Philip has been a great host, and we had an incredible stay. Not only was the house absolutely stunning, but the location couldn’t be better. Despite the weather still being chilly - the house felt warm and inviting, my favourite was enjoying the sea views from the comfort of the house while sipping my morning coffee. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this place feel like a home. We’ve travelled with two young kids and everything we needed was already there. The welcome treats were a big bonus! We’ve enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco with our friends on arrival. I hope we can return soon.

Kay's apartment was absolutely superb for us and she was such a great host. She was able to provide a travel cot and high chair at the last minute as silly grandparents had forgotten to pack them. It was no problem for Kay and she'd got it in position by the time we arrived, for which we were all extremely grateful. The apartment is located in a great spot with direct views over the estuary and Arun yacht club and a 5 minute walk from the beach and high st! We were greeted with a lovely basket containing sourdough bread, homemade biscuits, milk, jam, marmalade as well as plenty of tea bags, coffee & sugar! All the beds were comfortable as was the sofa and easy chairs in the lounge/diner. We all would recommend the local fish & chip shop Osca's as the food there was fantastic!

Goldeneye was the perfect place for our puppy’s first staycation! Rob went over and above to provide instructions and excellent recommendations, sending all information across ahead of our visit. All of the little touches for us we truly appreciated. Area is perfect for a seaside trip, very dog friendly and the apartment was perfect size. Would 100% recommend, thanks Rob!!

We absolutely loved Joanna's place and had a great weekend. It was extremely comfortable and in the perfect position to enjoy the beach and everything around us. Our dogs were also very happy and the garden was safe and secure for them with a bit of grass. The house is well laid out. The bedroom was comfortable and the linen first class. Joanna was helpful and welcoming and available at all times. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house and felt like a real home from home. Beds were very comfortable and ideal for our family (4 adults, 1 child, 1 baby). The property has a stunning kitchen area and the whole house is decorated to a very high standard. Everything available you could need (all the little basics) and more. Lovely touches like a welcome pack including a bottle of Prosecco, biscuits etc. This is probably one of the loveliest properties we have stayed in and so conveniently placed halfway between useful shopping area and the beach. Local park nearby for children too and parking for up to 4 vehicles behind a large secure gate. Only criticism (although minor) is the windows would benefit from blackout blinds as we all tended to wake up early due to sunshine streaming in despite blinds being drawn. Thank you Karen for a lovely stay - would highly recommend this property for family holiday /get together and we are very likely to return.

Fabulous little cabin that had absolutely everything we could need - great garden for our two schnauzers to run around - and a two minute walk to the beach - made this a perfect place to stay for our long weekend on the Island …

Me and my partner was looking for a place to stay in Brighton for a small holiday getaway, and we immediately knew we had to go with Will’s BnB. We fell in love with the stunning and charming little place right away! 🫶🏻 It was cozy, homely and central — it was only a short 3 minutes to the ocean! Will has clearly paid a lot of attention to detail in terms of equipment as well, as we found both adapters, speakers, books, card and boardgames, and anything you might need for the token Brighton “rainy-day-in”. The kitchen was equally impressively equipped and that was so convenient for simple breakfasts and dinners. Will is an incredibly responsive and kind host, and his hospitality made us feel right at home. We were offered a wide range of accommodation and activities beyond what we could’ve asked for! The property is absolutely immaculate. It is more spacious than the photos suggest. The beach is literally at the end of the drive. Such a convenient spot. And the beds!! Well, if you don’t sleep well here then you won’t sleep well anywhere. Great place. Great host. Great time.

We had a great stay in Louisa’s caravan. The location was great, right next to the swimming pool, restaurants and beach. The place had all we needed for a great week away and the weather was great too! Day trip to the beach at West wittering was great.

We loved the apartment - it was spotless, spacious, and in the most gorgeous seafront location. Hosts had fab communication too. We love the area and will definitely visit again in the future ☺️

Great place, right at the beach, place very clean and tidy with all you need. Lisa was very helpful and explained all we needed. Would recommend for a nice break out of the city.

Dolly’s Delight was an absolute treat. We very kick enjoyed our stay there. Superb accommodation, with luxurious bedding, 2 good showers, very well equipped and with a view of the sea. By night the stars shone brightly. The Bay is a lovely quiet park but with the benefit of the facilities at the main park 1 mile up the road. We ate at The Boathouse one evening and the food was very good with some good choices for children. We’ll definitely be booking again. Thanks Jenny.

We really enjoyed our holiday at Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park. Rosie’s accommodation was excellent. It had everything it said it would. It was clean, well maintained and welcoming. Rosie advised on the local amenities and was extremely friendly to deal with. Would definitely stay there again.

Really lovely place, host was very nice and ready to help if we needed. It is a bit noisy, due to being right next to the station, but that wasn't an issue for us plus it made travelling with luggage easier :)

We had a wonderful two night stay at this property. Sonia was very helpful and sent clear instructions for self check in. There are stairs to the apartment, but worth every step. When you enter you find a beautifully decorated apartment with view of the beach and pier. The rooms are a good size and the beds comfortable. A real home away from home - I hope we can return one day!
