We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The house is stunning, with decor that perfectly blends style and comfort. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to enjoy meals. The pool was a dream—perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring the vineyards. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making it a truly relaxing stay!

I had a very pleasant stay at Ciska’s house. She is incredibly friendly and flexible, and I would love to stay at the same place again. You might be pleasantly surprised by Ciska’s list of recommended things to do in Cape Town—it’s full of great information and definitely worth checking out! Just a small note: the house is located near a main road, so there can be some traffic noise at times. It wasn’t an issue for us at all, but those who are particularly sensitive to noise might want to keep that in mind.

What a wonderful time we had in Alex’s beautiful Higgovale House with its special atmosphere. A home from home we felt immediately at ease. The tropical gardens give the feeling of being in the midst of the jungle - despite being only minutes from the lively Kloof Street with its many restaurants and coffee shops (wine bar/coffee shop/deli Tamboerswinkel deserves a special mention). We felt very safe at night and enjoyed being able to access Cape Town‘s sights quickly. A highlight was our hike to Lions Head - again only a stone throw away from the house. Alex’s great communication throughout our stay was not surprising, given his friendly welcome and advice and whilst we didn’t stay long enough to get to know her, housekeeper Barbara also seemed very friendly and attentive. We will be back!

We stayed for a week with our 2 young children. The space was huge and between 5 of us we didn’t make use of all the rooms in the different buildings! It’s not ideal for kids as the pool is exposed and there’s a drop at the back of it, but this was explained to us and we knew we’d be spending most of our time out exploring anyway. It’s a great place with an incredible view. The place was kept clean all week and we felt very safe. The location is good for Camps Bay, about a 5 minute walk to the seafront.

Great spot with a lovely garden. Property also has some very friendly cats and dogs which made the stay even better:)

Could not recommend Anton’s place more; one of our favourites we’ve ever stayed in. Fantastic location, amazing views, wonderful decor and amenities. To add to that Anton was an incredible host, check-in/out and communication was seamless.

I had an amazing stay! The host is fantastic, always attentive and very easy to reach at any time of the day. The house was super clean and incredibly comfortable. There's also a property manager on site who takes great care of both the guests and the property, which made the experience even more seamless. Highly recommend! For five months, this place was more than just accommodation—it became my home in Cape Town. Charmaine and Mandy began assisting me even before my journey started, providing reassurance and support from the very beginning. Throughout my entire stay, they were always available and offered all the assistance I needed with great care and attention. I'm truly grateful for everything and wholeheartedly recommend this space to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and genuine warmth. When I return to Cape Town, I definitely hope to stay here again.

We, a couple, enjoyed our stay at Hannes's studio apartment. Hannes was very responsive at answering questions during booking. The apartment is clean, located on the 8th floor with an elevator and security, quiet with lots of natural light, an affordable option with a 15/20-minutes walk to the V&A Waterfront; ideal for a short stay. It's large enough for two people. We did not use the parking space offered. There's lots of hot water with good water pressures. Too bad that the dryer seems to have been broken for a while (former guests mentioned this in their reviews). Towels remained semi-wet for our 4-day stay, even we had hung them in the apartment to dry. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots, plates, and silverware. The fridge has a small freezer compartment. We did not cook much. We dined out or bought ready-to-eat food from Giovanni's, an Italian deli shop, about 10-minutes walk, which we highly recommend.

We stayed for four days at this fantastic place in central Cape Town, close to the cable car. The ocean view was jaw-dropping, with gorgeous sunrises every morning, and the view of central Cape Town’s high-rise buildings, harbour, and ships was incredible. Behind the apartment, the entire Table Mountain loomed in all its glory. Facing north, it soaked up all the winter sun, keeping things warm and cozy. Being centrally located, traffic was never a problem at all—we could get everywhere with ease, unlike staying outside Cape Town where traffic can be a serious challenge. The property had everything we needed for a perfect stay.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Janina‘s place. It is even more beautiful in real life than the pictures show. Janina‘s family even showed us around the gorgeous garden and made sure that we felt comfortable during our stay. Janina was always super friendly and accommodating. We would immediately book the cottage again.

Great location for accessing all areas of Cape Town with beautiful views over the city bowl to the harbour. Comfortable accommodation that was neat and clean.

We had a lovely mid-week stay at Harbour View Cottage. The cottage was neat, clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. Check-in was a breeze. On arrival, I parked my car in the free, secure off-street parking bay and didn’t need to drive again for the rest of our stay. All the little shops and amazing restaurants were within easy walking distance. We could also buy a crate of wood from the host for the cozy fireplace. Our favourite part of the cottage was definitely the outside stoep. It offers incredible ocean views and is enclosed with glass doors that can fully open up. Whether the weather is good or bad, you can fully enjoy the stoep area. The Bootlegger downstairs was super convenient for a great morning coffee and breakfast. My only complaint? Our stay was too short! :D

Wonderful place, just steps to an incredible beach, really private feeling. Kitchen was really well stocked for a big family. Really comfortable spaces with great bathrooms (with excellent water pressure!). It is a beautiful location, but be aware that it's a healthy drive to central Cape Town given the frequent traffic.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home, a hidden gem in Umdlothi! (The beach and restaurants walkable distance). A cherry 🍒 on top was the two housekeeping ladies who looked after the house for our entire stay!

Highly recommended for any group be it families with or without kids! We were a group of 4 adults and three kids (1,4,6) and had an amazing team in the house. I'd even say the pictures dont to justice to it, as the view which ranges from Capetown over the ocean and then to vinyards and the mountains is absolutely stunning. The pool was a nice refreshments and it nicely heats up throughout the day (water is heated via tubes on the roof). The kitchen has literally everything in terms of utensils etc. Bedrooms: 2/3 bedrooms can be darkened, one will always be bright in the morning. The Masterbedroom with large bathroom and walk-in dressing room/wardrobe was absolutely amazing Host: super flexible, Blaise even organised a baby chair and bed for the little one (didnt have one before but reacted quickly to our ask); Willie as the "on-site-host" is always super helpful and flexible. We had an aircon-issue one day and he instantly took care of it; always reachable on w-app/call

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect—close to everything we needed. The house is beautiful, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need and more. Communication with the host was fantastic, making the whole experience seamless. This place is ideal for a group of friends or a big family, offering plenty of space and comfort. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

Wow what a house. I booked this for my mother’s 70th birthday and it was absolutely perfect. The host Jacqui sent a birthday cake for the party which was so thoughtful. The house manager Pat was the best house manager we have ever encountered on Airbnb, she responded immediately to any concerns, nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was amazed by the size and quality of the home and we all felt incredibly safe on the lake. There were many thoughtful touches and the house was spotlessly clean. We would stay here again without question.
