Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Watts Bar Lake

We had such a great trip! The home was clean and comfortable. Would recommend to others.

Nice big place and felt very comfortable during our stay there. I would recommend this listing, it’s dog friendly and located in a nice and peaceful neighborhood. The place was pretty clean and had lots of space for a large family, it was just the two of us and our puppy and it was more than enough. The location was quiet and felt safe walking our dog at night, and it’s a short drive to the downtown area. There are also lots of great places to eat nearby, so location overall was very convenient. The only feedback i have for this place is that there are a ton of instructions, which we had no problem following at all, and we were required to load our linens and towels in to the laundry machine before checkout plus a hefty cleaning fee. I hope the host reconsiders the cleaning fee/checkout for future guests. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay there overall, it was very comfortable and pleasant.

House is much more spacious than the pictures recommend. Terry and Paula were very easy to get in contact with and were quick to responses.

We had a very relaxing stay. Enjoyed the covered porch and views the most. Didn’t get a chance to use the jacuzzi or fish, we were busy with family events in Sweetwater, Madisonville and Hiwassee River Wedding venue. Would return again and next time just stay put at the lake. Had all the comforts of home.

Nice place and spacious. This place was comfortable for us especially after needing a nice place to stay during our long travel. Would definitely return if we come back to Knoxville.

David and Claire were great hosts. Answered questions quickly and offered to help if needed for anything . Would highly recommend them and their home to anyone coming to the lenoir city area.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved spending time on the back patio and in the yard. Very private location. We spent most nights having dinner at Calhouns on the water. Gorgeous place! Thanks so much for hosting us!

This place was perfect for our stay. The basement garage was fantastic. Didnt have to worry about unpacking the truck late at night when got there. Was great place to work on bike for my son and friends for his race. It was an added bonus for the kids to play and even an off workshop that had ping pong table. So roomy. Even though 2 bedrooms it was spacious and even had 2 air mattresses. Thanks again. It was worth it for our crew. And short drive to windrock bike park

Kelly was great, very accommodating and flexible. Her place is so cute, clean and comfy. I would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of the Lake.

Our Volunteer City Getaway was wonderful! This space is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to anywhere you might want to get in Knoxville. The basement apartment has everything you could need during your stay, and I especially loved the peaceful deck/backyard when spending some time outside. Donna was a friendly and responsive host, we felt right at home during our weekend stay. I’d highly recommend this gem on your next trip to Knoxville!

I had a lovely stay at John’s house while in town for a music festival! He generously accommodated some friends of mine for a night, and was very responsive and kind. The main bed was comfortable and the space was simple, clean, and quiet - everything I needed for a short stay outside of Knoxville!

Had a grwat time staying, Mary was great and very responsive to any questions. Will definitely be staying again next time I am in the area.

Peaceful, beautiful location! The small kitchen wasn’t a problem for us because we planned on eating out for most of our meals while staying at this lovely apartment. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean, loved the towels! Nice host, she responded immediately when I contacted her. Thanks for a relaxing stay.

Great mountain condo perfect for couples or small families. We had some problems with Waze taking us down unpaved roads directions in messages was clear. Only warning is during the winter mountain roads can ice over.
