Whilst sharing the property with the main house, you still have private parking and an entry. Rustic and relaxed, our spacious open-room accommodation is well-equipped with a king-sized bed, living area, bathroom/laundry, cooking area, native garden, carport, WIFI and a smart television. My house has lovely views of Dempster Head Rock and the stunning cobalt waters of West Beach. Our street is quiet, just up the hill from the CBD, away from shops. Your unit is completely separate with large, beach style bedroom, sea views and white tiled large foyer leading to a kitchenette / laundry, then separate bathroom and enclosed patio with clothesline & BBQ . If you like total privacy you will not be disturbed, or if you would like to meet me I will enjoy sharing my local knowledge.

We welcome guests into our home only 1km from Kalamunda Centre at the start of the Bibbulmun Track. Our self-contained upstairs suite comprises bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and large private balcony with an uninterrupted view of our Regional Parkland. We have an acre of garden with a variety of native and exotic plants, which Linda will be pleased to show you around. There are several signed walks in the area, plenty of cafes and restaurants in town, wineries and orchards close by.

Vermillion Skies - listen to nature sing

Relax, unwind, take in the expansive views of Perth City and Swan Coastal Plain. The property is on the Swan View escarpment, giving sweeping westerly views and captures amazing Sunsets that turn the skies an amazing Vermillion Red. Next door to John Forrest National Park, and don't forget to check out the many hiking and heritage trails. Just a 12 minute drive to the Swan Valley Restaurants and Wineries, and Caversham Wildlife Park. Regrettably children under the age of 12 are not allowed.

The Studio: Old Dunsborough.

The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers secure bike storage, NBN wifi, smart TV and complimentary Netflix for your evening entertainment, or for those seeking a weekend retreat. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Offshore Ridge

Offshore Ridge is a modern studio situated in the real heart of Margaret River. With 5 minutes to town, 5 minutes to the beach and on the doorstep of Caves road, the main artery to local wineries, spectacular caves, forests, and the rest of all that the Margaret River region has to offer. The studio on top of the ridge, overlooks a valley that has a creek running through, and is home to many kangaroos. The space is private with a bedroom, en-suite and indoor and outdoor living areas.

Little Ginger is the perfect romantic couples getaway surrounded by ginger trees and a friendly ginger cat named Simon who sleeps under the ginger trees. Sip on champagne in the outdoor bathtub while your partner cooks up a feed on the weber Q, or relax in the luxurious king bed after taking a shower under the double rain shower heads. The studio is equipped with everything you need including: a toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a plug in cooktop.
