Lovely stay right in the middle of Vienna, slight miscommunication but matter was resolved and a partial refund was given. Would stay again!

Nice apartment in a quiet and green area. Apartment recently (review written in 2025) renovated. Tidy. Very close to the centre of the town with restaurants, shops, etc. Nice walking/hiking routes nearby. Good transport links to Vienna and the region. Host was friendly and accomodating.

Great place to stay! Great location - everything you need in the area. Naschmarkt, Maria Hilferstraße, Haus des Meeres, grocery store, subway in the immediate vicinity within walking distance. Clean, spacious and new apartment. Matches the photos. Fully equipped kitchen, barrier-free. New furniture and electrical appliances in the kitchen. Everything you need. Contact with landlords was uncomplicated, quick responses and very friendly. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

I have stayed at many Airbnb apartments. There are only a few that feel like home. This was one. It hurt to leave. It felt great to spend time there. Perchtoldsdorf is a super charming town. You can walk to the right of this apartment and go into a little downtown, its cute shops, marvelous patisserie, and all the Heirigen. Or you go the other direction and go up into the hills for wonderful walks. This is a truly heavenly stay that I will never forget. If you visit, be sure to eat at Il Tramezzino.

The apartment met our expectations and what can be seen in the pictures, we felt at home from the beginning, the neighborhood itself was also very quiet. There were good connections to the center and good shopping nearby. The apartment was well equipped and asked for everything you need for a short stay. The host was reliably available by message and gave us valuable tips.

We travel a lot and it's rare to find a place as great as Lukas. The house is pretty, convenient, comfortable, and well-equipped. The neighborhood is quiet. We had no difficulty parking our car on the adjacent street. There are shops for shopping and play areas for the children nearby. Lukas and his family are incredibly welcoming and kind. We had a perfect stay at this AirBnB, thank you again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The design of the rooms is beautiful—stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged down to every little detail. The space felt very comfortable and welcoming, and I especially appreciated the lovely dishes, nespresso coffee machine and overall decor. The location is also good—just a short walk to the tram station, and only about 5 minutes to get to Karlsplatz, which made getting around the city super easy. Kinka, the host, was amazing—very helpful and quick to respond to any requests or questions. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

We traveled as a family with 2 small children and felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. A baby bed and a high chair were also provided for our baby. There was even a parking lot right at the house that we were allowed to use. From the apartment you could explore Vienna by public transport. There were several bus and tram stops nearby. Also 2 supermarkets for shopping and a nice playground were around the corner. Thanks to the visitor folder in the apartment, we also ate in good restaurants nearby and at reasonable prices. We were very satisfied and would be happy to come back :)

I would recommend Nikolai's place without a doubt, the location is very well connected to museum quartier and other attractions by metro (less than 10 mins, I think) The flat was great, very clean and, it has an small outside area where you can get a bit of fresh air while having your morning coffee. Also, it is worth to mention that Nikolai communicates very well and responds any questions you might have very efficiently. I hope the next enjoy it as much as I did.

Great place to stay! The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the host was responsive and helpful. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable—had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Vienna.

Very clean, perfectly located apartment. View of the courtyard, very calm. Public transport very close. It should be more than a cooking pot for self-cookers. Otherwise everything is perfect, as described and uncomplicated.

David is a host second to none. He defies all established categories, be it "super-host," or whatever else you wish to come up with. He is proactive, yet not intrusive. He is engaged, yet very respectful of his guests' privacy. He is helpful, attentive, resourceful, and most definitely well prepared to assist his guests with every conceivable issue they might face, be it prior to arrival, check-in, stay, departure, and post departure. Case in point: As you can probably imagine, parking in any European city is at a premium. David's place is one of a select few that offers parking in a nearby underground facility (a 2 minute walk at the most). That in itself is already priceless! But for David, that's just not good enough. Seeing him sweet-talk a meter-maid into cutting me some slack while we moved my bags from my rental car to the apartment was priceless. The apartment is spacious, quiet, well appointed, and SQUEAKY CLEAN. I'd love to continue singing David's praises, but I'm out of ..

My family really enjoyed our time in Vienna and at Isabelle's place. The apartment was super clean. Isabelle was very helpful and made sure our stay as comfortable as possible. We appreciated everything she did for us.

Barbara’s apartment was in a fantastic location for us. We loved being so close to Shönbrunn gardens and a 5 minute walk to the train. Barbara was a phenomenal host who gave us great recommendations and made us feel so welcomed from the very start. The apartment was comfortable for the three of us, it was spacious, neat and beautiful. We loved coming home to it everyday and were sad to leave! Next time we’re in Vienna- we would definitely stay here again.

Staying just outside the main part of the city was no problem. The journey into the centre was quick and easy. The appartmebt itself was clean, spacious and well equipped. The view is absolutely amazing! Such good value!

This accommodation is located on the edge of the new Sonnwendviertel and is super connected by public transport. The Viktor Adler Markt is within walking distance. The roof terrace is great!

We had a lovely short vacation at Sara's apartment. The location is great, you can quickly reach the city center by public transport. The free weekend parking in front of the house was also great. The bedroom faces the inner courtyard, sleeping was also possible with the window open. Showering in the bathtub requires some practice without flooding the whole bathroom. You should be😀 fit when going to the 3rd floor 😅 The contact with Sara was hassle-free and friendly. We will be happy to come back. 👍

Was a great apartment with a free underground parking space! The subway towards the city center can be reached within 5 minutes! I'm sure we'll come back!

The place was truly amazing, and the host was so helpful. We ran into small issues with parking and taking our luggage upstairs but it’s extremely minor and didn’t affect our stay. Highly recommend and would book again without hesitation.

Great flat and great location. 5 min walk to metro station with easy access to all of Vienna. Will stay here again.

Individual accommodation with charm. Well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable, large mattress, large bathtub with bubbly. If you want to watch movies/series or something, it's best to bring an adapter for the computer (HDMI comes out of the wall and is connected to the projector. Within walking distance, there is a bus and tram. (Line two we recommend because it is above ground and you can see so much). Since we arrived very early, we also got permission to plug in earlier, which we found very friendly. Unfortunately, we had problems opening the door, but after the phone call with AirBnB support, this worked out too. Overall a very positive experience. We enjoyed our time in Vienna very much.
