We were received in a very friendly manner by Olivier. He also gave us useful tips for restaurants and activities. The apartment was in great condition; clean, tidy and everything available. The location was great for us, we were at a concert in the Rosengarten Congress Center, which was within walking distance. The city center and several restaurants are also within walking distance. You could just leave the car.

We had a great week in Laupheim and felt very comfortable from the beginning! The place was very nice and nicely decorated - nothing was missing! Lovely stay at Nia’s apartment. Apartment was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. Nia was very approachable and replied quickly.

The accommodation is highly recommended, the hosts Irina and Dominik were very friendly, nice and courteous! The city can be reached quickly and easily and even if you don't want to go to the city, the accommodation has everything you need to have relaxation or fun on site.

We had a really great time in the house – it had everything you need, super clean and totally lovingly furnished. The location is a dream: absolutely quiet, in the middle of ponds and forest – ideal for relaxing. Communication with Caroline and Alexander was also super uncomplicated and likeable. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime.

The place was as shown in the photos. Everything was very clean and tidy - made a very good impression. I only used the bathroom, but if someone wants to, you can also cook, which I think is very good if you don't feel like ordering or going to a restaurant. In short, I was more than satisfied with my two-day stay. I'd come back if I'm in the area.

Martin also gave us a good introduction to get along in the smart home. Check-in and check-out was hassle-free and flexible. Is absolutely recommended and would also be very suitable with children.

We had a magical weekend with the family and felt completely comfortable! The kitchen is better equipped than some private households, we absolutely lacked nothing. Above all, we want to highlight the equipment for the children and the space for eating together. All communication was straightforward and accommodating! We will be happy to come back!

Angelica welcomed us in a very friendly and open way and took time for a pleasant conversation with us. We used their accommodation for three people because of attending a congress and were therefore only there for breakfast and sleeping. Everything worked out great for what we needed; it would have been nice in any case to explore the wild garden and also the nearby surroundings (directly on the Main). If the opportunity arises, I'd be happy to.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The garden felt like a little slice of heaven—so serene and beautifully kept. The house itself was, without a doubt, the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. We ended up extending our trip by an extra day because, after three days, it was just too hard to leave. We’ll definitely stay at Timo’s house again the next time we’re in the area—only this time, it won’t be just for four days! It’s a perfect choice, especially for families with young children. Our 2-year-old son had such a great time that convincing him to leave was quite the challenge. Many thanks to Timo for being such a thoughtful and attentive host and for providing a five-star experience. Highly recommended!

We had a great week at the Bühlhof. The farm is very nice and cozy, the animals were the highlight for the kids - and we adults were able to relax superbly. We thought the location was pretty good because you can easily reach many exciting places. Kim's tips, which can also be found in the guestbook, were definitely worth a visit. The apartment itself is one of the best Airbnbs we've been to so far. It is cozy and nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable, the fireplace creates a great atmosphere. It was all sparkling clean and Kim thought of so many details - I only had to bring half of what I usually bring to other vacation rentals. In the kitchen there is really everything, utensils anyway, but also oil/vinegar/spices plus coffee and tea. The bathroom also lacks nothing (my daughter loved the hair care). A little surprise was waiting on every bed. We absolutely recommend the apartment.

Martina's place in Ulm is absolutely great! It's in a perfect location, right in the middle of everything. There are plenty of shops around and many restaurants, bakeries, butchers and grocery shops. It's only a few minutes walk to the beautiful Danube where you can walk for hours on end. We also worked from the apartment with 2 laptops and the wifi is great. The apartment itself is super clean and spotless, it has got everything you need and more. Martina has really put thought into having guests staying in the apartment, so many things had a really nice touch to them. Martina is a great host, she is super friendly and always available and gives helpful tips. I can highly recommend Martina and her apartment if you stay in Ulm, I will be very happy to stay again!

My stay at this apartment was just perfect! The apartment was not only super clean, but also excellently equipped. I especially liked the bathroom – it was modern, well-maintained and very welcoming. The entire amenities left nothing to be desired, from the kitchen to the cozy living room. The security measures also reassured me very much. You feel completely safe here. I immediately felt comfortable and highly recommend this place!

Great accommodation, quiet residential area. Very comfortable beds. 5 minutes to the nearest tram stop, which stops right in front of the town hall. There was nothing to complain about.

Everything as described in the listing, we were absolutely satisfied and would be happy to come back. Very clean, large, cozy, perfectly equipped apartment. Large closet wall in the bedroom with a lot of space, kitchen with a lot of crockery and all desirable utensils, dishwasher, oven, microwave and fully automatic coffee maker (even a package of coffee was available, thank you!). Great view of the Neckar (Unfortunately, somewhat limited by fly screens on the windows, which is certainly an advantage in summer.) We were also able to use the beautiful meadow behind the house, directly on the Neckar (garden furniture available) . Despite being located directly on the main road of the village very quiet. The landlord Edward was on vacation, but reachable in writing. Easy check-in with his very friendly and helpful neighbor (lives on the floor above in the same house). She was accessible throughout and took care of everything immediately. You deserve our special thanks!
