You will stay in an old hostel house in Haidhausen. In the immediate vicinity there are many bars, cafes and nice little shops. House and garden are an oasis of tranquility. Tram, U-Bahn and S-Bahn are less than a 5-minute walk away and you can walk comfortably to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. The room is located on the second floor and has its own toilet and sink. Beautiful bathroom with bathtub/shower/sink, large mirror and toilet. In the morning, the landlady offers a small breakfast by arrangement: e.g. coffee/tea/orange juice and croissants with butter and jam... The room has a large balcony. where you can enjoy the sun. The S-Bahn runs every 10 or 20 minutes, depending on the time of day.

The BLUE ROOM with balcony and lake view is one of 4 double rooms with its own bathroom, which is located on the 2nd floor of the Auerberghaus. Included in the price is a rich breakfast. There is a lounge and a shared kitchen with a huge covered balcony. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests by arrangement for quiet use. Dogs only by prior arrangement. In addition, there is an apartment for 6 - 8 people on the top floor.

Vacation home "Platzhirsch"

Klais is located at about 940 meters above sea level. In 2015 and 2022, the G7 / summit took place here, including with Barak Obama. A place to spend summer as well as winter. Hiking, mountain biking, motorcycle tours, as well as cross-country skiing in winter and of course classic skiing is possible in and around Klais. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald and Seefeld can be reached in between 10 and 20 minutes.

Zugspitz Apartment - by Gästehaus Buchwieser

Our charming, traditional and family-run guest house is within walking distance of the train station, Zugspitz train station, ice stadium and the pedestrian zone of Garmisch. The apartment has a double and a single bed with a small kitchenette, minibar, TV, WiFi, private bathroom/shower/toilet and a balcony. (2nd floor) Unfortunately, we will no longer offer breakfast starting in 2025.

There are 36 m² available to you. The suite is housed in a former hunting lodge in the Tyrolean Zugspitze Arena. From the castle you have an amazing view of the Zugspitze massif.

Our great new room with a big terrace offers you a big queen size bed and a sleeping sofa for a third person. Breakfast is included and in summer you can use our pool and our hammocks on the backside of our house. Right outside your room you can find a little kitchen with a water boiler, microwave and fridge. Wifi and cable TV is included.

This cosy accommodation is located in the South of Augsburg in a quiet neighborhood. Nice walking tours are close. With the tram you easily reach the City of Augsburg, the Universities and the Augsburg fair. The place can be reached by car easily. You can expect a very clean environment and a breakfast with a good selection.
