Family-friendly vacation rentals in Watts Bar Lake

This cabin was just beautiful!!! We stayed out here the weekend that some of our friends got married at The Opal Oak Summit which had breathtaking Mountain Views just 25 minutes away in Morgan County, TN. The cabin up on the bluff above deep water dock made for a gorgeous place to kayak. We enjoyed paddling Watts Bar! And the decking was luxurious and private out from back of house, around the pool, and viewing area above the lake. And the screened in porch off the Master Bedroom / Sunroom dining area were our favorites! But there was even a downstairs for games, pool table, etc! And up by the fireplace was a comfy cozy place to hang and chat. We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend here! I highly recommend this Air Bnb! What a lovely home for Rest and Relaxation!

We had four people staying in the condo, it was a perfectly sized space to accommodate us. It was extremely clean, and we had everything we needed for the weekend. We did bring our own snacks and food to prepare meals, which I would recommend doing! We really appreciated seeing staff being mindful and practicing precautions the entire stay. When we arrived, we did have to wait about an hour after check-in as it wasn’t ready yet. And our wristband/keycards weren’t properly activated so they sent a maintenance person to fix that, who was very helpful. We got to see two baby raccoons from the back porch as soon as we arrived though, so we didn’t mind. Would highly recommend this stay for a quiet getaway!! We had a great time.

Beautiful house, clean, well stocked, private, incredible views! Host description and pics are on point. We loved how private it was, the beautiful view of the mountains and the river, all of the extra little amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, dishes and cooking utensils, plus 2 coffee bars stocked with Keurigs and drip coffee makers and creamer and sugar etc. As described, this is a remote and private property, so stock up on anything that you want to eat or drink or supplies. It's at least a 40 minute drive to a decent sized area. The wifi worked great the entire trip. We loved it!

My family loved the place & said it was one of the best they'd stayed in. It was too cold to use the pool, but the hot tub was great! There are neighbors but you'd never know it due to the woods surrounding the property. The bunkhouse/game room is ideal for a family with kids! Thank you for a great stay.

Thank you again Bill and Linda. Unfortunately we were visiting for my Mom's funeral service. It was such a blessing to come back to such as warm and cozy home during this extremely trying time. We all can't thank you enough for your wonderful hospitality.

No Issues, nice place for 6 fishing guys - boat dock was nice and ramp close by - would definitely would stay again!!!

I gave 5 stars because I really enjoyed the chalet and thought it was a great location and enjoyed the scenery. However, I did not like that it is advertised as a 3 bedroom and the price is displayed as one thing but after you book, you find out that the 3rd bedroom is locked and can be opened for an extra fee. To me that's Bush league. I have no problem if it is clearly stated as a 2 bedroom with an optional 3rd for an upcharge. At least make that clear from the listing. Not after I book and then send me a message that the 3 bedroom place I just paid for is actually 2 unless I pay a fee. Maybe it was in the fine print, but I doubt it. Either way it wasn't glaringly obvious. To me it's a bit shady and bordering false advertising.

I have now stayed at this location twice and was very pleased both times! Highly recommend

Sunrise Escape is such a cozy and homey little getaway! It's comfortable, with the perfect touch of lived-in in while located close to work at the TVA plant. I come back every year and will continue to do so as long as Jennylynn has me! Thank you, Jenny for providing me such a great place to come home to after a long day of work!

What a great stay! We had such a great time and the cabin is perfectly located in a beautiful quiet area. I’m almost reluctantly to share this with everyone because I would like to book a stay here again in the fall.

Perfect location for Dragon goers. A great split between remote and still close to town. Unit is well equipped for a multiple day stay. The car port was great for keeping my car covered and a good flat surface. Hosts are super friendly and respectful.

Really enjoyed this quiet spot at the lake! Cozy and calm, with a nice floor plan and very comfortable beds. Everything was fantastic!

We came with friends for Thanksgiving and enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious, clean, and well stocked. Troy was very communicative and helpful when the downstairs heat wouldn't come on (which was quickly resolved). One thing to note - the lake was very low when we visited, which lead to disappointed children who wanted to fish. Other than that, we loved our time spent here! Hoping to be back in the summer!

Jennifer was an amazing host! She was very responsive! The house was beautiful. Plenty of room for our kiddos. They loved fishing off the huge dock and kayaking the lake. It was a great escape from our cold Michigan spring.

This place is absolutely awesome! Looked exactly like the photos. Very peaceful! My wife and I enjoyed our stay here and if we are ever needing to stay in the Crossville area again we will definitely be staying here again!

We like the place. It’s convenient location to get into downtown. The house is beautiful and cozy.

What a great place nice and private. We came for a funeral and just wanted to have a place to see our family and friends. The surroundings were extremely beautiful and had no issues finding the condo. Worth the price wish I was there to enjoy the golfing and amenities that the resort had to offer.

We loved our stay at Christin (and Rick's). They are exceptional hosts, not only welcoming and friendly, but available to give any recommendations for your stay. We reserved the entire lower level and it was VERY accommodating. The place was so relaxing, peaceful and inviting. The pool was clean & refreshing and the patio room was great for meals/BBQ, drinks, movies, games or just chilling to the surround sound with the blue lights. Everything you needed was at your fingertips and every room had its own refrigerator, keurig and TV. And don't worry if you forgot to pack something, Christin has thought of everything you might have at your own home. The description for this Airbnb is very accurate and we would highly recommend staying here... I know we will again! Thanks for the memorable stay!

Would definitely come back for another stay here. Susan was extremely accommodating and provided us with snack and drinks upon arrival. Gorgeous neighborhood and view from the back porch of the lake. Super clean and comfortable space.
