kuullut eikä näkynyt. Etukäteen oli kerrottu, ettei ruokakauppoja lähellä ole, niin osasi varautua siihenkin. Keittiössä tarvittavat kodinkoneet, myös pyykinpesukone. Kuivausteline parvekkeella hieman pieni.

Trato estupendo, alojamiento y ambiente inmejorable. El alojamiento y la finca eran nuevos y estaba todo cuidado, hasta el último detalle Tanto Ramona como su marido nos proporcionaron una estancia estupenda. Repetiremos sin duda.

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Prachtig verblijf om tot rust te komen en toch dichtbij allerlei mooie locaties (zandstrand in Calpe, de authentieke stad Althea, dichtbij het bruisende Benidorm). Jorge reageerde altijd binnen het uur en dacht meteen mee als we ergens een probleem ondervonden. Wel interessant om mee te delen is dat er stilte werd gevraagd aan het zwembad tussen 14u en 17u in de namiddag. We losten dit op door naar het keienstrand te gaan aan het hotel, of naar het strand in Calpe te gaan op slechts 10 minuten rijden. Topvakantie gehad met onze twee kindjes!

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

Lovely apartment on the sea front in Altea. Stunning views of the sea and beach area. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was decorated beautifully. The balcony was large so we felt we had plenty of room. The location is great, a couple of mins walk to the team and less than 10 mins to the pretty old town. There is parking all along the beach front, you can't guarantee a space right away but we usually found one within a few mins.

Great place to stay for us. Loved the apartment and we were very comfortable. Everything good quality and working perfectly. Enjoyed the balcony and the pool - so lovely and quiet at the time we visited. Super location close to the beach via short walk along marina/canal. We didn't have a car, but if we had, parking would have been easy. Javea is a lovely town, and we enjoyed visiting the port as well as the beach. VincenteyPatri were very helpful and responsive, communication before and during our stay was always prompt, with offers to help and the information booklet in the apartment was super - full instructions for everything, plus lots of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Enjoyed staying and would return. Thanks VicenteyPatri!

The apartment was exactly as described. It had everything you would need. Good WiFi and TV system with lots of channels. The kitchen was well fitted out with everything you would need for cooking. The pool was just a few meters from the patio. As it was early April, we had the pool to ourselves. I would have no fault with this apartment. Marian responded promptly to all of our emails. I would highly recommend it.
