This villa was perfect for our stay. Spacious, modern and comfortable with a fabulous view! Kitchen is well appointed, bathroom is amazing and bed very comfortable. Tim was a responsive host. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!!

We had a fabulous long weekend getaway. We lived to location. Great to walk to the beach. And not far from the town either. We had everything we need also. Lovely and clean. Thank you for a great stay.

Was perfect location for what we were needing, lovely home. Only downfall no fault of owners whom dont live there to know ..was kids could not watch tv as remote not working as should.

Rosemary's home was wonderfully located and well equipped. My family stayed there for 4 nights and we had a great time - the closest beach is a 2-3 min walk, which also connects later to the main gnarabup beach. We spent more time at the beach close by -lovely beach with so much privacy and utterly clean waters. The running track runs along the entire beachfront and is a delight! we ran everyday! There is a cafe and basic convenience store just down the road too. The patio is so beautiful & has a dining table too apart from the one inside - we ate all breakfasts in the open and all meals in her cozy home. The kitchen is fully equipped. Rosemary was responsive and helpful and easily reachable. The house is ideal because it is wonderfully close to a load of wineries and breweries, as well as the main Margaret River city centre, restaurants! we had a great vacation. We would definitely come back & recommend this place strongly!

Peaceful and private location. Close to airport, 30 minutes to Freemantle, close to Westfield shopping centre and close to many food options. Easy to communicate with host and very responsive. Very clean kitchen , bathrooms and bedrooms. Comfortable beds, plenty of linen. Easy check in to property. Would definitely stay again!

What a amazing place to stay, very large and comfortable space with great light, fantastic views and only short 2 min stroll to Sorrento beach and 10 min stroll along the coastal path to Hillary's boat harbor. We stayed for a month and had everything we needed to be extremely comfortable and at home. Even though this space appears connected to the main house, it is designed and feels like a stand alone home. It is completely private with its own entrance and so peaceful. We looked at several other properties in the area and this was exceptional in what you get for what you pay. We would certainly stay here again. If you have ever stayed in an airbnb before you will know it's not easy to feel assured of what you will be getting but here you really will not be disappointed it is a quality home. Kathy is a great host looking to ensure we were happy at every stage of our stay. Thank you for offering this home, it was perfect!

Great location - close to everything in Cable Beach area and only a bus ride from Broome’s China Town and Town Beach.

The house in front of the pond is magic. Beyond the inside luxury minimalist feel with amazing comfort and all amenities, the outside environment is just incredible. There is much to do around for 3+ days. We were blessed to have wild kangaroos visiting in the garden as well as resident duck from the pond. It is far from where we leave but definitely a place we would love to return.

Much-needed escape from the city, and it was an absolute gem! Tucked away in a serene location, the home offered the perfect blend of peace and tranquility. The modern design was stunning—sleek, clean lines, stylish decor, and all the amenities you could ask for, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy, comfortable bedding. The space felt both luxurious and inviting, making it easy to unwind. The quiet surroundings were a highlight; I loved waking up to the sound of birds instead of city noise!

Had a wonderful stay over Easter with friends. We loved the large space which felt very comfortable with 10 adults. It was fantastic having the 5 bathrooms meaning we never had to fight over a bathroom! The location is so convenient being only 5mins to Busselton.

The villa was so beautiful and had lots of space. The hosts were also very friendly and helpful with letting us know about the place, also the villa is close to the beach and cafes so you don’t have to go far

Our stay at Jeff’s villa was absolutely incredible. We were a group of nine, and the space was perfect for our family—comfortable, welcoming, and truly felt like home. Jeff was an outstanding host: quick to respond, helpful with any questions, and always made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, where we enjoyed stunning sunsets every evening. If you're planning a trip to WA, I can’t recommend Jeff’s place highly enough. It was everything we hoped for and more.

We had a lovely mini holiday with our dog, long walks in the bush, swim in the pool, quiet and relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay. Extremely comfortable and clean and a great location only a ten minute walk from the beach where we had a great breakfast at the cafe. We would definitely return if we went back to Margaret River.

It was a great place in a great location and very comfortable, inside and outside. It had everything we needed and was in walking distance to town and many facilities.

The place was spotless and very comfortable. Communication from the hosts was excellent, and they went above and beyond by leaving snacks, coffee, tea and milk for us. Highly recommend!

This is our second stay at Gillian's place in Coconut Well this year. This time friends came up from Perth for a girls weekend getaway. With only 20 mins from Broome, we had the luxury of having the best of both worlds, some time in town but mostly relaxing around the beautiful pool and enjoying the panoramic views from Wave house. Thanks again Gill, I hope to be a regular visitor! Geeta This was the best weekend getaway with a lovely host and lots of relaxation. The perfect place to relax and laugh with friends. Gorgeous surroundings and lots of little touches that made the stay very enjoyable. Plenty of nature and wildlife to enjoy. Would have loved a yoga mat and perhaps some plastic glasses for around the pool area. This place ticked so many boxes and will definitely have me booking another trip sometime in the future...Thanks to Gill for being a great host. Dominique.

The accomodation is as described and beautifully decorated. We felt completely at home, chilled out and relaxed in this lovely home. Janine is a very responsive host and I would love to return and stay again. Check in was made easy with great communication and thoughtfulness from our host.
