We had an enjoyable week in Perth. The accommodation is in a fantastic location, yet surprisingly quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. The space was comfortable and suited our needs well. The only downside was the lack of hot water during our visit, which was a bit disappointing, but overall it was a pleasant experience. thanks again!

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

You won't find a better host than Lina! She was so kind and thoughtful, with helpful advice on what was happening in the area, where to shop and even provided me with some lentils when there was a shortage in the shops!!! how's that for service? I was there for 9 weeks, and Lina found the perfect balance of being helpful and available, but also allowing privacy. She was so kind and generous, but I always felt as though I was in a peaceful, secluded and relaxing locale. The home itself is beautiful, with everything you could need for a short or long stay, but not cluttered and beautifully decorated - even a couple of pieces of Lina's original artworks on the walls, which add class and a bespoke, personal touch. I cannot recommend Lina and her property highly enough, and will definitely want to stay there again the next time I'm in Perth. A beautiful place, space and host!!

Great and comfortable place and well worth the money

We had a fantastic, relaxing girls weekend at this amazing house. Was able to walk everywhere. Parking was easy. Host was very polite and welcoming.

This apartment has all you need for both long and short term stays. It is very central to many different shops, restaurants/cafes, parks etc. The host is lovely and very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our long term stay and will definitely book again when we return to the Perth region.

Such an amazing place to stay if your thinking of doing a day trip with your friends in Margaret River. Where we stayed was Very spacious for 10 people and had everything we need when we wanted to cook. apart from instagramable reception everyone had such a good time at Eight. would definitely comeback again.

The house was really beautiful and very spacious. Very impressed from the moment we walked in. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and crabbing. The host offered us complimentary early check in and late check out which was really lovely. The place is also in a great location.

We had a great stay, enjoying the farm animals, the birds and beautiful trees. The location is very good, we could reach the airport, city and others easily from this location. Shopping mall and post office only 3 kms away. The description of the house and how to find it was excellent. Very detailed and helpful instructions in the house, too. Everything was very well explained and we could reach Phill easily when we wanted. Very clean and spacious house. We had a very happy stay there and can only recomment it.

This is a really beautiful place to stay and perfect for a bigger group and groups with children. There are so many areas that are all enjoyable to spend time in, which is perfect if there are groups that want time away from each other as well as together. We especially loved the pool and sunlounges. The undercover deck area was great for outdoor dining in the evenings and the main indoor dining/kitchen area has a beautiful high ceiling so feels really spacious. The fire circle was well laid out away from the house, surrounded by mature eucalypts (at a safe distance) and balga so you really feel like you are out in the bush. We particularly appreciated the special kids' play room and bedroom with child-sized furniture and games which was excellent for our six year old. A great find!

If you want to experience something magical then this is where you need to stay. This is what a real holiday looks like. Where you wake up in the morning to a breathtaking view while you drink your morning coffee. Will 100% be returning. I take my hat off to you Rika. This is exactly what I needed to wind down.

House was lovely - great space for the kids to run around, the lake was beautiful, very peaceful location! Cassie & Moses are great hosts, would definitely return in future!

Lucy’s place was great for us to stay with our family including our darling dog. Home was well equiped and plenty room if you have a larger family. We only needed 2 of the 4 bedrooms. Great deck to relax at end of a busy day. Walkable shops, brewery, restaurant and coffee shop. We found it convenient to eat out but bbq and kitchen well equipped. Will return hopefully next year.
