This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

Gonzalo nous attendait pour nous montrer le fonctionnement du parking et de la maison. Cela est appréciable. L’appartement était très propre et sentait bon. Tout est absolument conforme aux photos. Les literies sont parfaites. La vue est réellement superbe. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, rien ne manquait. Et Gonzalo, aussi bien que Vicente, nous ont dit de ne pas hésiter à les contacter si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Les chiens ont apprécié de pouvoir jouer à la balle depuis la terrasse jusqu’au portillon donnant accès à la rue. Il y a comme un petit parc herbu devant l’appartement, les voitures sont donc éloignées, pas de bruit. L’appartement est remarquablement placé, proche de la mer et des promenades, commerces, bars et restaurants, du port. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le parking souterrain, car garer sa voiture dans la zone peut être difficile à certains moments. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement. Describir este alojamiento en una palabra sería espectacular, la mejor vista que hemos tenido de todos los sitios que hemos estado, el piso es más bonito de lo que se ve en fotos y las vistas es el plus, además Alex es un excelente anfitrión, atento y siempre con disposición, me encantaría volver a este apartamento, nuevamente muchas gracias AleX por la experiencia y confiarnos tu piso.

Wow wow wow! What can I say!??! This was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th with a bunch of friends. The house, pool, hot tub, and sauna were divine. The views couldn't be beat. We had so much fun both hanging out around the house and walking 30 minutes into Calpe to be in town. It is hilly to hike to town, but we did it several times no problem. There are a couple of great restaurants within 10 minutes of walking, too. We had room to park our 3 cars inside the property, too. We loved every minute of this vacation!!

The villa was breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond our expectations. The staff ( Diego and Jorge) were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel at home. The staff responded quickly to any inquires. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants , stores and other interesting locations. The villa was well equipped and comfortable. We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

Great location between l’Arenal beach and the port. 10-15mins walk to either, both of which have lovely restaurants and shops. Apartment was clean and the balcony was impressive (dining, relaxed seating & hot tub for 2 people). Lots of parking available and great kitchen facilities (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave). Arrival instructions were clear. Note €10 cash required for 8pm-midnight arrival or €30 midnight-9am. Communal pool looked lovely but was too cold to use at the time of year we visited (May). As others have mentioned, the apartment looks out onto a fairly sizeable road which didn’t bother us in the main (you get the odd loud moped). Overall a great stay and great communication from Patricia.

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

Second stay at Franks place and it didn’t disappoint. Felt right at home as a family of four - we will definitely be back. Beautiful views, beautiful surroundings and all round peaceful part of Benidorm. Thank you so much.

Todo muy bien. Las camas comodisimas, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien, el baño muy grande y la ducha fantástica. En la cocina había de todo, azucar, té aceite, papel de cocina, etc. Nosotros no cocinamos pero se veía muy bien en cuanto a cubertería y ollas. Las sábanas y las toallas impecables.

Fijn en ruim appartement op een super locatie. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Verbleven met 2 volwassenen en een peuter van 3,5 jaar. Ruim terras met uitzicht over de baai van Arenal. Diverse goede restaurants binnen 2 minuten lopen. Zwembad in mei nog een beetje fris. Contact met de host verliep soepel en snel. Enige minpunt is dat het in het weekend ‘s nachts wat gehorig kan zijn van feestende jongeren op straat, maar als je daar rekening mee houdt is het goed te doen en ook logisch gezien de A locatie waar je verblijft.

Ruim en fraai huis met prachtige uitzichten. Luxe, voorzien van slle gemakken en de lift naar boven is een prima oplossing voor degenen, die slecht ter been zijn.

Geweldig mooi appartement met zeezicht, super vriendelijk ontvangst, we voelde ons helemaal thuis. De host reageerde overal super snel op en vroeg tussentijds uit zichzelf ook nog of alles naar wens was. Kortom, een echte aanrader

Adriana es una anfitriona encantadora que nos dio todas las facilidades del mundo. Se portó de 10 con nosotros. Absolutamente recomendable, tanto por el apartamento como por la anfitriona. We've had a great stay at the Jave. The house was very spacious, well equipped and private. The outside was beautiful and offered a lot of possibilities for swimming, sunbathing, cooking and eating. It matches the description and the pictures very well. The hosts were very forthcoming and the communication was easy and fast. We can only recommend the Jave!

Stayed at this beautiful villa for a week with my family and could not have had a better time. Mark was the perfect host from the moment we arrived- even making my mum a cup of tea upon arrival! The surroundings are exceptional and the villa itself is the nicest villa we have ever stayed in. Javea Holiday Rentals say they go above and beyond and this could not be more true! This is one of the places I’ll definitely come back to! It was an absolute pleasure staying at this lovely apartment, from the amazing sea view greeting you morning and evening, daily sunrise, calm and quiet neighbourhood that’s a pleasure to take a daily walk through. The place has everything you need and more, María clearly has put a lot of thought and work to craft such a cozy and welcoming place, on top of being an excellent host that made sure we felt home.

Well . Where do I start. First of all, Saleem is an amazing person. We stayed at his oasis during the black out - he gave us dinner because of the power outage and so much more. The pictures do NOT do not do it justice. It is paradise - it’s a huge amount of space with spectacular views ! I will be returning to Saleems paradise. Thank you for everything !!! Katie and crew!

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment was very clean and modern, with a great kitchen. The location was easy to find, peaceful and quiet. Tim was a very responsive host and came together us to hand over keys. Thank you for an excellent stay, would definitly recommend and come back again!
