Peter and Helen were perfect hosts. Both welcomed us and allowed us to keep our car in their drive as we visited Lancaster Uni for an open day. The accommodation was ideal for location (a v short walk to campus) and very comfortable and clean. Thank you very much for having us.

Faiz knows how to do hosting the right way. Prompt with communication and attending to guest concerns. He even let me in earlier which i truly appreciate. The apartment too was to taste - clean, spacious, and filled with everything you could possibly need and more. I won’t hesitate to return. Road noise might be an issue for some, although it wasn’t for me. I’d imagine that a light sleeper or people who generally can’t stand road noise may be slightly irritated by the constantly passing vehicles and police sirens but it didn’t bother me. Overall, enjoyed my stay.

Ivy Farm Cottage No.2 was absolutely beautiful. Very very clean. Had every thing we needed. The hot tub was amazing, the hottest one we've been in! The owners were lovely and so was Ellie and Sox (horses), and Ronnie the dog. Ronnie loved dishes out kisses! We will definitely return. Thank you for a fabulous stay :-)

14 of us stayed for my hen do and we had the best time! The pictures don’t do the house justice, it was perfect, spotless & had everything we could’ve needed. Communication was great, even responding to my bridesmaids when they were planning surprises or earlier check in. The beds were comfy, everyone slept well and there was so much space! It was a perfect location to travel into Liverpool for a night out and an easy walk to Crosby beach. There’s also shops & bars in walking distance. The area was peaceful with lots of parking spaces. I need to find another excuse to be able to stay here and would recommend it to anyone!

The Coach House has to be the nicest Airbnb we’ve stayed at ! The bed was super comfortable, the decor was outstanding! Would we recommend it? Absolutely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a lovely couple of nights stay at John & Carmel’s farmhouse. As a group of 6 who studied at the uni together, it was fantastic to have the farmhouse as a base for a couple of days of adventures. The garden area was lovely (especially with the sun we had!) for cards and sun soaking. Inside was spotless and there was everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Super three bedroom house in a location convenient for many of Manchester's attractions.

Amy and Jeff made us feel welcome before we even arrived. The house was lovely and clean. They left a book with contact numbers in it and most importantly a taxi phone number. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to have a stay in Manchester.

We spent a couple of days at the house and it was everything we were hoping for and more. Our family met up for a get together and the house and its location were perfect for some quality sharing and caring. Matthew an excellent host providing great communication and information. Our daughter has been having a difficult time at school and we wanted some away time so we could create some positive memories and the house and location were ideal. Thank you.

The stay was very good, apartment was super clean and had all we could ask for. Location is far enough from the main part so it's not too noisy but not too far that it's walkable. Will stay again

Wow! Talk about exceeding expectations!!!! This flat was as described, but words fall short of just how beautiful a place this is. Well-appointed and fully kitted out kitchen, squeaky clean rooms, bright and cheery ... I could go on, but don't want to spoil your experience. Yes, we would stay here again. Happily.

The apartment was just as pictured and described - clean and cheerful! Perfect space for our family of 4. We were in town to watch the Manchester United match, was less than 10 minute walk to Old Trafford and about a 15-20min Uber ride into city. All the information shared was extremely helpful and Saf was super responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay again!

Barry’s place was spacious, very comfortable and perfect for what we needed! Barry was proactive with any needs we had and communicative throughout our stay. The place was well stocked with toiletries and some helpful supplies in the kitchen which we were grateful for. Highly recommend Barry’s place, and we would not hesitate to visit again next time we’re in the area!
