A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. The Annexe is a self contained building equipped to give you a wonderful stay. A spacious and bright room with an area for sleeping (small double bed) and an area for sitting with table and comfortable chairs. Kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle. Tea, coffee, milk provided. Located between two stations Durrington by sea and Goring by sea (5 minute walk) and there are bus route that can take you to any of Worthings amenities. Road parking is easily available.

'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast. She is one of the smallest narrowboats in the world- 15ft long and 5ft10” high. She is perfectly formed and has all you need to switch off and relax!. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away, and Shoreham by Sea, Worthing and Brighton are all easily accessible.
