We had a wonderful stay, which was very great despite the unexpected winter break in and we could enjoy it to the fullest. Michaela and the whole team looked after us wonderfully. We are more than happy to recommend!

We had a fantastic time in Alexander's vacation home 🤩 everything was as described and one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in. The furnishings are of a high standard and we gladly used the portafilter coffee machine, the grill and the hot tub on the terrace. Alexander was always easy and quick to reach and has many great tips for the area. We felt incredibly comfortable and thank you for everything. Our dog also loved it 🐶

Walter is a very friendly and wonderful host. He reacted immediately if we had a question or concern, and he really made us feel at home. Highly recommended! Thank you, Walter!

We were allowed to use the bird's nest as a starting point during a city trip and felt completely comfortable. Everything was clean and well appointed. The view from the window towards the old town is unique. In the height of summer, it could get a little hot in the two bedrooms under the roof, but it was bearable in May. All in all, we had a great stay in Augsburg!

The apartment is great and the region in which it is located is beautiful! Thomas was very nice, he left us breakfast for the next day and recommended many places, very attentive! 100% recommended!

Nice place in a quiet location. Michael was always friendly and accessible by mobile phone for questions. Unfortunately, the wellness area was closed to us. I'm guessing because of corona.

A cozy and lovelly room in the mountains with a beuttiful view of the town below. Because of the location this spot is perfect if you want to explore this region of Austria/south of Germany, wihtin a hour of travel in each direction there is always something to see or to do. Especially if your goal is to go hiking. Everything is as described in the advertisement is, therefore our stay was as expected.

We were completely satisfied with the accommodation and the hosts! The place are beautiful and clean. The surroundings in the middle of the mountains are beautiful and invite you to relax. The property has a beautiful and also very clean wellness area, which offers everything you want. There is a natural pool, a large sauna and a Jacuzzi. We will come back and thank you for the great time!!

Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, furnished house with open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The swimming lake and Tegelberg are easily accessible on foot. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a ping-pong table and soccer goals as well as a basketball hoop.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Gabi, the host, was friendly and very accommodating. We had plenty of room for our family of 5 adults with a full kitchen, dining table, living room, bathroom (with separate tub and shower)and 3 bedrooms. Location was a short drive to nice restaurants, and within 1/2 hour from the Neuschwanstein castle.

We immediately felt at home. There is nothing missing in the apartment. You can really relax, because the surroundings are idyllic, you can walk directly from the apartment. The mom is also very sweet and you can ask her anything. We will definitely come back. Thank you

Great accommodation, there was a welcome gift in the fridge and coffee pods (Senseo machine) for the first morning. The terrace is fenced, which is clever for staying with a dog. In the garden in front of the front door, our dog was also very welcome. The location is wonderful, swimming and hiking trails are within walking distance of the accommodation. Highly recommend!

There were four of us at Vicky's place for three days. The apartment is very nice, it has everything. The garden, the tranquility and the views are a dream. We felt very comfortable from start to finish!

We arrived two hours after check-in. The hostess kindly let us into the apartment without further ado. This saved us a lot of waiting time and the vacation could start right away. The stay was very relaxing in this quiet area. We had a lovely time. Thank you!

A very nice apartment with everything you need. The balcony of the apartment is really fantastically beautiful and has very beautiful views of nature and mountain landscape

Ideal for cycling holidays, because you could park the bikes right by the house under the roof overhang. Large covered terrace. Many (also flat) very nice bike paths starting just 200 m away. Good restaurants within walking distance in 5-10 min. Supermarket in the village. Close to the A95 highway, so it can be easily combined with a trip to Munich (also a train station in the village). We booked again right away because we felt very comfortable. We had our little dog with us, also close to the field for walking.

We needed to stay only one night and then get back on the road. The 5 of us were as comfortable as at home and found a very clean and tidy place with everything we needed for personal and room cleaning. There are also plates, glasses, cutlery, oven, microwave, kettle, American coffee machine, and a very fresh refrigerator. Tanja is an EXCELLENT host, always ready to respond to all requests and available in everything. I definitely recommend her.

Janin is a very nice and accommodating landlady. The house was great and just the right place for the weekend of our bachelor party. Absolutely again ☺️

The pictures of the beautiful chalet did not promise too much. We, 2 couples, felt super comfortable from the 1st minute. The apartment is beautiful and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The amenities were excellent and there was nothing missing. A wonderful view over the Walchensee from the terrace leads directly to relaxation. The host always responded quickly and was extremely friendly in communication. We especially liked the personalized welcome board.

Underrated airbnb! Our family of five had an absolute blast at Roswhita place. The entire place is so well put together that we wish to replicate it at our place down under. From the unbelievably well kitted out kitchen to the comfy sofas, to the Wii (such a clever move), to the clean Lego, room specific underfloor heating, comfortable beds, gorgeous views of the endless enormous windows... such a cozy home. Impeccable. The location? a quiet town with classic German B roads that were Disney looking in winter. The perfect location to relax, truly feel at home and be relatively close to Legoland, Munich, thermal swimming, etc... We will be back 😊.

The apartment is in a great location, corresponds exactly to the pictures and was very tidy. Check-in via the adjacent hotel was straightforward. Especially nice: We were able to share the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Helmut for the friendly support. When it came to work on the roof during our stay, he refunded us 20% on his own initiative. This is truly an exceptional service. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back!

We had a nice time in the Allgäu and in the accommodation. Communication with Hans was always friendly and helpful. Messages were always very quick to respond. The apartment was very clean, we didn't miss anything. We felt immediately comfortable and would come back at any time!
