The underfloor heating and a ventilation system ensure comfort. Custom kitchen from the kitchen builder, fast Wi-Fi and a large TV complete the package.

Beautiful - air-conditioned on request - apartment in the attic with open roof beams. The apartment has an open floor plan, with a great fitted kitchen (induction, dishwasher, etc.) and a nice daylight bathroom with bathtub. Roof terrace (approx. 28 m²) with two sun loungers, a table group and great views! Please note: there are no 3 separate sleeping options. For three people, two must sleep together in the double bed. The sofa is unsuitable for sleeping.

For overnight stays, we have two other locations on offer on request for a separate price.

This apartment used to be a ballet hall and has now been transformed into a spacious, light-flooded loft with a very special flair. The high ceilings, large windows and mirrors on the walls create a special atmosphere. Until recently, the ballerinas were still dancing on the ballet bars here!
