This is our 6th stay and as always we felt right at home! Super clean, everything you might need during your stay… we like to cook at home and the kitchen is so well equipped that we aren’t want for anything! The back patio is our favorite spot morning, noon and night ♥️

Our family really enjoyed Trevor's Place! We entered to relaxing music playing which was a nice welcoming touch. It was very cozy, clean and inviting. Trevor is a great communicator and quick to respond when we had a question. We'll definitely book it again next time we're in Maryville.

The place was a convenient stop for my family and I as we were passing through Knoxville. We weren’t in town long enough to explore but the house was located on a neighborhood street right off the main road, which made it accessible.

I needed a place to stay for 3 months after my home in another city sold until my new place in Cleveland was finished. Rhonda’s place worked out perfectly. I was able to continue working from home. Internet worked perfectly. It was neat and clean and furnished so well. Rhonda and her husband were great and answered my questions promptly. So friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

This was a perfect space for a week long stay. The bed was very comfortable. We were provided with pretty much any appliance we would need, since we were traveling light. We were attending a music festival, which had us coming in pretty late in the evening. But, this didn't seem to be a problem because the entrance felt very private and we didn't worry too much about disturbing our hosts. Felipe made us feel very comfortable about requesting anything we might need, but we actually didn't need anything for the whole week. The space was very well stocked.

Lovely background noise with all the birds chirping. Very quiet neighborhood. If you want someplace to decompress and enjoy the sound of a stream or be woken by birds in the morning, then this is the place for you.

This is a great stay— comfortable bed, attached bathroom, coffee maker, tv, and quiet area. Slept well and greatly appreciated the enjoyable space!

I have never felt more comfortable in an air bnb & I mean that whole heartedly. The location is fantastic. I could brag on this listing all day. It really is one of the best listings I’ve stayed at on air bnb. I would book this location every single time I come to town & I do not mean that lightly. Margy was a great host! The listing fit our 6-person family well (2 adult couples and 2 children). The place has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There are additional sleeping areas but they are in a common/shared space (keep in mind if you have more than 2 adult couples). It was clean and quiet. We had zero issues during our stay. I would highly recommend Margy as an expert host. She provides so many amenities (toiletries, plenty of bath towels, cookies on arrival, snacks, breakfast, etc.) - above and beyond expectations! We wish we could have stayed longer because the property was so beautiful!

The location was perfect for our needs. Communication was excellent as we were driving in and asking to check in early. Would definitely stay again.

I have stayed at David’s place several times when in town. It is always clean, well equipped, and easy to walk to places. Very responsive host!

Shuli was nice enough to give us a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom and we were blown away. Beautiful and roomy private condo with a fireplace and fully stocked kitchen that will make your stay beyond comfortable and relaxing The location is full of so much to do anytime of year and the rentals are large enough for full family trips without feeling crowded. The area is very quiet and not rowdy, I believe we were told it’s kind of like a retirement community. We had such a peaceful time and definitely plan to be back again! They may ask you to sit thru some sales presentation for a free deal of some kind but we just politely turned it down.

I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay while I’m working in the area . John’s places are top notch all around . Very clean and nicely decorated and almost as good as being home . Soaked in history and very nicely updated and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay immensely and will be back for another stay soon . John was very helpful and was accommodating with my schedule . Awesome all around .

Wonderful place. The views from the balconies are beautiful. The place was as described, clean and not a lot of clutter. The kitchen had lots of counter space. The location was fantastic. Grocery store, restaurants, downtown and the greenway located with a half mile. The host was proactive, friendly and responded quickly. Definitely on my will stay here again list.
