everything was great. only thing i would bring up is the stability of the ladder to the loft. i am a finish carpenter and didnt see the need for the sliding track. im 5'11' 180lbs and had the ladder pop off the track. I was very cautious and took time to navigate a little more careful after. no big deal for me or my daughter, but concerned that could be an issue for others in the future. other than that everything else was good to go. thanks for the stay.

What a lovely place! Clean, peaceful, and comfortable. There were flowers on the table and cold waters in the fridge. The bed was super comfortable with good linens. It's a great quiet place for visiting Asheville and surroundings. We really enjoyed starting our day with a yoga class at the Community Yoga Center that is less than a mile away. Booking, checking/getting in was a breeze, and Phil always responded quickly to messages.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the bungalow. It was just as the photos showed and the kitchen was very well appointed! We felt immediately at home and our pups did too. They enjoyed the fenced in area where they could sniff around (city dogs!), and we enjoyed the porches for watching them and taking advantage of the cool weather. The location proved to be excellent once we discovered how close Merriton Ave was. From there everything (groceries, Beaver Lake, restaurants) was very accessible without having to deal with the highways each trip (although the highways are also easily accessible.) We planned to stay for 28 days to really enjoy the change of scenery and weather (FL residents) but unfortunately had to cut the trip short due to the hurricane. But Malinda was very understanding about the change of plans and couldn't have been more helpful. Overall an excellent experience!

Shane was responsive and flexible with adjusting the stay after booking which I appreciated. The place was very large and roomy for two people and it fit our needs. Guest were staying below and we never heard or saw them.
