I had a wonderful experience at Annette's place! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. Annette was incredibly welcoming and provided great local tips. Amazing property owned by an amazing couple. Kids really lover the playground outside and feeding the animals. The wife and I enjoyed the peace while the kids were busy on the lawn. We will be back for sure

What a beautiful apartment !!! With views over the swan River Enjoying breakfast on the balcony Andrew the host met the four of us to explain access ,Amazing location ! Close to shops and restaurants ! Short walk to the Bell tower. The apartment was equipt with everything we needed . our trip was so special and think the apartment made helped to make lovely memories this was a friends reunion Two from the uk one from Perth one from Melbourne . Evelyn the host also gave us complimentary late check out till 11am Which was much appreciated My husband booked this for us as we live in Perth . We'd definitely recommend it to Others and would stay ourself too Thank you to the hosts My husband found this superb apartment Would recommend it

A fantastic home in the South West's quietest location. Marmaduke House had every amenity you could ask for and the view from the balcony is amazing. We will definitely be back

We had a great stay here, Lucy was very helpful with instructions and recommendations, and check-in was super easy! The apartment is close to the beach but very sheltered from the wind which was nice.

This house was a perfect getaway for 3 couples. Great location very very clean and well equipped with all appliances and utensils. The outside area with that fantastic river view was so inviting. Lovely comfy beds and linen. Easy drive to river mouth and beach and great walks, wineries and restaurants near by. Hosts very responsive. All in all a fantastic time!

We had a great time at Wilderness by the Sea, huge house with plenty of space for 3 couples plus children. The activities/games were well used ie. ping pong, darts, pool competitions and spa was a treat. Everything clean and tidy. Place close to Margaret river and 5 mins to beaches for sunsets! Would recommend the house for big groups,

We had a fantastic stay! The property was fully equipped with everything we needed—and then some. The fresh bread and eggs waiting for us on arrival were such a thoughtful touch. We absolutely adored the three labradors who dropped by each day—such sweet little visitors. The cottage is within walking distance to Core Cider, and we really enjoyed exploring the beautiful natural surroundings. It’s a peaceful and private retreat, and Belinda was a wonderful host with an eye for detail. We loved every moment and definitely plan to return!

We had a great stay. Middleton Beach is stunning and the large backyard is great for kids (or pets if you have them)! Easy to walk down to the beachfront and for coffee. Clean, tidy & good amenities.

absolutely beautiful place, it was so peaceful and had visits some lovely birds. was super clean and cosy inside. my favourite air b&b I've stayed in was so relaxing and in a lovely location close to beach. highly recommended for anyone who wants a beach weekend away or just some peace and relaxation

Lovely stay with family. So much space and hang out areas so as a group of ten we never felt crammed. Quiet location, easy walk to the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Charlotte was so helpful, even when we had a change of plans she was so accommodating. Highly recommend, especially for a longer stay where you need to look after yourself and can do a shop for food. Great kitchen.

Great location! Everything we needed was within 10 minute driving distance, close to the beach and lovely area. Evelyn was very welcoming, yet kept discreet distance. We enjoyed our stay and felt that it was reasonably priced too.

It’s a great place like own house experience. Kitchen , living to bedroom area everything inside and outside was great. We are from Perth and had a family guest from Adelaide they also really impressed , enjoyed pool and the night stay close to Indian restaurants as well walking distance to Busselton jetty . Had the best stay at Deborah’s lovely house in Fremantle. My husband and I had our private vows in the garden and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our bridal party to get ready. She communicated promptly and made us feel very welcome!

Home from home for my business trip, so much better than an hotel Very quiet, clean and everything I needed and next time maybe even use the welcoming pool. Will happily book and stay next again time
