Also perfect for babies and children as it has been equipped with bath, cot, high chair and minipimer. It is close to all services, restaurants and beach bars, and a pleasant walk to both the Arenal beach and the port.

You’ll love my place because it is a delightful apartment only three minutes walk to the sea, surrouded by good restaurants, cafes and lovely boutiques. With air conditioning and heating throughout, the apartment is also furnished with all necessary electrical appliances, WIFI (600 MB), Smart TV, books and toys. 4 bedrooms sleeps 7, 2 bathrooms, lounge, and 2 small terraces on which to enjoy a drink . There is also en enclosed garden and car park. A place where we want you to feel happy.

It has 1 master bedroom with a bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room with an Italian-opening sofa bed. The whole apartment has laminate flooring. The main jewel is its terrace, where you can enjoy wonderful moments, overlooking the mountains of Aitana and Aixortà, and in the background the peak of Bernia and the sea. We hope you love it.
