What a great spot! This is a very unique place, the first smart home we’ve stayed in & we got to grips with it very quickly, and not to mention so cosy! We honestly felt right at home soon as we arrived, and the location had an amazing view, and had lots of extra toiletries (if you forget anything like we did). Both Sinead & Gareth were very responsive if we needed anything, certainly recommend staying here. Extra points for the huge smart TV perfect for our movie night! Thank you for a lovely stay 😊

We had a wonderful 2 nights at James' place. Marshfield is a great base for exploring the local towns & villages, and the manual is really helpful with recommendations. The Goat Shed was totally as described - the bed was huge and comfortable, the kitchenette was fully equipped, and the shower was incredible! Would thoroughly recommend

we’ll definitely be back and hopefully with both airbnbs as everyone we’ve shown were jealous they wasn’t there with us! lovely place and quite easy to get to the town centre. it’s a shame we wasn’t there for longer. close by and ideal for a little getaway. had an amazing stay thank you both!

We had 2 nights at Butler’s Retreat. Really good and top quality accommodation. Exactly as it shows on the photos and description. Sir Richard was very helpful and responsive in every way. We had amazing weather for February and took a lovely circular 2 hour walk from the property and enjoyed the tearoom lunch at the end.

We loved our stay at this property - it was a super location steps to all the sights and restaurants in York, but quiet and comfortable. Great water pressure in the lovely, clean shower and the bed was very comfortable for a great night’s sleep. Highly recommended for exploring amazing York!

Amazing stay!!! This was our second stay at Julie and Ashley’s wonderful studio. Returned because we loved our first stay so much we had to return. Studio is immaculate, all high spec facilities provided, beyond any expectations. Ample breakfast provided for the duration of our stay which is a lovely addition. On site parking right next to the studio. The studio is about 30mins walk from Bath. The walk is spectacular with gorgeous views of Bath. Really relaxing. Walk back from Bath is uphill but there are regular buses which stop near to the studio. Julie and Ashley are amazing hosts, really friendly and approachable. Anyone wanting to stay in Bath we cannot recommend this studio enough. You won’t be disappointed. Will be definitely be returning for another visit.

Perfect accommodation for a short stay in London. Comfortable and relaxing with plenty of amenities. Clean and tidy. We stayed during a weekend to visit the Chelsea flower show and it was in a perfect location. 10 mins walk from the tube, 10 mins walk to the flower show. We’ve already booked for next year

Would definitely recommend a visit! It is a beautiful place to stay, with lots of character and charm! Rooms are surprisingly large with lots of natural light and beds were well rated among our group. Swedish hot tub was a firm favourite. Joe and Hannah were responsive, super friendly and provided a stellar pub recommendation just 10mins away. Perfect for family or friends getaway.

We had a lovely stay at stairway to Devon - Midge. Nathan greeted us on arrival and informed us of everything we needed to know, including recommendations for local walks. The hut has everything you could possibly need, and the wood fired hot tub was an extra bonus. Would definitely recommend if you want a relaxing get away.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The jacuzzi was lovely! The hosts were great at providing us with all the information we needed for a stress free check in/out and a perfect stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mini break. Peacocks were a lovely surprise seeing them walk around the estate. Thanks again! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning spa chalet with my partner, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Nestled in a peaceful setting, the chalet combines natural beauty with luxurious comfort. The atmosphere was serene and calming—perfect for unwinding and recharging. Inside, the chalet was beautifully designed, with cozy interiors, tasteful décor, and every modern comfort thoughtfully provided. Throughout our stay the communication with Susan was first class. Immediately after booking we received detailed instructions to reach, and access, the property and also of what to expect once we got there. The Loft is situated in a quiet country setting. The Loft was superb, it was spotlessly clean throughout and everything looked new. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, a really nice touch was the Espresso coffmachine. We were able to make te andcoffee on our arrival and provided with breakfast for the next morning. The living and dining areas lwere very comfortable with modern decor. We used the free wifi and Netfix provided. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were really comfortable and the bedding was of high quality. Each bedroom had its own ensuite and a wonderful shower. I loved the gadgets in the house especially the touch pads on the walls which operated the temperature, lights and external door. This is easily of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at.

We stayed here for a week late May/early June and all agreed that this is one of the nicest places -- if not the nicest -- that we have ever stayed in. The airbnb itself is beautiful. Simon was a gracious and generous host and had left the kitchen stocked with all kinds of goodies which he encouraged us to consume. We had 3 dinners at the Shoulder of the Mutton -- just because we so much liked their food -- took a number of hikes, checked out Liverpool and visited the Yorkshire Sculpture Park [very much worth the hour drive] and Chatworth. All was stunning. I can't recommend this place more highly.

We had an a wonderful stay. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—quiet and very peaceful but still close to local attractions/restaurants/supermarkets. The private walled garden was great and very much enjoyed by our dog. Elizabeth was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips. It really felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was my second time staying at Ben and Kate's place. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking to stay somewhere peaceful but within a few minutes walking distance into the town centre. They have the comfiest bed and leave delicious chocolates too.

We had such a lovely stay. The flat is very clean, nicely decorated and the outdoor area is beautiful. The sauna was fab and we loved taking a dip in the water. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place to stay in the centre of Manchester, the street the apartment is on is quite loud and busy but as soon as you close the balcony door and window you can’t hear anything! Warren was a great help and gave lots of useful recommendations, would definitely stay again!

Pamela and Paul were both extremely great hosts. Their property was absolutely stunning and they were so friendly and helpful with everything. We loved our stay and cannot speak highly enough of them both. They definitely made our experience so much better. Would highly recommend staying here. The property was so nice and had everything we needed and we loved seeing the horses and chickens around the site.

We had a great 3 night stay at Max’s apt - very nice residential street, 1 block from Battersea Park and a nice walk to Chelsea and everything going on at Battersea Power station. The apt was spotless; ample room for 2, comfy lounge and bedroom, well equipped kitchen. We’ve already booked to stay again and would recommend it to anyone….
