The Studio: Old Dunsborough.

The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers wifi and smart TV for your evening entertainment, or for that weekend retreat. Secure storage for boards and bikes, with mtb trails 100m away. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Oceanview Beachside Retreat

Perfect for a private and relaxing getaway. This spacious self-contained accommodation offers a peaceful retreat with ocean views. Indulge in the luxury of an amazing bathroom, featuring a scenic outlook onto a tropical garden. Two golf courses, the beach, restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. Owners live above the apartment. In town, off grid, healthy stay.

Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with sporting and movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

Grass Tree Hill - Esperance

This comfortable, clean private retreat offers a bedroom with views and a gorgeous bathroom and living area. It is semi-detached with its own car park and entrance. Overlooks Lake Warden and is only 5 minutes from town. Beautiful retreat, close to ESPERANCE. You will be provided tea and fresh ground plunger coffee and there are simple facilities for you to make your own meals if you require. Old Dunsborough Studio

Enjoy a relaxing break in Dunsborough in this gorgeous, one bedroom self-contained studio. With it's own separate entry and outdoor area the studio is a private space from the main dwelling. It is a 5 minute walk to the pristine Old Dunsborough Beach. A 10 minute walk will get you to the centre of Dunsborough town to access the wide array of cafe's, restaurants and boutiques. If mountain biking is your thing - you are just a 5minute ride to the exciting Meelup Hills mountain bike tracks.

The Barefoot Nook

A fresh and modern coastal inspired space with large Master Bedroom - 2 walk in robes - Ensuite bathroom & toilet with your own Private lounge area. Wifi - Large TV - Netflix - Bar Fridge - Microwave - Toaster - Kettle and Dining essentials. The front of the House has a large locked barn door separating your space from the rest of the house for your privacy and is not shared space. Kookie's is a cosy studio with en suite and private entrance located in Margaret River. Features include King bed, Netflix/TV and a shower big enough to cartwheel in. Reverse cycle A/C comfort and push bikes available on request. Suits singles, couples or friends looking for a getaway. Conveniently located 5 min drive from the Margaret River Main Street. The river is a 5 minute walk away with stunning bush walks and trails, if you follow the river you'll find the Brewhouse! P221658

Jersey Queen is a 2-bedroom duplex guest house with a relaxed country vibe. Best suited to families and couples staying together. This special place will make you feel right at home. Through the stairs, that are wrapped around the inside of the building, you will be led into the master suite, which with being on the second floor you are greeted to spectacular views. On entry of the Hive, on the first level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy lounge near a pallet heater for those wintery days.
