Fantastic stay over Easter at this beautiful house with stunning views 😍 Everything exactly as described and easy to check in. The deck and garden seating with beautiful and comfy lovely cushions, made for a great spot to relax outside. Inside the rooms were lovely too, so would recommend this house to others and look forward to returning ourselves one day too.

Justyna was totally amazing and her home is utterly exquisite. We had our really large family and the layout of the place accommodated all of us perfectly. We all had our own little spaces to retreat to if need be, but, then a large open plan space to come together in. The kitchen was wonderful. It has everything. Absolutely everything you need. The pool is a total hit; even for us in the Cape Town winter season. There is loads of cupboard space. And the views are spectacular!! Lastly, Joe and his wife who were around to assist were really lovely. Thank you Justyna! Our stay couldn’t have been more memorable.

Very pleasant stay, plenty of rooms and never felt on top of each other. Amazing views and the beach on your door step. A great place to stay and lots of games on the property to play with family members.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway and had an amazing time.The house was spotless and exactly as described. We especially loved the quiet surroundings and the beautiful view.,we had games and the house is so big ,clean and kitchen has everything.The host was super helpful and made check-in easy..The only small issue we had was the inverter kept on tripping but they fixed it for us we enjoyed our stay . Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend away for group of friends or family, I will not mind coming back again .

I have no words to describe Sandro’s house! It is a unique place and I can’t believe how lucky we were to find it and spend a couple of days there! It’s a magical place surrounded by nature with everything you will ever need for an unforgettable experience! I highly recommend it and wish to come back some other time in my life.

The photos do not do this place justice. From the moment you walk into reception (down the hill) the owners and host made us feel so at home. The place was so incredibly special with amazing views. From the hot tub, to the bathtub in the treehouse, the fireplace, the views, service and more. The bonus is having the option to dine and have a drink just down below at the Lodge Cabin. Having a bath or hot tub within the vineyards is something else… We would not recommend this place highly enough and for anyone staying in the Stellenbosch region, this is a must! We also loved Simba and Sabrina the dogs. We will be back as soon as we can! Thank you again.

The house was extremely spacious with very comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces. And the view of Camps Bay beach was incredible. Walk out the back gate and you are steps from the beach. The garage space provided secure parking and the maid service was an unexpected benefit. We has a perfect stay and hope to return. Nick was very responsive and provided great restaurant recommendations.

This villa made our trip more enjoyable, everything was wonderful, the owner Mr wim was very helpful and also the maid Ms Julie was wonderful in everything. I highly recommend this villa for anyone. I can’t wait to stay there again.

Carol was an amazing host and has an amazing home with breathtaking views. It had everything we needed as a group. Top notch security, a heated pool, lots of space, an office room to work out of, gym and laundry room, and all the rooms were thoughtfully furnished, with comfortable beds. We also had help everyday we were there with cleaning up. On our arrival we had complementary fruits, coffee pods, charcoal/fire lighters, and even laundry detergent. Not many other hosts are that thoughtful. If we needed any help or had any questions, Carol was promptly available to help. She’s a great host. Overall, the property was great and we had a great break! Thanks again Carol!

Our stay was fantastic. The house is absolutely lovely. It is spacious, well furnished and generously equipped. The fact that there are 5 fully on-suite bedrooms makes it a really comfortable stay. The location is great, and the views from the balconies are fantastic. We really appreciated the smaller things, such as ample firewood and ice ready in the freezer. Teresa was kind and made us feel welcomed. We had both sunny and rainy weather, and the house is truly well equipped for any weather. The indoor braai and fireplace makes for pleasant red wine nights in the rain, whilst we thoroughly enjoyed a sunset braai outside when the weather was good. One of the best.

A lovely spacious villa which was perfect for 3 of us in separate rooms on a business trip. Plenty of space to never feel cramped and one of the best views across the ocean and looking north. We would use it again.

Of all our stays in The Western Cape, this was in our Top 2 (in over 109 stays). 7 mins to central Stellenbosch , near the beaches and only 25 mins to Cape Town. Right in the heart of the Winelands. The villa was immaculate with very clear and accommodating hosts. For a family of 4, we all had our own bedrooms with en suites and one of the largest pools in a private residence. Washer, dryer (which is rare), air conditioning and lots of open communal space. We loved in so much that we made an offer to the owners to purchase 😎. Do not hesitate to book this gorgeous villa in a secure neighbourhood. We look forward to coming back in the near future.

Stephan's place was really amazing. Everything you needed was there. Jana, the property manager was there to let us in. She even handwrote us a postcard to welcome us, that was just that little extra that made everything really perfect. She also responded pretty quick to any message we have send her. 10/10 would recommend

We had an amazing stay at Shauns’s beautiful and spacious home! The indoor heated pool was a huge hit with our kids—they could have stayed in there all day. The house is thoughtfully designed with plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the entertainment area kept both the adults and kids happy throughout our stay. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Shaun was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making check-in and the entire stay smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place for families looking for comfort, fun, and relaxation all in one spot!

This is a fantastic stay, especially if you're into wind sports. You can windsurf, kitesurf, or wing foil right from your doorstep—no need to drive anywhere. There's a dedicated kite room for gear storage, and the beach in front is also one of the best for swimming. The infinity pool is long enough for proper laps, which we really enjoyed. The house is modern, clean, and offers breathtaking views with unforgettable sunsets. We loved relaxing on the patio loungers. Marcus was very welcoming and greeted us personally, and Shantelle, the manager, was proactive, helpful, and great with communication. The unit is serviced every third day, which made the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended—especially for wind sport enthusiasts, but also perfect for anyone looking to relax in a beautiful setting.

My team and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was pristine and clean. The design was beautiful, unique and had very comfortable furniture to compliment the layout. The kitchen has additional amenities,ample crockery, and cutlery to cater to the needs throughout the stay. The back area is well maintained,neat and free of risk. The indoor pool is cornered off with glass panels preventing possible accidents. Rolinda was an absolutely stellar. She was extremely attentive, provider an amazing handover of the property and was responsive and helpful to any of our needs/issues. I highly recommend this property.

This has to be the best house we have ever stayed in. The house all the amenities and amazing attention to detail. Incredible views, every appliance you need and responsive host, worth every cent. Definitely coming back.

The villa is absolutely superb. It's located in prime position right by the water in serene and beautiful Jacob's Bay and has the most incredible patio to enjoy the view and beauty of South Africa's West Coast. The house, and particularly the patio, is extremely well designed and maximizes the enjoyment of the property. The house is easily one of the nicest in the entire estate. The decor and style is perfect and captures the West Coast vibe. The view and particularly the sunsets and starlight made it difficult to believe that I was only 1.5 hours away from Cape Town. The villa is well fitted with indoor and outdoor braais/barbecue, extremely comfortable patio furniture, a covered swimming pool and the garden is lovely. This is truly a special place and my entire family loved it. It's going to be difficult to find a better place to stay than this on South Africa's West Coast. I couldn't recommend this more highly and Michelle is an incredible host. Perfect 5 star rating from me.

What a privilege to be able to stay in this very special place. It is spacious, private and absolutely beautiful. The views would be hard to beat anywhere in the world. The layout of the house is perfect and the linen and finishes all high quality. We were here in late summer and the house was the perfect beach escape. You can walk to the beach and to the Red Herring centre which has fantastic restaurants. There is so much to do in Noordhoek and Cape Town. The house might be a little cold in mid winter due to its position on the mountain and open plan nature.
