The apartment is comfortable and clean and only a couple of minutes' walk to a supermarket and the tram/metro stops with central Vienna, about 10 minutes away. Check-in instructions were very clear and easy, and the balcony is a nice addition. The host was easy to deal with and responsive to our questions. The layout is a very open plan and there is no door between the bedroom and kitchen/living room spaces, which could be a problem if someone is trying to sleep while the other is awake. Also, the front door opens into the bedroom area and is quite thin, so you do hear any noise outside on the stairs where there is another Airbnb unit. There is also a children's dance school right outside the window. We were told that the AC wasn't working when we arrived, and it was quite warm and stuffy inside but once it cooled down it was ok. We also had some issues with the Wi-Fi being slow which we reported to the host and they said they would fix. Overall a good airbnb in a good location.

Karl's place was great. He met us at the train station, which is a 5 minute walk to the apartment. Then he did a full walk thru of the apartment. Karl is very friendly and is the consummate host along with being very responsive. The apartment was clean and quiet. The location is great as it is near shopping, restaurants, train station, and nature areas by the Donau River. We budgeted just under 30 minutes between leaving the apartment and arriving at a city centre location. The bed was very comfortable and also had very hot water. We were lucky enough to enjoy great weather and never had to use the heat or air conditioner. We will definitely check out Karl's place for future Vienna stays.

Communication was super nice and every question was answered quickly. Good tips on activities, parking, restaurant etc. - top marks! The apartment is furnished with everything necessary, well located, though not very quiet. I had expected a little more from the roof terrace, but you could have had a beer there if the weather had been right. All in all highly recommended!

My group of 4 loved staying at Den's place. The space is exactly as pictured in the photos, very clean and nicely laid out. My friends and I felt right at home here, it was super comfortable to lounge around and be "home". Den has also thought of all amenities, as we're backpackers, we had to do laundry and Den had washing detergent and even a laundry basket! The location of the house is a quick walk to the main train station but also a quick walk to get onto the subway to get into downtown. Really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back!

The stay was perfect, a very spacious and cozy apartment with everything we needed. The apartment is incredibly well connected by public transport which makes it a perfect location, just outside the center of the city. Klaus is incredibly nice, helpful and often checks in (by sending a message) whether everything is in order. We were also able to leave our luggage in the apartment to enter the city, as our train didn't go until the evening. A very nice experience and definitely recommended!

We had a nice stay in Vienna! The apartment was very easy to reach from the train station. The apartment was great for our group of 4 and having the two bathrooms was great. The apartment is on the fourth floor with no access to an elevator, if you are not able to do stairs this is something to consider. Overall great stay, thank you!

We loved our stay in the apartment. It is very comfortable for two people, well furnished and equipped with everything you might need if you want to cook. The apartment is extremely silent at night, you'll hear birds singing only in the morning. But what makes the apartment truly excellent is the position, a beautiful building on the Ringstrasse, with tram stops just in front, and museum quarter, hofburg, albertina really really close. Communication with Anna & Vladan was smooth, everything was well organised. Definitely recommended, we'll return once again in Vienna.

Located in a very lively district of Vienna, very central, we reached almost everything on foot. Since the apartment is in a backyard, it is very quiet. We arrived by train and bus 13 A takes you from the main train station almost directly to the front door. Communication was easy and nice. Issues were quick to help. It was an all-round successful stay and we will be happy to come back.

Manuel's place is beautiful, billa supermarket nearby and a McDonald's if you need emergency food. The place is by no mean central, but it's between 2 train stations, so pretty convenient never felt unsafe when staying there, Manuel is very responsive and the small touch and decorations for new year as well as the rose and chocolate for new year makes it even sweeter. highly recommended to stay at Manuel's place when visiting Vienna :)

We had a great stay at Martin and Sylvia’s. The apartment is spacious, clean and has an amazing view of Vienna. It’s a short walk from a train station which takes you directly into the heart of the city and there is a Billa (grocery store) right outside the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials, and Sylvia met with us to check in and show us around the building. we would happily stay again if we ever return to Vienna!

Great location - walkable to the main town centre and the train station. There is a slight uphill but not too strenuous and the apartment we stayed was on the first floor. Place is spacious and well equipped for light cooking as the host also provided olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here :)

This apartment is great. You won't be cooking three course meals here but otherwise it's well appointed. A bathroom + seperate toilet, great shower, comfortable beds, solid wifi, and aircon in every room make this a great home base. There's no dishwasher and the couch isn't the best, so it's really the best fit if you're using it as a base to explore Vienna, especially because it's < 5 minutes to the underground and right by the market. It's not the quietest place I've ever stayed, but if you close the windows (an possibility thanks to the aircon) you'll get a peaceful night's rest.

Mirella was responsive and helpful. We had a snafu with the key (which had been inadvertently taken from the lockbox) and the Wifi (which was spotty) and Mirella solved both issues quickly, kindly and completely. She was also understanding when we needed to make a last-minute change re: the number of guests attached to the booking. The apartment is very large and able to accommodate a minimum of 6 guests (with three large beds) plus additional guests in single beds. The neighborhood was easily walkable into the center and there are restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. on every corner. The apartment was also very clean. The heat and hot water were plentiful and easy to operate, which was great because we had cold, wet weather.

A bright sleeping area is featured, featuring a spacious bed with light blue linens. On either side of the bed, minimalist nightstands hold small lamps. The walls are adorned with framed artworks, and a soft rug lies below, complementing the warm wooden tones of the furnishings.

It was my 5th tome in Vienna, and Chris's plays was by far the best of all me previous stays. Maine points: 1. Great location. It is close to everything = (10 min. walt to Opera), and the same time on a very quiet street. 2. It is very spacious. Very often apartment in Europe feel a little claustrophobic,. Chris's apartment is very spacious, with a very big bathroom. It is an open concept apartment, so kitchen also feels very big. Overall I had a great time. Would book it again without a hesitation.

This flat is an overall good choice! Safe and quiet neighborhood. Bright and welcoming flat. Easy walking distance to Belvedere, and lots of grocery markets. Most other sites and Wien HBF around 30 minute walk away. Tram is steps away from flat. Great kitchen, oil, vinegars, salt and pepper, plus all essentials provided. Plenty of towels, and clean linens. Comfortable beds. Cozy and warm during winter/spring. Provided umbrellas which was a plus since it rained both days we were there. Host was kind and helpful and provided a quick response when a problem occurred. Only drawback-Internet was a little slow.
