Comfortable retro residence in a quiet, quaint community. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and strolling around the historic little village watching the birds. Margaret and Peter and very responsive and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for nicer hosts. We were in town for a wedding and proximity to the events that weekend made this place perfect!

Aaron was very accommodating when we asked about a late check out due to the circumstances of our stay. He was helpful and responded quickly. Very spacious and beautiful space!

Everything was great and just as described ! We would definately stay here again if back in the area !

Easy access off the highway, paved driveway with a carport . Restful retreat is a good name for this location. Very quiet. Plenty of room for a family with things for young children to do. You are 10 miles outside of town and the internet service will buffer every now and then. Blinds in the living room would help cut the glare in the afternoon while watching tv. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again in the future.

Had a short night stay, but the house was clean updated nice! Right off 75 and great for snowbirds and the like for a “half way stop” south! Had a business trip in Tn and it was a great location for us. Easy check in, clean, updated, great location!

Lovely “place to land” as the description says! We were in town for a family event and were in and out of the house but it was a wonderful place to be able to come back to and to spend the free time we did have! Everything we needed was available when we arrived and instructions for check in and check out were very clear - Susan was super friendly and communicative through the whole process (booking, arrival, and when we left). Very drivable into Knoxville and all the local places listed in Maryville are extremely accessible to the AirBnB! Loved how conveniently it was located. Would recommend to anyone looking for a spot to stay in the area!

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s. The beds were great and the numerous pillows to choose from was a wonderful touch. There was ample space for us to work on florals for the wedding and the sunset we got to see was stunning! Lisa was always responsive as well!

Danna was very responsive, even when we checked in at 930pm- so grateful for her for that. I recommend this place for anyone going to the Athens area, and super convenient to be within walking distance of a grocery store. Thank you Danna for your generosity and clear communication.

A serene place to stay. Easier to find than it seemed and there were several restaurants nearby. Worth spending more than a day and my dog loved it too.

The location and stay were perfect for the area to visit family while also have a genuine getaway to decompress and enjoy the insurmountable hiking trails and scenery. The peacefulness of the space was amazing and created a wonderful opportunity to rest.

Anna's condo was exactly as advertised! Comfortable, squeaky clean, and close to UT and The Strip, as well as anywhere else in Knoxville you might want to go. But what stood out to me was how helpful and responsive Anna was when I had a few questions. A fantastic host makes the experience even better, and my family was grateful that we could spend time with them for the holidays. When we come back to visit, we hope to be able to stay here again!

Right off 411 a super great place to stay when traveling through or in our case visiting family. Close to the highway but you do t hear or see anything and feel completely isolated in a beautiful oasis. Super easy stay for my family thank you Renee

Phenomenal house. Pool and hot tub were great. Ample towels and disposables (soap, tp, etc.). Definitely an older home but you can tell it has been well loved over the years. Only two complaints were one of the pool sticks had a missing top and the bottom trundle bed was not very sturdy. Overall though, phenomenal stay and will be back if available again in the future.

Was an amazing experience considering we are planning to live full time in a camper next year! It was wonderful we had an excellent time!!

Susan's place was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. It was extremely pet friendly and really appreciated all the special touches. Will definitely book again when were in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. Home was nice and big master bedroom.

Stayed here with my 68yr old parents, my best friend, her husband, and their 3yr old. This home felt so safe because of the thoughtful additions of handrails, under-stair lighting, and bolted down chairs on the dock! The home had everything we needed to spend quality time with each other! We enjoyed the kayaks, games, and especially the porch area where we completed a 1000pc puzzle. The property is beautiful, inside and out! The fishing was unbelievable the first few nights, my Dad had a blast!

The cabin was very nice. Didn’t have any problems with anything.

This was perfect for my need of peace , quiet and kayaking 2 times a day with my dog . Everyday was better than the day before . I loved being visited by the Deer it started with 4 and lady count was 14 . They didn’t come close but was close enough they loved the pumpkin I cut up and spread about the tree line …. I 100% will come back to this place !!! I found my peace and quiet . Love this place , I would buy it if I could !!!

This log cabin feeling home was well appointed and a relaxing place to stay. It's well back off the road which was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room for my truck and boat. A couple of towns are within 15 mins or so but we also ate at the local diner 1/2mile down the road and enjoyed that was well.

This cabin like home was exactly what I needed. It was clean, cozy and quiet. I'd definitely recommend a stay here if you're in the the area. I'll be my first choice when returning to rhe area. 5 stars, hands down.

This was such a great place. We have 4 Adult children and wanted everyone to have their own bedroom. We did not use the bunk room because we didn’t need it but would be great for lager families. The house was clean and beautiful. We loved the living room and screened porch. The beds were comfortable too. Having that many bathrooms was great. We didn’t use the washer and dryers but I’m sure that would be great if needed!

Lake views were as beautiful as the pictures. The dock space was awesome and the host provided lots of floats and 2 kayaks. Check in was very easy. The covered patio was huge and a great place to eat and hang out. Our dog loved it too. I would definitely stay here again.

A cute tiny home! Perfect for an individual or couple as it is very tiny! The location and its view is so peaceful. The hosts were very responsive with fixing an issue with the wifi. The home was clean and had all the amenities we would need for a short stay. We enjoyed our stay!
