Lovely house, great views, within 30 mins drive to all main south lakes sights. Communication and check in all very easy and clear. We had a great stay :)

Had an excellent weekend away celebrating our mums 80th Birthday! Everything there for all the different age ranges from 15-80 year olds always something to do! Host was always at the end of a text for any assistance that was needed! The welcome basket was a lovely surprise! Will definitely recommend & use again. x

Fab place to stay with a lovely homely feel....sadly we were not there for long as we had to leave very early for our daughter to do a skydive!

We enjoyed our time and would recommend to those wanting to visit. There was even a clothes line for drying clothes. We enjoyed our time there.

What a fantastic place. This is a must visit cottage if you need a place around the Preston area. Helen is a wonderful host who answers questions quickly and leaves clear instructions for your visit, and provides advice on the local places to visit. The cottage is immaculately clean and has everything you need for your stay. It is set in lovely surroundings with the added advantage of a passing cockerel and beautiful peacock that you can watch from a lovely area where you can sit outside in the sunshine. The location is very secluded. Helen and partner ensure your stay is comfortable and go the extra mile to leave you some chocolates, some bread and milk in the fridge for a brew. Thoroughly recommended.

A quiet, peaceful place to stay in Blackpool. We stayed for 4 nights. Was a good 20-30 minute walk to central pier but the weather was perfect so it was a lovely walk to do! Shop/takeaways was 5/10 mins walk away which was good. Host was very responsive and helpful to messages.👍

3rd time staying at this lovely Georgian ground floor apartment with Tina being a fantastic accommodating host. Absolutely in the centre of Clitheroe, but yet so quiet & tranquil with reliable, secure parking. The accommodation was great for us as all on one level with 2 big bedrooms, each having separate shower room, one en-suite. It is so well equipped and you feel very at home when staying here. From this accommodation you have such easy access to so many lovely places to visit for eating, drinking, local towns, National Trust halls, breweries, famous sausage shop, great pie shops, trough of bowland, pendle hill & many more lovely places .….we will be returning.

We had a great week in this flat and would definitely return , Pubs & restaurants on your doorstep and a great balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by. Also Nick our host is a nice guy .

A lovely loft - perfect and just what we needed for our 2 day mini-break. The loft was much bigger than we anticipated so that was a lovely surprise. The little touches were great too - fresh towels, milk, butter, instructions for the hot tub, even some jigsaws for the rainy afternoon. Everything we needed. The outdoor space was so peaceful. Even though we were on the farm’s property, we felt right at home, comfortable and had the privacy we wanted. The neighbours were adorable - cows and their calves! The outdoor space was secure for our two dogs. Plenty of room for them to stretch their legs and play on the grass. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location as a base to explore the Lake District & come back to relax afterwards.

What a fantastic place to stay. Thank you Wendy! 35 years after we were students at Lancaster University, our reunion was made even more special by being able to stay on Meeting House Lane. Clear instructions, well located, a discount at the aromatic bakery below - smells greeting you each morning - helped make a weekend to remember. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. We love to stay here when we come up to Formby. Feels so comfortable, well situated. The extra touches are very welcome. After our long journey, there are always nice things in the fridge for us to eat and drink on our arrival. John is there if you need any help, but it’s very much your private apartment while you are there. We now regard it as our ‘home’ in Formby.

One of my best stays… Location is s great, 15 minutes walk to the center. Check-in instructions were very clear The apartment is well decorated with a lot of nice touch… Lovely bathroom with sunshine and a perfect shower… Gina is extraordinarily welcoming… I felt home, All those compliments were so nice and thoughtful Thanks to Gina for everything Highly recommended!

The flat was lovely, beautifully kitted out and with some interesting lighting features! There was lots of space inside. We appreciated being able to stay a bit longer before checking out so we could have a planned zoom meeting. Thank you for being accommodating.

Can’t speak highly enough of the accommodation, the welcome pack was a lovely touch and had far more in it than we would have expected, location was perfect for what we wanted including a great little walk along a steam railway line to the lakeside hotel. For entertainment try the local hotel, the barman was really funny although pretty sure it was unintentional 😂 would definitely go back, the accommodation, not the hotel with the barman..

Wonderful studio, great amenities and well-stocked breakfast items in the room, available at any time. Plenty of useful products in the bathroom (makeup wipes, cotton pads, aftersun, etc). Plenty of pillows of different firmness, lots of blankets, some board games available in the room, great for a night in. <10min walk from the station and high street. Very pleased overall, would recommend!

My family and I had a lovely stay at Ray and Sue’s. The place was beautiful and perfect for the 8 of us and Ray and Sue were very accommodating. It is close to a local pub and coop which was a positive for us. Recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area, and we hope to come back again!

This was an overnight stop-off while driving from Cornwall to Scotland. Place was quiet, clean, close to everything we needed and David was quick to respond with answers to questions I had. Was able to check in late (around 8:30pm after hitting bad traffic). Perfect for what we needed.

We spent 2 nights in this apartment while visiting friends in Blackpool. The apartment is fantastic - spacious and well appointed, with the highlight being the living room which has huge windows looking out over the sea which is approximately 500 metres away. The owner sent us detailed instructions before arrival and we were asked to ring him as soon as we arrived, so that he could go through various features of the apartment with us. Overall, the communication was excellent. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment if you are planning to stay in Blackpool.

A wonderful stay in beautiful accommodation. The apartment is in a great central location to Lytham shops, restaurants and beach. The apartment is well equipped, modern and very clean. The host is very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to staying again.
