I wish Airbnb hosts would stay at each other’s places to get an idea of what a proper Airbnb should look like, and one of these is Sylvie’s place: an absolute model of perfection! Not just immaculately clean and tidy, but everything was as listed & in great condition: excellent cooking utensils (instead of the ex-non stick frypan that’s scratched to death), spices that expire next year (not 5 years ago), etc. Communication with Sylvie was perfect. And her hens contributed by donating 6 fresh eggs. Most highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Gordon’s place. He and his wife were very accomodating. The 3 bed, 3 bath section of this house was perfect for us. We especially enjoyed the pool table and the magnificent area they live in. I couldn’t speak highly enough of Gordon and his lovely wife. We would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again.

All I can say was that it was above and beyond my expectations. Valerie and Mike were wonderful hosts. Sitting on the verandah overlooking the river, watching all the birds play around us.....um highly, highly recommended place to stay.

Andys place is great value for money as you have the whole granny flat with full kitchen. It was quiet and peaceful, Andy was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend if youre looking for somewhere in the area!

Perfect little cottage to stay in whilst exploring Perth! We had everything we could have needed and it had a very calm and relaxing vibe about it. Great hosts, easy to check in & out, very safe area, great location. Would 100% stay again!

Very cozy studio in a quiet and private neighborhood. Lots of attention went into making the place cozy. Place also smelled like a spa! Large tv with Netflix which the kids loved curling up on the sofa to watch in the cool evening with breeze coming in from the patio. There is a dog on premises but he kept to himself which my kids were a little sad about.:)

It was a real pleasure to stay at Jenny and Justin’s place. It is very comfortable and beautifully appointed, with a fully equipped kitchen including everything needed for self-catering. The breakfast provisions were most appreciated, as were the coffee pods sufficient for our stay, and the pantry stocked with useful items. Jenny and Justin were exceptionally responsive and communication was a pleasure. The place was spotlessly clean and whisper quiet, backing onto a tiny lane. Access and security were not a problem. The offstreet parking was a real bonus. The nearby lively Beaufort Street precinct and its Art Deco architecture was within walking distance, with multiple restaurants, cafes and shops.

All good and as per description and photos. Place is very spacious, new and has a full kitchen. The only small detail is the bathroom located outside of the cabin in the main house, but that's clear in the description, it is very close to the cabin and it has a dedicated entry to the house, so you won't cross paths with the owners anyway.

We had a wonderful stay, very tranquil location and we could hear off exploring each day. The cottage is spacious and well appointed. It exceeded expectations and we really appreciated being able to bring the dog, who felt right at home in the securely fenced yard.

Great location! We loved the proximity to Middleton beach. The accommodation is better than the photos with everything you need for a brilliant stay. It was home from home. Beautiful visits from the local birds (fairy wrens, rosellas and honey eaters in the garden). Definitely recommend.

This is our second time staying here and it was just as amazing as the first! We love that we can have our dogs and the cottage has its own fenced in yard. It has everything you could possibly need while away and the gorgeous vintage furniture and decor is a bonus! Thanks again Holly 😊

Great place to stay! Me and my husband celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary here and was welcomed by Lisa who was a lovely person, she welcomed us and gave a run through of the place and even recommended fun things to do and places to eat Brendan wasn’t there). She really made us feel welcome and they even provided us with a little anniversary gift which was nice. The best part was meeting Molly (the cutest dog) and of course the location. Peaceful. Beautiful. Homely. Just to name a few. The place was stunning and was very clean and up to date. We enjoyed staying here. Thank you Brendan and Lisa for welcoming us into your beautiful property :) Definitely worth booking here!

We stayed 6 nights after booking at short notice for a family funeral. At arrival we were greeted by a perfect selection of breakfast provisions plus a few little treats. The location was great for us to explore the area by car but we also walked into Fremantle. We cooked our own dinners, washed our clothes and had everything we needed. Off street parking was perfect for our hire car. The ducks in the yard where Trish lives were an added bonus! I highly recommend staying here.

Had a fabulous few days staying at Koonga Maya. Incredibly peaceful location in beautiful bush, and very cosy inside the shouse, particularly with the wood burner lit. Perfect spot to rest and recharge and Tania and Glenn were lovely hosts. Have already booked up my next visit.

Lovely private unit, close to town but in a peaceful location. The unit was neat and clean. Very comfy bed, quite soft mattress. The unit layout was a bit quirky but it all functioned well. Great value for money. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Blairs. The accommodation was clean and the kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you would need. A few minor maintenance issues need to be addressed but other than this the unit is very good value for money. We really appreciated the kind gesture of a bottle of wine upon arrival.

Second stay here. Julie is a very accomodating and friendly host. We had everything needed for a comfortable stay prior to a long haul flight. We love the area. Very central. We particularly love Cottesloe and walking along the beach so it is nice to be stones throw away!

We were visiting relatives in Kelmscott, for 19 days, and we stayed in Stephen's guest house during this time. There were many evenings spent, sitting on the front veranda, enjoying the sunset. We will always remember the magnificent sound of the kookaburras, and the very special evening when kangaroos hopped past in front of the house. The house was clean and comfortable, and well maintained. Stephen was always quick to respond when we had a need, or a question. More than once, he went "overboard" to help us when we had travel woes. Thank you, Stephen, for contributing to our "trip of a lifetime" during our time in Kelmscott. The Waltons
