The apartment is very high quality furnished, equipped and almost barrier-free. The sun terrace faces south. The wine village of Frickenhausen with its towers, half-timbered houses and Franconian inns invites you to linger.

In the approx. 90 sqm apartment there is also a large living area, in which the kitchen, a nice dining area and the living room are located. Two additional guests can comfortably sleep on a large sofa bed. The highlight of the apartment is the whirlpool bathtub, which invites you to relax.

The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. There is a small swimming lake nearby and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 km away.
