Easy booking process. Good communication. Apartment was clean, well equipped, close to beach and shops. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

It was perfect for what I needed. Went to a concert in Kings Park so close and easy.

Great location that suited us perfectly, short walk to the harbour side restaurants and bars and then into town for more options. Surprisingly quiet location, given that we stayed over the Easter weekend. All facilities as listed and were ideal for 6 adults. Julie has been an excellent and responsive host and we would definitely stay again on our next visit to Fremantle.

wonderful place to stay, highly recommend

We had a good stay. More information could have been provided at check in. I messaged them about extending our stay but they didn't respond. The bathroom could have been cleaner. We enjoyed the pool area and the gardens were well maintained.

Pier 21 is a lovely apart hotel with great views of the Swan river. The receptionist at the desk provided a very friendly welcome to the hotel and explained its facilities. It has excellent amenities including a small gym, swimming pool and spa which we used. We enjoyed our stay at Pier 21 and would recommend it.

The Quest apartment was clean, spacious and had comfortable bed and a full kitchen with milk tea and coffee provided as well as a dishwasher tablet, washing up liquid and t towel and dishcloth which was great for a 2 night stay. Having a washing machine and tumble dryer was useful. Towels and toiletries provided, good quality and size. The sitting room with balcony was very comfortable and air con in the bedroom and sitting room / kitchen kept the apartment cool. There was plenty of free on road parking and we always found a space near the apartments so didn’t use the private parking. Within 5 minutes, almost level, walk to the foreshore with cafes, restaurants. 30 mins from Free Mantle but much quieter. Recommend as a stop off location between Perth and Margaret River.
