We had a lovely stay here - the home is very nice, and at a great location, the garden and views were perfect. The host gave helpful clear instructions, we had no issues with parking, and made use of the recommendation of restaurants from the host. The main road noise did not bother us at all. I would highly recommend.

Very nice little spot. 2 min walk to Southwick train station with frequent trains into Brighton. Hosts gave a lovely warm welcome with lots of useful information. Recommend and would stay again.

Was only a flying visit, but definitely would like to stay more than one night. Lovely area, quiet, and short walk to the beach-everything was just enough. Only thing I’d mention and agree with other reviewers a small air fryer would round the little kitchen area up nicely. But not a deal breaker and certain won’t stop us staying again.

Such a beautiful home with excellent amenities, everything you could possibly need for a comfortable trip away! We had an amazing stay and I would 100% book again. Highly recommend, thank you Julie for being a wonderful host.

We had a wonderful stay at Julia’s house whilst down for a wedding. We had all amenities we needed, the house was spotlessly clean and the rooms spacious (including the bathroom). The location was great, particularly with the beach within walkable distance, a bus stop outside the front door and shops a short walk away. Would not hesitate to recommend, particular to anyone with a young family.

Thank you Sue and Steve for a lovely stay in your place @ Findon for my Sons wedding nearby. Both Sue and Steve are exceptional hosts, their home really is idyllic. Everything you need is available. Of course the added bonus is the surrounding countryside, fabulous views and then the pool. The children loved it, facilities there in the hut also pristine shower toilet towels etc. By far my best place to stay ! It was perfect. Really hope to visit again sometime soon

what a beautiful house. we came down for work, stayed for 2 nights, clean, quiet, comfortable and literally looks like the phots in the description. Ricky the host was amazing with communication, clear instructions how to find the property. the house had every amenity that one would need, kitchen was new and modern, washing machine and dryer if you need it, plenty of places to sit and relax. highly recommend it. thank you for making our time and stay, stress free and comfortable nissen

This property rates more than 5 stars! Self-contained, well-equipped, every detail attended to, lots of welcoming touches like milk, bread, fruit ... we even found a bag of frozen chips in the freezer. This really is an exceptional property and I would love to visit again, in fact I would arrange a holiday just to stay here. It is excellent value for money when so many owners are quite frankly ripping guests off. But cost aside, for a self contained property you will simply not do any better. It was a little way from the area we were visiting, but that did not matter. It was a pleasure to leave from and come back to. If you are a reader there is a great selection of books and watching birds in the garden is a delight. Does this sound a bit "gushy" .. maybe , but that's not me! I am genuinely pleased to have stayed here and would love to return.

Great location for Brighton centre with beautiful views of the beach and pier. Flat was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The host kindly arranged an earlier check in which enabled us to properly start our break earlier. Communication was easy with clear instructions

What an amazing apartment. Great location right on the beach, with fantastic views of the sea from the windows. Choice of seating areas with tables, open balcony and enclosed window area. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Easy to get to the ‘Witterings’ Chichester Marina etc. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Sam was a great person to liaise with before we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sam.

I booked Jayne’s place for my husband and I, for a short break. It’s fabulous, a lovely, warm & cozy home. We felt at home right away. We loved the welcome hamper that was waiting for us! Everything was just perfect. Close to supermarkets, cafes, pubs, Hove museum of Creativity (well worth a visit, has a cafe), which is literally a moments walk from the apartment, seafront for long gorgeous walks! It’s all here. Hove station is only around 15-20 minutes walk away if you fancy going further afield. We walked everywhere. You’ve got Brighton to investigate too. Oh did I mention parking?! You have your own parking space on the driveway. Jayne is extremely helpful and quick to respond to messages. This really is a lovely find. Would we return? Yes! We hope to. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful two night stay at this property. Sonia was very helpful and sent clear instructions for self check in. There are stairs to the apartment, but worth every step. When you enter you find a beautifully decorated apartment with view of the beach and pier. The rooms are a good size and the beds comfortable. A real home away from home - I hope we can return one day!

Very clean, exactly as described and both hosts were extremely helpful, especially around parking arrangements and the instructions/guidance for what to do in the area was great.

We loved our stay here. It is on a main road but once you are inside it is very peaceful. Being set back from the sea by wide water means it is also very private for a beachside property. There were a few bits left for our arrival which was lovely and we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The beach was about 2 mins from the door but there was always plenty to see from the window inside. Comms were great and instructions were clear and helpful. Highly recommend this one for anyone looking for a chilled and relaxed break near the sea. Really lovely.

Really easy to find with off road parking. Up to the first floor, and wow, what a view of the coast from the living area and bedroom. A spacious living space and great balcony to sit outside. Large bed and sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen and complimentary tea/coffee/breakfast. Nice and clean and airy. Everything you need for a relaxing stay at the quieter end of the beach and a stone's throw from Bognor centre. Finn was helpful and easy to contact for our arrival. I would definitely stay here again, it's such a relaxing space. A visit to Arundel is a must, the wetlands, castle and gardens and Swanbourne lake.

Another nice stay at Mark’s cozy apartment. Flat is super-clean, smells nicely with cleanness. Perfectly clean bed linen and towels, comfy mattresses, spotless bathroom and kitchen. Was very nice to find a little tasty treat from Mark to greet us on the arrival (thank you very much, Mark, it was yummy☺️). Mark was replying instantly for every message and was helpful and suggestive. Special thank you for an extra effort Mark made, so we were able to check in earlier and check out later! Thank you very much for everything, Mark, 5* for you as usual☺️

Very happy with our stay , a lovely clean flat ,great location ,couldn't ask for more , responsive owners which always makes life easier.

We came for only a night but could have easily stayed longer. Beautiful location and immaculate home. We loved the view over the garden while having our morning coffee. Local pub- Blackboys Inn, is very good. A short drive, which we did due to weather, or a 30 min walk. Highly recommend this property.

Lovely bright and clean flat in a fantastic location, with beach and local shops near by. Leo and Laura are great hosts, really helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and spacious lower ground floor flat with the added bonus of a car parking space. Excellent location close to the sea front and the town. Jo was quick to respond to our queries and made some excellent recommendations for local fish and chips. The heating is controlled from Jo’s house upstairs but this wasn’t a problem when we asked for the heating to be boosted. The flat was toasty and warm.

I absolutely loved Jack’s place! It looked even better in person—spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The decor was modern and thoughtfully done, making it feel like a real home away from home. The location in Hove was perfect—much quieter and more relaxed than Brighton, yet just 20 minutes away by bus. Plus, it’s right next to the train station, which made getting around super easy. Jack was always super quick to respond to messages and really helpful throughout. Highly recommend!
