Valencia was a great host! The place was exactly as described and she was always very responsive and made it easy to find. The compound was beautiful and the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. It was an easy and short walk to the V&A waterfront making it very accessible, and as a gated community, it always felt safe to walk at any time. There's also a cleaning service that comes every day which is great but make sure to let them know what time is convenient for you since we were woken up on New Years day at 10am by a slightly rude and abrupt cleaning lady. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend it and would even stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay with Chris! As other reviews have noted, Chris is a terrific host, very responsive, and very organized around the logistics of check-in, etc. The apartment was very quiet, and well set-up for remote work. The kitchen was very well set-up for longer term stays, and the array of pots, utensils, etc. made cooking easy; the apartment is near a number of different grocery stores (we used the Checkers further south). The all-new bath and rain shower were great, with lots of storage in the medicine cabinet. Throw in some beautiful sunsets from the balcony, and this apartment becomes an easy place to stay. Christine and Teresa were excellent hosts and catered to our every need. When we arrived, we were walmly welcomed and the instructions for the house were nice and clear. The house itself is beautiful for the most part, however, there are some areas which would benefit from a renovation (the one bathroom and the kitchen sink in particular were outdated and are not fit-for-purpose). That said, we're still rating this place as 5 stars, given the 5-star service we received from the hosts, and the fact that the sea view alone makes up for shortcomings in the apartment. Lastly, we were surprised and very delighted that Christine threw in additional cleanings for us which helped tremendously given that we had two little kids with us. It was really appreciated.

Imraan was very flexible, with early check in and check out. He communicated swiftly and responded to all our messages in a timely manner whenever we had a question. He made our lives easy, that’s what people need when they travel to a foreign country!

We had a great time staying at Debi and Ian’s apartment ! It was perfect in that it had everything we needed and was in a brilliant location, 15 minutes walk to the waterfront and everywhere else! We rented a car and there was secure parking. The staff on site were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was beautifully kept, very comfortable and with lovely views. We would have no problem in recommending this apartment and would certainly stay here again on our next trip!

A beautiful home and garden in a pristine farm in the Cederberg Wilderness, with everything we required for a long weekend. There is a lovely sensitivity to the surroundings and many personal touches that make staying at Sugarbird one of the nicest Air B&B experiences we have had. Will certainly be back. Don't forget to look up at the night sky!

We immediately felt right at home as we walked in! The place was just beautiful, spacious and felt like we were on some tropical island. Loved the open plan bedrooms leading onto the pool deck, which was our main hang out area. Kitchen fully equipped! We did alot of cooking and we had everything available. Gas braai perfect for no fuss quick dinners. Dorkus greeted us like family and made us feel super welcome to the home! She was such a star and spoilt us helping clean after we cooked etc. Felt like a hotel! We were very well looked after! Thank you! We definitely will be back! Our new go to for the future holidays!

This lovely house is as advertised. A very green indoors and outdoors that creates a peaceful setting. The open plan of the living area was great for our visit and the family visitors who came around. The single level house made mobility easy for my older parents with no steps or trip hazards. The electric gate and lights out the front made us feel very safe all the time in the already friendly neighbourhood. Easy walks to the vlei are just one house away. We had a lovely relaxed time in the house and it was easy to get to anywhere in the area and Peninsula. Coming back at the end of day felt like home. The kitchen and all appliances are all excellent and everything you could need is there, the big open plan also makes food prep great. A great experience.

Would 100% recommend Jo’s place for a stay in Cape Town, location is perfect right under table mountain with tonnes of great bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The house itself is stunning, really spacious with great views from the garden. Jo was a fantastic host, always on hand whenever we needed anything and had loads of great recommendations for us. We loved our stay, would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back!

We had a fantastic stay Net Net house in Witsand! The location was perfect – right in a lovely estate with breathtaking views of the river. The house was comfortable and well-equipped, and our boys loved the activities like the pool table and table tennis. A great spot for a relaxed and fun family getaway. Highly recommended!

We had an incredible few days at the house in Knysna! It was so comfortable and inviting that we never wanted to leave. We enjoyed swimming, braaiing and relaxing while watching movies together. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, plus some lovely extras. The rooms were clean and the bed really comfortable .The owners Kate and Grant, were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely love to return whenever possible. It was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it!

Byron was extremely attentive to our stay and was always easily reachable. He's very proactive to solve any issues and very kind in communicating with the guests. The clean lady and the security man were both very kind and supportive as well. We had a great help with the bags. The apartment is exactly like in the photos and the views from the balcony are even more impressive. Would definetly recommend and come back when we have an opportunity. Cheers!

Peaceful, accessable neat and so much more exactly what I needed for my week stay. It was comfortable and the view was the best going to miss seeing the sunrise and sunsets. Breathtaking views and balm for the soul are absolutely true. Tastefully furnished, cute pool. Sixty-eight steps to get there were a challenge for this 66-year old, but then there is the funicular when you're desperate 😉 Lesley is a friendly and helpful host.

We stayed for nearly four weeks at Alexa’s and it was great. The location in Muizenberg is perfect to explore the complete Cape Area and beyond. Alexa always responded quickly and had many great suggestions for restaurants and hikes and sights. The apartment is super cozy and there’s everything you need. We worked from here too and the wifi is super fast and reliable. We will definitely return and can only recommend Alexa’s place!

Incredible stay! Such a beautiful place and wonderful hosts! Amazing stay at Monika and Johan's place... The view from the pool does not get any better. My partner and I stayed for a week and worked remotely (comfortable, good wifi even from the pool area with backup power). The apartment has everything you need and we felt right at home. Monika is so lovely and helpful - it was such a pleasure to stay... Didn't want to leave and will be back, can't recommend enough! Thanks again for an amazing stay Monika and Johan.

This is a hidden gem, we loved it! In front of the ocean, with spectacular view and nice terrace. We also had a lot of fun during our surf lesson. Would love to come back <3

Hello. Initially, I was skeptical that the place would be as good as the pictures when I paid for it, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it was even better. I loved the location and the surroundings, especially the stunning Table Mountain that I could see outside my window. When I'm in Cape Town, I've made Tony's residence my second home. I firmly believe that you are the year's best host, Tonny!

We had a lovely stay at this great house. We were a family with 2 young kids and it worked perfectly for us. It’s an easy walk to lovely restaurant and had a gorgeous beach a minutes walk away. Annora was super welcoming and has a great booklet of recommendations. A great place to enjoy Paternoster from.
