Vacation rentals with beach access in Western Australia

We had lovely times staying at Jennifer & Steve’s place. Private, good locations with beach and cafe within walking distances. They were responsive and open to if there were any issues in the house. Truly recommend this place for anyone looking for good stay in Mandurah.

Highly recommend! David was very responsive, the apartment is self contained with amenities, and the location is fantastic- walking distance from Cable Beach and plenty of food options.

Sue’s place is in a great location and has everything you need. It was clean and nice. The only downside was that we only received one keycard and we struggled to make that work with 3 people. Also the bar underneath played loud music and the terasse was busy. But by 10pm it got quiet

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

Cottesloe is a really lovely area and Pippa’s place was an excellent find. The apartment was one of the best air B&Bs we’ve stayed in. Loads of space, neutral decor with a hint of personality, gorgeous views to the beach. Everything in the place worked great. Lovely touch to have beach towels and a snorkel & mask provided. Also cold water in the fridge & ice in the freezer when we arrived. We didn’t have a car - the walk from the station was fine (a little hilly but past all the gorgeous houses in the neighbourhood so you don’t notice!) and the walk to the beach is minimal - it’s literally at the bottom of the road. Great to have Apple TV, air con in the living space, and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Shower lovely and spacious. Loads of storage. Kitchen was great - had everything you need. Train line super easy to get to Fremantle, the main city, stadium & airport. So glad we found this gem- thank you Pippa.

Great space with all amenities you can get comfy n cosy with and more. Beds were super comfortable! Pristine modern kitchen! Very well stocked. Bathroom had quality products and smelt good always! No musty or stuffy odours. Beach n cafes are at walkable distances. Hosts live next door and were happy to help out if needed! Would love to come back!

Thank you for making the accommodation available. Cottesloe is a beautiful part of the world, with lots of lovely things to see and do in Perth. This home was the perfect location to base myself at.

Lovely stay with family. So much space and hang out areas so as a group of ten we never felt crammed. Quiet location, easy walk to the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely spot the view is why we select this home over many others, just watching the dolphins swim by whilst sipping wine watching the sun go down from the balcony was awesome. Property was very clean so that was a real winner for me. Only negative is the road noise - from the few cars going to the marine I guess. But overall would highly recommend had everything you could need and I would absolutely book again, would make a great stay for a few adults or the whole family or 2 . The beach opposite was just so beautiful and a really quick and easy drive into Busselton.

We had a lovely stay in Dunsborough. We spent the evenings in the home with plenty of space to enjoy. It was clean, modern and presented beautifully. Would love to go back.

House is as described, Malcolm was friendly and met us on arrival. The beach is so close and the shops are walkable and had everything needed to make our stay awesome. Thanks for having us.

Loved our stay here for 10 days! It's a great location, cafes, restaurants, brewery, playground and beaches all in walking distance. The house has a lot of space and the enclosed area out the back was great for our two young kids. The hosts are friendly and very helpful. We would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend the Yelo cafe & Froth Craft brewery nearby 😊

Megan was a responsive and friendly host. The place itself was clean, tidy, comfortable and presentable and had all the required things to make our stay seamless and care free. Great location with easy access to beach, shops and pubs - all within walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here to friends and family!

Our stay at the cozy oasis was wonderful. The apartment is lovingly furnished, clean and has everything you need. It's quietly located, yet you're just a few minutes from either the beach or the city center. A nice breakfast was ready for us and so we could start the morning relaxed. Thanks to the key safe, we were able to arrive even late. We highly recommend Elissa and her apartment.

A super clean and quiet apartment with loads of natural light. Also has amazing lighting at the bathroom bench for makeup ( I was attending a wedding). Apartment is located within walking distance to all amenities. Heaps of onsite parking available. Car can be viewed from windows depending where you park.

Rosemary, who responded to all our messages- was so wonderful and helpful. She offered us a high chair and cot free of charge before we even had to ask.

We had a beautiful stay at Jen’s place in Fremantle. Jen was a fantastic communicator, making the whole process smooth and easy. The apartment was spotless, easy to access, and in a very convenient location. We felt completely comfortable throughout our stay and would love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our stay was for an international lawn bowls tournament at Mandurah Bowling and Recreation Club. We had an awesome stay! Close to the venue, $8 uber, 4 minute drive. Also extremely close to Mandurah Foreshore and all surrounding amenities. restaurants. bars, etc. CJ stocked the house extremely well with beverages, coffee machine (with 2 different brands :) ), food, breakfast items, etc. That was absolutely amazing!!!! We experienced one issue with unruly neighbours having an internal domestic issue on the 2nd day but nothing after that. We accidentally broke a glass, and my silly husband accidentally packed up the curtain ties upon leaving, and CJ was very understanding about these issues which we were very appreciative of. Overall, a wonderful 6 day trip and will hopefully be back again shortly. Thank you so much for being so accommodating! Loved it!!!! Highly recommend!!!! Rochelle and Dave xxx

We had the most amazing stay at Lisa’s. The apartment was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean with excellent amenities. It has a lovely private garden out the front and shared garden out the back with space to dry clothes. We borrowed the bikes to cycle around and hired a car. The apartment is in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood and a 5 minute walk from an IGA superstore. It backs on to Manning Park which provides a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach, and means you can listen out for terrific bird song. The apartment is so well situated as to enjoy Fremantle, a short cycle ride and you are in the heart of the bustling and vibrant city with lots of fantastic eateries, shops, markets and bars. It is a great place to stay and Lisa and Peter are great hosts, we would highly recommend.
