Justnya’s home was so spacious and perfect for a family get away. There were so many private rooms and spaces! The grounds were beautiful and the house was so clean!

What a lovely place! It had everything that we needed. The view was absolutely spectacular and our time at Broadlands was very refreshing. Kathy was a wonderful host. She was very friendly, shared really interesting community information and took time to make sure we were settled and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay!

Thank You Anja and Raymond for a fantastic stay in your beautiful home. Everything was perfect and we loved every minute of our holiday. You were so quick to respond to messages and were so helpful with absolutely everything from Restaurants, to best beach to go to, and all amenities available. Getting our Entrance passes for the main gate was seamless and very quick and easy. We made friends with the guards who were fanstastic, cheerful and so helpful. We will definitely be back. Hopefully a friendship is borne from this. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Our group of 8 had an incredible experience at this home located incredibly close to Johannesdal 1207 wedding venue (our reason for visiting Stellenbosch). Lieb and the staff were incredibly friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable and memorable one. The house is beautiful and the surroundings are stunning, and this property has some fantastic views on the walking trails. I highly recommend staying here for any trip to the Stellenbosch region!

We had an amazing few nights at the villa. It was plenty big enough and comfortable for our party of seven and we felt at home. The views are amazing!

Stunning house and garden, stylishly furnished and equipped. Very comfortable with all the amenities you need. We were so relaxed there, that we did not leave the house the whole weekend. Ideal for our multi-generational family get together. A windy weekend in Hermanus, but was more sheltered there, then on beach front, so we were able to enjoy the pool and garden. Jacuzzi was not operational for our stay. Michelle and Corné were responsive and flexible, thank you.

Absolutely stunning home with incredible ocean views. We had an amazing holiday! The house has everything you need including a lovely pool and games room, and is ideal for a large family like ours! Fantastic restaurant (Blue vibez) on the doorstep, a handy Spar and bottle shop across the road and a short drive to the beautiful beaches (Sardinia Bay, Kini Bay, and Maitland Mouth). We instantly felt at home. Thank you so much - we'll definitely be back!!

I was tempted to say that Sam's place was as photographed, but the photographs do not do this place justice, at all!!!!. The scenic view outside the dining room and on the balcony are worth the stay. It's spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. As a collective, we felt at home in the villa especially with the security provided. Sam is such a responsive and thoughtful host, and Mestina, the housekeeper, is a gem. She does a wonderful job, is sunny, and can be a smidgen shy, but truly a joy to engage with, if you choose to do so since she isn't forward with guests.

Even better than we thought it would be! Must see in person because photos can't do justice to the home. We had an amazing time staying at this beachside home! The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, and being able to access the beach right from the backyard was wild! And the hotub at sunset!🤌🏾 The house itself was beautifully decorated, with every detail clearly thought out. Our host was so welcoming and even had snacks waiting for us—cheese, crackers, fresh mangos, nuts, ostrich jerky, and candy—such a nice surprise! They helped us carry our bags down the stairs (which are a bit steep but totally worth it for the view!). We felt so relaxed here, especially with the housekeeper who did our laundry and even cleaned our shoes after a hike. We didn’t want to leave and couldn’t be more grateful for such a thoughtful host and an unforgettable stay. Thank you for letting us visit!

Our stay at Nicki’s Villa was much better than expected as this was only my 2nd Airbnb stay. The house was beautiful and perfectly accommodated my family which includes 3 children under 3 years old. Everyone had their own space and there were several common spaces for us to gather both indoor and outdoor. The villa was very clean and includes daily housekeeping services. The villa is in a gated community with guard service so we always felt safe. We also used the recommended Chef Mark who came to the villa several days to prepare breakfasts and dinners (including appetizers and home made desserts) for our group. My 13 year old nephew said that was the highlight of his trip. The food was fantastic and the presentation was top notch. The Villa helped to make this one of the best family trips we have experienced to date.

Our stay was amazing Great facilities for a large family or group of people. Very comfortable, lots of lounging options inside and out fantastic garden and amazing view of the dam. Overall....I great place and host ! Thank You

Eric was waiting for us as we arrived, to show us around what is a beautiful property. The house is a pleasure to spend time in and the sun deck up top was a treat. The location could not have been better - it was peaceful with beach/sea views but only a stone’s throw from the bars and restaurants. The housekeepers really looked after us. This was the best Air BnB experience we have ever had. I would 100% recommend it.

The house was stunning, it felt very peaceful waiting for the family and we enjoyed how spacious the villa was. From the moment we received the keys, we were given a detailed guide on how to get around. The kids loved the swimming pool and that VIEW?! Breathtaking. Tina is an exceptional host and waited for us to welcome us late in the evening as our flights was delayed by approximately 2 hours. She correspond with me to check if we are comfortable and if we needed anything. The place was definitely comfortable and spacious. Restaurants and malls within 5to 10 minutes driving distance. Very quiet and peaceful area. I would highly recommend this place if you require quiet area ,but also very near to all major malls and restaurants.

We’ve just spent 4 weeks (4 adults 1 child and a baby) at the villa and it was the most amazing stay! The villa is in a perfect location and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Matthew the house manager was just the best! So helpful and kept the villa spotless throughout our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Beautiful place. Just as displayed on the pictures. Daily Cleaning services 💯 Hot water never ran out while bathing for all 8 of us.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient — close to shops, restaurants, a bit far from key attractions. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. Overall, a lovely spot to unwind and explore the city from. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting CPT!
