The place was exactly as described and very close to the airport. Hosts were responsive. We enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this for anyone looking for a clean, quiet and spacious place to stay in Manchester.

Margaret is a great host. The description of the studio was spot on. Very compact, self contained and spotlessly clean. We used it for a New Years break and it was within good walking distance to the town. Communication from Margaret was excellent.

Awesome spot in the heart of a great neighborhood. Will be back for sure.

Melissa was a kind and friendly host, quick to offer suggestions on places to visit. The flat had been set up in a welcoming way and we felt right at home. Amenities were clearly listed and included instructions on how to use them, which made our stay a lot easier. The flat also included lots of helpful items like a lint roller, sewing kit, etc which helped prevent a clothing disaster! Thanks so much again for the warm welcome, we’d love to stay again :)

Jade was a very helpful host. The area is traditional for the area, lovely nature reserve on back of rear garden for walks. The cottage is just lovely. Warm and cosy. We will definitely return here.

A lovely, home-from-home stay at Linda's place. It really felt like staying in a lived in house rather than a stark hotel room. The kitchen was well equipped with loads of glasses and mugs, crockery, pans etc and oil and herbs provided. We made use of the washing machine and the outside drying space was great so didn't need the tumble dryer. Comfy beds and handy to have towels provided. The kitchen table was great to work from home and the WiFi worked perfectly. Nice garden and patio, and a quiet street with views of a grassy area with trees from the front of the house. Had no trouble parking two cars near the house. Check in and out was easy with a lock box.

Very happy with my stay here. Everything was very clean and new, the house has a modern style. The garden is nice and the kitchen area was magnificent. Beds were very comfortable, sheets and towels were also clean. Mable was very helpful, made it very easy for us to check in and out, and answered any queries quickly. 10/10 would defo recommend especially to families / groups!

Great location for a visit to central Manchester and lovely clean well kept property, had to do an online verification and pay a £30 security fee to check in which I didn't mind but would have been good to know in advance.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Place was immaculately clean and very tastefully presented. Reece and Chloe had provided everything we needed. They are very friendly and extremely helpful and responsive, going the extra mile if needed. The location is great with lovely views and excellent walks/hikes. We stayed at Thomas Gray House, 2 adults with 3 teenagers. We absolutely loved the location, stunning setting and lots of nearby walks with great views. A couple of really nice pubs to walk to in local village and we combined it with a trip to morecambe on one day and Windermere on another day which were both within about half an hours drive. Jerry was uber responsive for any questions and gave nice video instructions on how to access property etc.

Great location for the village. There is a little bit of road noise but it didn’t disturb us at all. The bed linen and towels were beautiful crisp white and the beds really comfy. The apartment is really comfortable and has private parking. Gill was super friendly and responsive. We had a lovely few days away. Thank you cor Easter treats too, our 5 year old was made up.

Was a comfortable stay for a couple of nights. Clean and comfy apartment. Host was really responsive and replied quickly with any queries I had. Would recommend if visiting Manchester City as everything’s in close walking distance.

Very impressive apartment, very comfortable beds. Easy access to bars. My only concern was that we couldn’t log on to the WiFi , but it was no big deal and didn’t spoil our stay. Would definitely book again.

I have stayed in Scott’s apartment for a month. Wonderful location! Supermarket and train station is near this place. It takes 15 mins to Manchester City Centre.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Spacious Very clean and smelt nice. Homely with well equipped kitchen. Tea/coffee/milk provided. Candles in the bathroom! Comfy beds and bedding. Excellent location, only a short 5 min walk to the tram. Hosts were excellent at communicating with us, and ensuring we had a smooth check in. Highly recommend.

Really convenient place to stay. Nice and easy to get in, great host with fast communication. Place was just like the pictures and had great facilities! Would stay again :)
