Mogę spokojnie polecić pobyt w domu u Birgit i Heinz. Bardzo mili ludzie, oferujący dom w spokojnej okolicy, świetnie wyposażony i przytulny, w atrakcyjnej cenie. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem a zameldowanie bezproblemowe. Jest prywatny parking a stacja metra jest jakieś 8 minut spacerem. W domu, wbrew opisowi, jest ciepła woda :D zdecydowanie mógłbym tam wrócić przy następnej wizycie w Wiedniu!

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at Karen’s property in Jois. The house was cozy, well-prepared, and perfect for our family of five. Karen went above and beyond by setting up a Christmas tree, making our holiday even more special. Communication was seamless, and Karen was always available to assist, whether it was with the washing machine or any other questions we had. The location was peaceful, and everything ran smoothly during our stay. Thank you, Karen, for your warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our time and highly recommend your property!

Ein wunderbarer Ort für - vor allem für Kurzentschlossene: Super schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt, eine Stunde nach der Buchung konnte ich einchecken, es wurde alles persönlich erklärt - ich hab noch 2 Decken bekommen 😊 - Die Sauna war an dem kalten Abend das Highlight. Und obwohl ich für das Frühstück eigentlich zu spät war, bekam ich noch einen Espresso. Absolut empfehlenswert und SEHR GERNE WIEDER! Danke!

Dajana and her husband was an excellent host—kind, responsive, and accommodating. The location was convenient for exploring Vienna, and we felt truly at home during our stay. Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti. L’appartamento ha di gran lunga superato le aspettative, locali molto belli e forniti di tutto il necessario. Il posto auto era sempre disponibile. In tutti i locali la pulizia era impeccabile. Inoltre, Angela è stata molto disponibile e cordiale! Lo consiglio vivamente!!

Mariana's place was pretty, cozy and super clean. Located in the quiet Hietzing district, 15 minutes to the Schonbrunn palace and approx. 25 minutes to the city centre by car. Getting around was easy both by car and bus/tram. In the house, there was everything one could wish for. We loved the bedlinen. Thank you Mariana!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Eveline war rundum angenehm. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und genauso wie beschrieben. Auch wenn die Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum etwas größer ist, hat die ruhige und gepflegte Lage dies mehr als ausgeglichen. Wir konnten gut entspannen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für die freundliche Kommunikation und die Gastfreundschaft – wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich super. Sie hat alles, was man so braucht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Man hat sehr viele Verstaumöglichkeiten und die Wohnung ist größer als es auf den Fotos wirkt. Die Lage ist auch super und man hat gute Anbindungen mit Bus und Bahn. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder :)

We had a wonderful stay at Silvia and Kurt’s house. They are kind and attentive hosts who made us feel welcome. The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. The area is quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view of the Vienna Forest. It’s also very convenient for trips to Vienna, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed staying here a few days while we recovered from our long flight! Christina is a delightful, warm and kind host who was so thoughtful in accommodating our young toddler. The entire place was extremely clean and the kitchen was equipped with basics like pasta, salt, herbs, coffee etc which made things so easy. Thanks Christina!

Tolle Unterkunft in der Nähe vom Schloss Belvedere. Super vom Bhf erreichbar. In direkter Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt, ein Drogeriemarkt und ein Bäcker. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und geräumig. Marianna war stets gut erreichbar und hat uns bei der Schlüsselübergabe alles in Ruhe erklärt. Es war ein toller Kurzaufenthalt in Wien.

Der Aufenthalt bei Christa und Paul hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage mit tollem Garten. Es ist sauber und ausgezeichnet ausgestattet, mit allem, was man als Kleinfamilie so braucht..:) Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel als auch Heurigen sind in Reichweite. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit! Vielen Dank!

Michael ist ein super netter Vermieter, er hat uns liebevoll empfangen und wir haben uns in seinem Haus sofort wohl gefühlt.Tolles Haus mit Charme und super Lage.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

We stayed at Karl’s house for 4 nights, and really enjoyed it. Karl greeted us on the first day and showed us around the house, and shared some recommendations. In terms of the house itself, there’s enough space to have some privacy as a group of 4, and the garden is really lovely. We loved the dining room and the tiny window to pass food between it and the kitchen — lovely and convenient! The space is right near a park, and the city center is 10 minutes away by feet. One thing that was included in the description but we missed was the surcharge for bedding and tourism tax, but that’s 100% on us. Overall we really liked the place and would be happy to stay there again. Thank you!

It was a great stay! All amenities are as described. We even left something there and the host was very helpful with it. It’s just ashamed we came during wet days so kids cant really play around those lovely garden outside! All aside, 5 star!

To begin with, I want to express how wonderful Helga and her husband are as hosts. Communication with them was excellent. The house itself is truly unique, instantly making you feel welcomed and at ease. The garden is like something out of a dream while hearing the birds singing in the morning while the city of Vienna awakes. The house has a wonderful character and energy that you can only experience here. And yes, as an artist... this cute house with a garden has been truly inspirational.

The apartment was very cosy, clean and big, the hosts are very kind and helpful. We definitely recommend it.

Casa molto bella e spaziosa, più grande di quanto si capisca dalle foto: in sette persone, più un cane, siamo stati comodissimi. Camere da letto comode e molto ben separate l'una dall'altra, in diversi piani. Casa molto pulita, ordinata e accogliente; c'è tutto quanto occorre, anche nel giardino con barbecue e comode sdraio. Ci è stata fornita una meravigliosa quantità di viveri: caffè, the, tisane, miele, olio, pasta, etc.; ma anche mele, latte, uova, cioccolatini, birra; abbiamo fatto un risotto con gli spinaci raccolti nell'orto. Macy è stata molto gentile, disponibile e reattiva, ha aspettato che arrivassimo in auto da Milano senza farci nessuna fretta, all'arrivo ci ha spiegato tutto nei dettagli. Il quartiere è residenziale, elegante, tranquillo. La casa è molto vicino alla principale metropolitana che attraversa il centro di Vienna, raggiungibile in pochi minuti in autobus o con l'automobile: un parcheggio multipiano ha sempre posti disponibili. Una casa molto consigliata!
