Waterfront vacation rentals in Western Australia

This unit was absolutely stunning and the view was just gorgeous aswell. We had a lovely stay at Mandurah. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in as the unit was not only decorated to perfection, but all the comforts that we are used to at home, were all thought of also. The location was in a perfect spot, close to many restaurants and just a walk up the path to some dolphin spotting. Thankyou for having us, we didn't want to leave!

We loved the location of this unit. Very easy to walk to the beach and it is also close to the shops. The unit has been renovated very nicely inside and we liked how it has been decorated. It felt very comfortable for our one night stay and we appreciated the coffee machine, hot chocolate and treats left for us.

We saw two dolphins from the upstairs balcony on our first day there!!! The location is incredible, with views over sunrise from one side and views over sunset and the marina just a few steps away. The hosts were very helpful when sorting out the check-in! Overall a great stay! We’ll definitely go back!

Our family of 5 stayed here for a week - great central location for walking around the city - right near the foreshore esplanade walking/bike track and only a 15 min walk to Elizabeth quay/malls/trains. The new ‘Foodies’ supermarket around the corner is sooo good. Apartment had all the amenities we needed, kids used the communal pool. Gym rooms are only few rooms away from the apartment, but tiny. Car park handy in basement, but we didn’t need it. One bedroom is smaller with a double bed taking up most of the space. Living area/kitchen with enough room for everyone to relax. Recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at Seb’s place. It was very comfortable and I had everything I that needed. I like the location as well, quiet area and very accessible by car. Seb is a great host and very helpful if you have any questions. Would recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Perth!

We had a lovely stay, everything was perfect. My favourite was the thick luxurious bath towels. What wasn’t mentioned was how safe we felt, it was so safe and quiet and peaceful and family friendly. Jamie was awesome with communication and the location was fantastic. The tv and fridge are huge. We will definitely be back.

Great place for a family weekend. Great kitchen with a family table for socialising. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and a beautiful outlook from the spa.

House is beautiful, spacious and clean with great selection of cooking/serving utensils and plenty of crockery/cutlery for large groups. Host is easy to communicate with and very understanding. We stayed as a family of 11 which included two elderly grandparents so all the rooms with ensuites was very handy. We had a wonderful time, thank you very much Cathy! Just a suggestion if there could be lights on the jetty that would be excellent so can fish bit longer as its so lovely and peaceful.

Stunning views and excellent recommendations made our stay even more special. The house was warm, cosy, and felt just like home, with the most breathtaking scenery. Watching and listening to the ocean was the perfect way to begin and end each day. Thank you for having us!

Our family visit was for my wife's 60th birthday and we shared it with our adult children and their partners. It was such a fun and relaxing time on the river in this beautiful, fully equipped home. Every single thing you could want was provided. Just turn up with your clothes & food and have a great time. Spent hours paddling on the river in the supplied canoes looking for dolphins. Kerrie our host was very friendly and fast to reply on the few occasions I contacted her with minor questions. I'm sure I speak for our whole family when I say we would highly recommend this home for your special get away.

We had a perfect stay. The property was just what we needed with enough space for a large group. There were plenty of things to keep everyone entertained and we loved spotting the dolphins on our paddle boards every morning. The house was very well equipped with everyone that we needed and more!

this is my first time to Perth, and I found this airbnb, the place is comfortable, close to the places I want to visit. this airbnb is also located in a strategic place so that going anywhere is not far from this airbnb. the place is clean and comfortable. the view is nice both morning and night.

Check in and check out were seamless. The space was great and close to some good supermarkets, cafes and close enough to the sporting precinct in Floreat for a pleasant ride. Claire was very available and a great communicator. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Sheryl & Lesley’s place is perfectly situated across the road from the Port and so close to the beach and some great restaurants. I had everything I needed and had such a great sleep! They are two of the loveliest and most interesting people I’ve ever had the privilege of staying with. It was such a lovely end to my night so thank you both!

This property is just gorgeous! Peaceful and in a fantastic location. Distance to the beach was a standout. The villa is large, so no squeezing you and all your things into tiny rooms. Plenty for kids to do with the pools and a great games room. Will definitely re-book here.

Our stay was for an international lawn bowls tournament at Mandurah Bowling and Recreation Club. We had an awesome stay! Close to the venue, $8 uber, 4 minute drive. Also extremely close to Mandurah Foreshore and all surrounding amenities. restaurants. bars, etc. CJ stocked the house extremely well with beverages, coffee machine (with 2 different brands :) ), food, breakfast items, etc. That was absolutely amazing!!!! We experienced one issue with unruly neighbours having an internal domestic issue on the 2nd day but nothing after that. We accidentally broke a glass, and my silly husband accidentally packed up the curtain ties upon leaving, and CJ was very understanding about these issues which we were very appreciative of. Overall, a wonderful 6 day trip and will hopefully be back again shortly. Thank you so much for being so accommodating! Loved it!!!! Highly recommend!!!! Rochelle and Dave xxx

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. The host prepared the apartment perfectly for us, including equipment and nice Christmas details. Thank you for everything

Great apartment in a great location! Perfect for a family of three or four, opposite the beach & close or Mandurah so lots to do. Kylie is an amazing host & the apartment has all the amenities you’d expect with good sized bedrooms, kitchen & living with the front courtyard amazing to watch the sunset. Can’t recommend highly enough!
