Villa Minerva offers a great opportunity to stay in a quiet private place very close to the town, beach, boulevard supermarkets. The house offers everything you could need. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The outside space is completely walled, so safe for our dog, who was made very welcome. Even a dog bed and food bowls for the dog were provided. The different seating areas around the pool were spot on. Cheryl is a very helpful responsive host. She will do anything she can to make your stay a pleasant experience.

We loved the house, welcoming, clean, with everything you need to be comfortable. The amazing views, felt like not going out so you could enjoy the terrace. David was quick to respond to our questions. Undoubtedly to be repeated, highly recommended.

Could not say enough positive things about Antic Rooms. So many extras - the most comfortable couch, pillows and beds, soft towels, shampoo and conditioner (not a given so far!). But more than any of that - the views, a pristine beach, playgrounds - everything needed for a great trip. We will most certainly ask Joan to stay again! Thank you Joan for such a fantastic stay.

The apartment is superbly equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with Ingrid was just wonderful – she was always friendly, helpful and very straightforward. For our family of four, the space was more than sufficient, and the location of the apartment is simply fantastic. The view from the terrace enchanted us anew every day! We had a wonderful week at El Portet Beach. Great contact with Almarina before our stay and an early check in was extremely helpful. The villa/house is absolutely beautiful and very cosy. It had everything we needed for our stay and lots of storage and space. The garden area is beautiful and very well maintained. What surprised us most was how peaceful it was but in less than 5 minutes you are on El Portet beach. We really hope to return and throughly enjoyed our stay!

Well, perfect accommodation, we truly felt right at home, we will definitely be back. Highly recommended, near the Arenal, just a 10-minute walk away, and right in front of a spectacular diving area, a very quiet organization and a garden with a barbecue, where we enjoyed some fantastic days

We spent three particularly pleasant weeks in this beautiful property located in a paradisiacal and very peaceful private estate, enjoying an exceptional location with a superb view of the sea as well as the very beautiful and comfortable gardens, glimpsed daily by a charming staff. Also, the property enjoys a great location near a nice walk to the nearby center. When we arrived, we were greeted by Antonio who was very friendly, and always available when we needed him afterwards. In conclusion, we are looking for a negative point at this rental that bears its name perfectly, but we can't find one. Everything was absolutely perfect, and it's rare enough not to be reported. So we only have one wish, go back as soon as possible, while hoping that after reading our reviews, it is not too often booked...!

Everything was perfect during our stay. The house is very well equipped and spacious enough for 8 people and offers nice services. The outdoor space is exceptional, a huge landscaped garden with trees and the large heated pool that allowed us to enjoy it every day from morning to evening… despite mosquito attacks. The neighborhood is very quiet and a few minutes from the city center and the beach. Maria has always been responsive and has great tips.

A beautiful family stay, everything was perfect...the welcome by Mirella, Allessandra's mother, a charming and caring lady. Mirella welcomes you with great kindness and gave us some great tips for our walks. Discreet, but meeting her was a real pleasure for a cordial and joyful exchange. I recommend this wonderful, peaceful place, with all the amenities.

We had a great time in Avignon. The host is responsive, available and very kind. The size of the listing is suitable for couple. The sea view is sublime and the building's swimming pool is very nice. The beach is a 5min walk, it was a pleasure to walk day or night. Small negative: the accommodation deserves a little refresh (the glass window was broken, the shower clogged, the furniture very old, the uncomfortable beds...) We will keep fond memories of this vacation:)

It was a great stay. the house lived up to expectations and Arno was fantastic to collaborate with. was one piece from downtown Calpe but we showed this in advance. The taxi came quickly so there was no problem. the app Glovo was amazing to have groceries delivered home to the house with free delivery. Lovely place we have visited for the second time. Cristina responds quickly and is helpful. Quiet and quiet, but at the same time central. Cozy coastal road away to the old town and beach with restaurants . Lovely place!

We stayed in this beautiful three-story house and the experience couldn't have been better. The house is very nice, cozy and equipped with everything you need, ideal for a family vacation with children. The location is excellent: a short walk from Nowbor beach and close to everything, even a Mercadona just minutes away. In addition, the terrace has spectacular views that made our evenings even more special. It is also very well located for visiting towns such as Jávea, Altea or Benidorm. It was a very pleasant and cozy stay. We would definitely do it again!

We have had an amazing week at Xavier's apartment! Both the apartment and the location exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed that it was so close to everything, both beach and restaurants, and that at the same time we could have it so quiet and peaceful on the large lovely terrace. We never got tired of gazing out over the sea and seeing the city's grand silhouette, and enjoyed that it was such a vibrant folklore around us. Perfect also that we had access to a garage so close to the apartment. We have found a dream apartment and want to go back again soon!

Our short break was made extra special with the host Johan going above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all we needed. Plenty of restaurants within easy reach and a short walk to the beach made it completely perfect. The 4 of us will be back.

We spent a very nice time in this villa. It is located in a private and quite area in front of the see. The house has everything we needed for a little baby, it matches the photos and description. Walking distance (10 min) from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. I recommend this apartment
