Guthrie's house was amazing - amazing setting in Cederberg and very tastefully furnished. It was our privilege to stay at their family farmhouse. Slightly out of the beaten way but broadly speaking a great place for a getaway.

Loved every moment in this beautiful home. Stunning surroundings and just what our family needed to recharge and touch base with each other. Life is hectic for us but the moment we arrived it felt like home. Highly recommend this listing. Thank you Sarah xxx

Colettes place was exactly what we needed to get away from the city's hustle and bustle. It was so peaceful. There were so many toys my daughter could play with and very child friendly which I appreciate. The place was clean and very neat. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.

We had a truly warming and memorable stay at this wonderful place. It’s an ideal spot for families, especially those with children. The area is peaceful and safe, with plenty of open space for kids to play and explore. Inside, the house is both cozy and well-equipped. The bedding was especially nice—fresh, clean, and super comfortable, which made for restful nights after busy days. One of our favorite features was the fireplace, which made the winter evenings feel extra special and added to the overall cozy atmosphere. The kitchen deserves a special mention—spacious, modern, and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook for the whole family. It made preparing meals together a real pleasure. This place strikes the perfect balance between comfort and practicality. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing break or a fun-filled family retreat, it’s an excellent choice. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Had a wonderful stay! Was very peaceful and we could totally relax. Eveything was clean and we really appreciated the extra touches such as complimentary champagne! The kol-kol was the highlight!

A group of friends spent a long weekend at the Whale Huys which exceeded expectations. The setting on the mountainside directly above the sea is spectacular and each bedroom has a sea view. The owners have catered for every need. Even though it was winter we had very warm weather and were able to enjoy the heated pool and the hot tub. One could spend all day taking in the panoramic view over the sea and watching the whales in the bay. We received a warm welcome from Rene on arrival and felt at home right away. We hope to be back soon!

It's clear why the Country Cottage is a "guest favourite"! The cottage is beautifully decorated and conveniently close to shops and restaurants (but it doesn't feel like you're staying in town). The lovely lush green garden and mountain views create a peaceful rural atmosphere. This place must be super nice in summer. A bonus point for the great bed linen!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. The electric blankets and wall heater were a huge bonus, keeping us nice and toasty during our stay. The room itself was a perfect blend of charm and coziness. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others. Thanks to the host for creating such a warm and welcoming space!

What a beautiful lady! What a beautiful place! Stunning finished ( may not be to everyone’s pallet but it was perfect for me!) and just the quiet was loud at first but only because I am from JHB and all I know is noise… but she was so kind to me and totally understood and helped me settle beautifully in the silence.✨✨✨ Love love love this place! I’ll try come through in summer when the weather is more accommodating for outdoor activities but to be honest all I wanted was to be in peace and quiet and I got exactly that!❤️❤️ Thank you Yvonne💐 Really appreciate your hospitality ❤️✨

The Lookout was awesome! It's really walkable to great restaurants and shops, the whole neighborhood is fun and vibrant, but didn't feel too touristy. The apartment was clean and beautiful, the views are amazing! it is on a busy street, so there is traffic noise, but that didn't bother us at all. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Cape Town. Plus Matt was super friendly and responsive, meeting us there despite our late arrival and giving us tons of great recommendations.

Our stay at Philipp’s place was fantastic. From the moment we booked, we could tell Philipp was an exceptional host. His communication and care were outstanding. When we arrived, he welcomed us personally, helped with our bags, and gave us a mini tour along with much-appreciated coffee recommendations. One detail I especially loved was the beautiful handbook he’s put together with thoughtful restaurant recommendations and personal notes. It was such a lovely touch and really shows how much care he puts into creating a wonderful experience for his guests. Once we settled in, I have to say: impressed is an understatement. I can be quite particular, and this was truly an excellent stay. The apartment is tastefully decorated, with high-quality appliances and thoughtful complimentary touches throughout. I had a fantastic stay at this centrally located apartment. It’s in a safe and easily accessible area, making it convenient to get around. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped with great appliances and amenities, and offered beautiful views. The hosts were attentive and very responsive throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The space was really relaxing and perfect for a holiday. So many amazing books! It was luxurious, spacious, central to everything in the city and we felt really safe. The cleanliness is impeccable. Great for groups who are in sync with bed time as upstairs bedroom and downstairs area can hear/see eachother. The lounge is so comfy for movie night with a huge tv, fantastic couch to comfortably seat everyone with soft throws. The main bedroom has a low door that you need to duck under, which can be tricky for night time loo trips. I'm a circus performer and my partner is a climber so we loved climbing the ladders. Abundant appliances: coffee maker, air fryer, blenders, washing machine and dryer. Joshua was so responsive when we needed anything and just lovely to communicate with. We loved staying here and I hope we can come back some day.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and check-in was smooth. Anna is very responsive. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Absolutely lovely apartment. Next time we'll definitely book and stay longer. Waking up in the main bedroom and overlooking the ocean with a good cup of in the hand was just splendid! Highly recommend the place! also very child friendly
