Jennifer is excellent at communicating. She was very accommodating and allowed for early check in and late check out. Kitchen well equipped with all kinds of tools to make meals including an oven and freezer. Really appreciate it!

We stayed for one night for a concert at Surly Brewing Festival Field. The unit was clean and quiet - perfect size for five people for one night. The reserved parking spot is a great bonus.

This was our 4th stay at Mel and John’s place. One our favorite Airbnbs. Very friendly hosts who are super responsive. Apartment has a fully stocked kitchen with all you need to prepare meals. Lovely neighborhood with great access to a large park with lots of great trails and access to other parks. Easy access for the Minnesota state fair

We had a great stay at Parkview! We picked it for its location and amenities, but found it was very charming with a fun story behind the house. Everything was in excellent condition and functional. Thanks John!

My husband and I stayed for a few nights and it was everything we needed 🤍 a quiet place to sleep, very comfortable, clean and pretty! Elizabeth was very attentive and helped me out whenever I had questions. Thank you to our hosts for everything 😊

If I ever need a place to stay again in the cities this is easily a top contender for a solo or couple trip. I loved the feel of the living room. I’m a sucker for musical art and warm lighting, just makes you feel comfortable and that space felt exactly like that. It definitely helped that the bed was super comfortable to sleep in too. Any “flaws” about the area were already stated in the listing. Especially the 2 sets of stairs leading up to apt. Even for a fit person it can get to be a hassle. Chris of course has no control over that and any thing he could control he did a great job doing it. Definitely one of the most active and helpful hosts I’ve had. I personally didn’t use the kitchen because I spent a lot of time eating what the cities had to offer. Chris helped with that too by giving plenty of recommendations for food nearby. Overall a great stay for the price, and I would definitely do it again

Our group had a great time and thought the house looked nice and was unique! Mariah was very flexible and responsive!

Lower level has large living room , TV , bedroom and full bath. Upper level has large living room, kitchen w dining table and 3 bedrooms and one full bath. Large deck across the front of the house. Parking for 4 vehicles. Three mile paved walking path around the lake right out the front door. 20 minutes to airport. A great place to stay.

Absolutely loved my stay at Dayton House! A peaceful, spotless, dreamy little spot in a beautiful walkable neighbourhood. Kyra could not have been more kind and friendly. I felt so welcome and the space was perfect - so many amenities in a wonderfully finished space. It felt tucked away and private with plenty of room and beautiful skylights to wake up to. Will definitely be booking again next time I'm visiting Saint Paul!

Beautiful and fun home, lots to do at the house and so much space and lots to do surrounding the area- would definitely recommend this stay to anyone for any kind of trip you’re looking for!

The area is amazing. First very walkable. Parks, restaurants, coffee shop, grocery, pharmacy and more. The Como zoo and Conservatory is a short walk from the house. Gardens along your walk to get there and more gardens and sights to see when you do get there. Lake Como is surrounded by a bike path and walking path. The entire area is beautiful and I felt very safe as a single woman. I’m sure there is more to explore in the area but my favorite was the ability to be within a short walk of my 2 year old grandson. Then to come back to 921 Nevada and tuck into a clean cozy bed was my definition of heaven. I’m looking forward to future stays.

It is as advertised, Studio Apartment, Pull out couch, right next to train that'll get you to downtown or Mall of America, and beautiful hiking for the Mississippi as well as Minnehaha falls was wonderful (12 min walk!)

This place was exactly what we needed. Super responsive hosts (within 10 min every time!). We felt right at home. Fast WiFi for work, beautiful and great location for restaurants, bike paths and even some clubs near by. We were very happy with our stay. Can’t wait to stay again.

My husband and parents and I were in town for the weekend to visit our daughter. The area was perfect and centrally located for us. The condo was clean and well kept. Jason was very responsive to questions I had regarding parking. I just wish the weather would have nicer to use the outdoor deck! I would say the only downfall (and no fault of the owner) is that it was a bit noisy at night with people outside. However, when going to a city that is expected.

I absolutely loved my stay, this the best Airbnb I have ever been in. It was super clean and had lovely, modern fixtures. I loved having the dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer. It had a super comfy bed and was very well furnished, especially with kitchen appliances. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and has lots of good shopping, restaurants and walking paths nearby. Lucy and her husband were very kind and responsive, respected my privacy and put so much care and thought in hosting this space. I was genuinely sad when my stay came to an end.

I loved the spaciousness of the unit in this beautiful Victorian house. It is in the beautiful Irvine Park district. It is close to the lively West 7th district and to the shops and pubs along the Mississippi River. I will definitely stay here again.
